We came here around 6:30 on a Sunday after spending a long day at the river and were ready for a good meal. My nephew recommended this place, and I'm glad he did! We were a party of four and were seated right away with no wait. I ordered a lemon drop and the steamed mussels. The mussels were delicious, and I especially loved the flavorful broth they were served in. I also stole a few of my daughter's fries, and they were amazing, crispy, well-seasoned, and definitely worth ordering. The food we tried was really good. We started with the potstickers soup shareable. Great flavors! Then we had buffalo cauliflower and that was yummy spicy. Hubby had the shrimp po' boy. He has had a few of these and this one was "pretty good". This is a rave review for my hubby as he is a chef! Great beer selection, super friendly staff and the ambiance is both glorious and chill. First visit to this establishment. They have a huge menu! The server was very friendly and attentive for 89% of the meal. The food was good but seemed a little overpriced. Went here with a group of 12. They couldn't figure out how to accommodate that many people at one table. Not a big deal we sat at three tables. There were only three other tables with customers at them in the establishment. The service was horrible, the waitress disappeared for 30 minutes at a time (maybe cooking I'm not sure). Half the members of our party got food and nothing for the other half for another 30 minutes. In the mean time the drinks we ordered also did not make it to the table. The waitress said she didn't want to bring drinks out when not everyone had their food. Well maybe bring out what is ready...When we got the bill the tip was already included (which they do not tell you because it is in the fine print of the menu) so this worthless waitress had a built in tip of $63 and another tip of over $70 on the post tip bill from people who didn't read the fine print. When asked if they could refund the second tip they said once it is signed the transaction is final (imagine being this casual with other peoples money). This place is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS and boarder line CRIMINAL. I will never go here again and if any one asks about it I will tell them what is in this post. Good luck with return customers with horrible service and border line criminal activity. This completely incompetent waitress can enjoy the $130 tip on a $300 meal one time, your will reap what you sow. I doubt she will have the job much longer. read more

The wait was excruciatingly long and the staff didn't really seem to care or notice that 2 other tables were served their food way before us and they arrived after us. The kicker is the food was horrible! We ordered fish n chips that was supposed to be some Scandinavian white fish and it was all overcooked batter and served with cold French fries. We had a wonderful dinner at The Horny Goat! The food was absolutely delicious--everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. I had the Chicken Tits & Grits(embarrassing to order out loud LOL!), and my husband had the Blue Hawaii with generous portions of coconut prawns and coconut encrusted cod. He loved it! The portions were generous, and every dish we tried was enjoyable. Our friends had the shrimp basket and the chicken strips basket with fries and they loved their dinner as well. They are picky eaters but really enjoyed their dinner! I heard them say they were definitely coming back! Our server was a hoot! We would absolutely recommend this place. I started with the house bloody Mary that you almost needed a fork to finish, and the other bloody Mary option for sure a fork would help. The Road to Istanbul salad is a solid 4. My wife had the Thai tacos and loved them with a 5 star. Everyone else really liked what they had and come here on a regular basis. BE AWARE........... they charge a ridiculous "service fee" WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER. They hide the fee in the receipt. We paid cash so this was not a credit card fee. We ordered a round of drinks and the place was so hot that we decided not to eat and closed our tab of $23 with an additional 5% "service fee". We paid cash so this is NOT a credit card fee. Sorry guys- you lost me as a customer. I hate being "nickled and dimed". Just add 5 cents to everything on the menu and call it a day! Short people sit too far away from the bar now and its very uncomfortable. Menu looked the same so food is normally good from past visits in old place. Went for lunch on a Friday and the place was not very busy but service was excellent. We sat at a table in the bar so we could still hold a good conversation. The apricot hefeweizen was so delicious. We each had a few of these and food. The beer battered chicken tenders and fries are served with a sauce if your choosing. The ranch tastes homemade as well. Chicken tenders were fried to perfection and the fries were home style cut with potato skin and salted just right. This place was a gem find while traveling as a vegan. The food exceeded expectations I had and by the end I was super stuffed and satisfied. My husband is also vegan and we shared the fungus amungus which was fried mushroom served with two delicious sauces. He ordered What The Chef eats which was a tasty grilled vegetable and gnocchi dish. I ordered Nutty in Bangkok with tofu which was also super good. The moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we were greeted with many scents of meats and saw the large selection of beers which I was excited for. We came in during lunch time and got seated right away as there were many empty seats looking to be filled. The atmosphere was loud due to people watching a basketball game in the bar area but it seemed quite family friendly. They have a huge selection of wines, spirits and beer but we opted for the beer. My girlfriend and I ordered the queso dip with a side of chorizo and they absolutely complemented each other very well and also went well with the beers that we had together. The server was very friendly and checked up on us quite a bit. We even noticed their chef come out to check on the restaurant atmosphere quite a bit. Although we couldn't really tell if he was coming out to watch the game but it didn't really matter to us since the food came out quite quick. The basic mimosa I ordered was fine. But the gyro left a lot of be desired! The thinnest slices of gyro meat I have ever seen, like literally paper thin, and not much of them. Arby's gives more meat. I could barely taste any meat flavor in the pita at all, I mostly tasted lettuce. The tzatziki was also spread with a chintzy hand. Basically, for $15 you get the cheapest gyro plus a bowl of fries. The fries were fine. But overall for such an expensive price? Totally not worth it. I paid over $60 for lunch for 3 people, and to be honest, I am not sure I will give them another chance.
