I've been here once before and had a good experience l. But we were there at 4 pm on Saturday February 22nd and there was a blonde young lady who was extremely rude when asked to reheat my hot tea that came out luke warm. She said "i know it's hot i just burnt myself on the machine!" She slammed the milk on the counter when I asked for some because it was supposed to be out in the first place. We had to wait for them to make a fresh pot of coffee that took a long time and refused to refund us because we did not want to wait. Overall she was passive aggressive and became extremely rude. She should not be in customer service. Will not be back. read more

The box is very small but super cute. I've been in here multiple times in the past month and every time I walk in the staff is always friendly. Everything on the menu is good and it comes out prompt​ly for how little room the girls have to use. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for quick healthy snack or if you just have a craving for some good juice. I will definitely be back! read more

My husband and I love the food and drinks here but today I had the most awkward experience which might have made it my last time. It was a very busy morning in there with it being 4th of July and I know it must be very stressful to manage all of those orders. I ordered and paid for an iced coffee and I was confused thinking it was self serve (because the hot coffee is self serve). I had asked one of the girls for a plastic cup so I could fill up my iced coffee and she politely handed it to me and I proceeded to start to fill my cup with coffee . Instantly another staff member literally ripped the cup out of my hand and said this is NOT self service and dumped my coffee out. Her tone of voice and facial expression were the rudest thing I have seen in awhile. I was SO embarrassed and humiliated . I told her that the other staff member did not tell me it wasn't self service and she proceeded to aggressively fill up my cup and give it to me without saying another word. I was speechless and shaking a little after such a bizarre and tense interaction. My advice to the management at the juice box would be to give your people more breaks so they are not at their breaking point. I know that what I did was annoying but to treat me like I had just done something horrendous was way over the top. If she had said oh I'm sorry it's not self serve you have to wait until we give it to you , I would have felt much better . Super disappointed. read more

A little pricey but so good! I tried this place for the first time about a month ago, ordered the nohli banana and now I'm totally addicted! Honestly haven't even tried any of the other menu items because I always want the nohli banana smoothie! I had been a constant customer until there stopped being consistency in the flavor of the same drink I purchased every time. I always did an added expense of expresso and realized that with the equivalent of another small smoothie on pour over that I was not getting my money's worth. Expressed this to management gave them another chance and today the pour over was 3/4 of a small and the flavor was crap for a $9.00 smoothie. Never going back and will let all I know who go there that they are being screwed. No consistency and paying xtra for something you are NOT reaping the benefits of is not good business. The juices and smoothies here are delicious. 95% of the time the staff is rude and behave as if they can't be bothered with you. The service here is not good most of the time. The staff seem to be bothered by customers coming in to order. There are a few customers that I've seen come in and the staff are very polite, warm, and welcoming. I'm new to town so maybe it's a 'locals only' place for a select few. For now, I'm on the look out for something better. read more

This was one of my families favorite resturants, we would go 1-2 days a week and spend 50$+ every trip. Until on two separate instances where we were treated with the WORST customer service by a girl who was wearing last nights hair and makeup. I'm baffled and confused by how someone could work at a restaurant and not have a basic understanding of how to treat clients or customers who are paying to be there. A tip for the dirty girl behind the counter - If the food in display case is old, and the customer politely asks for a fresh meal you probably shouldn't be so rude and obnoxious. This is one of the best restaurants in the seacoast and it's a shame that this employee was so utterly disappointing. read more

Why isn't there 10 stars or even 20? This place is way better than 5 stars! I'm from NY, and just came home from spending a few days in Hampton. I had coffee & breakfast there everyday. I ate other places for lunch & dinner, but I have to tell you that this is a top notch place. Bang for your buck, awesome smoothies & the BEST coffee in all of Hampton trust me!. My favorite is the Nohli Banana not sure I'm spelling that right. Didn't get that this morning for the ride home though, I got a breakfast wrap, so enormous I couldn't finish it. This will be my go to place when I come again. Staff is super friendly. Great way to eat healthy and stay within our budget! What are you waiting for? If you're in Hampton, even if you're at the beach, it's only a short car ride away! read more

The Bonzai Bowls have really gone down hill. The granola was wonderful with little bits of coconut in it, now it tastes like yucky overly sweet store bought granola. The type of fruit and amount of fruit in the bowl is now bland and boring. Not worth the money or drive over anymore. :-( read more

I swung by The Juice Box for the first time this morning and was incredibly impressed with the service and the quality of the food. I ordered the "Purple Rain" smoothie and my girlfriend had the Banzai Bowl. The ladies behind the counter were friendly, pleasant and very helpful when it came to making my selection.
