Decided to grab some tacos from here, since I'd been eyeing the place for awhile. I got a jerk chicken taco and fries. The fries taste like something out of a bag, which is fine, but I wouldn't get them again. The jerk taco was GOOD! There was a lot of food on there as well, so getting extra shells is ideal. It was seasoned perfectly to where the spice wasn't overwhelming! Even though I ordered ahead, there was still a wait. If you go right in and order, the wait is even longer, so be prepared for it. I ordered the jerk shrimp potato but it made me nervous looking at the Price. Wasn't sure what I would actually get. Many restaurants are slim on shrimp. I was very satisfied with the size potato and the amount of shrimp. I even asked to make a substitute with the cheese and they agreed. Definitely worth the money. I have religiously gone to the Jerk taco man, and this place is way closer to me and I wanted to give it a try. What a stark difference. The steak isnt good quality, and theres not an ounce of jerk sauce anywhere near my food. It had all of about 5 pieces of onions and old brown cilantro. I finally stopped in after passing it frequently when in area. I called in my order and was told to come in 15 minutes. I ordered jerk steak fries, chicken taco and the chicken tips. Everything was pretty good, meat jerk seasoned well, moist and tender. Cost had gone up from menu I had but hey. I will return just know that like with a lot of places calling in order doesn't get you your food upon your arrival. Still waited about another fifteen minutes for my order. read more

I ordered Jerk Steak Nachos, A Jerk Philly, and an Egg Roll through GrubHub. I normally order in person but I didn't feel like waiting an extended period of time in here. I ordered at 1:15pm, and I was told my food would be ready at 1:55pm. I sent my mother to go grab the food since she was leaving work, and the workers were not only rude to her but cursed her out while she was on the phone with me. I used to love this place but I don't know if it was the change of management that has people losing their minds but it's utterly unacceptable to treat paying customers like trash. The food was pretty good (I ordered chicken nachos) but the customer service was horrid. I called in and was told my food would be ready in 5 min. It took me ten minutes to get there and when I arrived I still had to wait for about 5 minutes or more. I was asked by the teenage girls that work there several times what my order was. I then added a drink to my order. The teenage girl gave me my food without the drink so I asked her for it while she stood there and pretended as if she didn't hear me. The guy that was cooking came from the book to give me my drink. While the two teenage girls stood there playing with their phones and flipping the bird at one another.
