The manufacturer from Amazon sent screws too short to mount my protection lens over my ALABAMA front plate. Paul quickly found the Metric 5 screws a half inch longer to give me the depth I needed to mount the lens. Ace is famous for having the "Helpful Hardware Folks". I'm blind in one eye I'm and he chose not to help me.. he could have went to my car and grabbed my little tire out and took it to Wayne to plug acted like he was five years old and just couldn't do It.. Ace Hardware you can do better. I really do love you guys, but I don't like poor customer service... being handicapped, partially blind, and I have screws in my lower back. I was needing help that day... .. the man ride around the block from you took my tire checked it out pumped it up and sent me on my way... I'll give you a zero poor poor customer service... I come in there all the time... Some bins had the wrong items in them, some had a mixture of right and wrong, and several didn't have anything in them at all. I've seen enough Employees standing around (and worked in my Family's Country Store) to know that it's always a good time to "Check and Re-sort Inventory." After 20 minutes of frustration, I left without purchasing anything. The SharkBite Pieces at the Home Depot in Dawsonville were easy to find, well-stocked, and properly, sorted. I happily bought $300 worth to complete my work.
