Good pizza and fast service which is key for a family after a long day of skiing. Will definitely visit again when in town for ski races.

Just finished dinner with a large group of family and friends and EVERYONE loved their meal. I had the BBQ chicken pizza, cheesy garlic bread & sweet potato fries. I also tried bites of the regular crinkle fries, philly sandwich, and a couple different chicken sandwiches. They were all delicious!! The bacon on the chicken club sandwich was superb. The cheesy garlic bread is awesome. Another thing to mention is the fine quality of their ingredients, especially the mozzarella cheese. I'm going to think of The Junction often and wish I lived closer to get more! I highly recommend this place and will come back when I get down this way. They were super busy tonight but I was impressed with how fast everyone was getting their food. read more

Tried every type of specialty pizza they have and love every one of them! I buy they're ranch by the gallon and slather it on everything (not kidding lol). Great Food. We ordered the Supreme Pizza. It was a really great Thin Crust pizza. And I'm not the biggest fan of that type of pizza. We also had a salad it it was very fresh and good. More of a strong four star but this place was good and the people were so cool that my wife voted five stars. Once again yelp did not let us down and we were glad we came here (from out of town). The pizza was real good - the cheese was flavorful and very "gooey" as my son put it. Crust was super crisp and yummy. Good flavor all around. The wings were good. Driving through Heber on our way to the Provo River, we decided to try this place, instead of the place that was featured on DDD, just down the street. So glad we did! I tried the Top Hat, which is a burger with pastrami. So delicious. And I chose the sweet potato fries, which were cooked perfectly. In addition to ketchup, there was also fry sauce (yay, for Utah and fry sauce!) and ranch dressing. I know, some people need to settle down with the ranch dressing, but it was surprisingly my favorite, to go with the sweet potato fries! My friend chose the philly cheese steak which was also tasty. The bread was toasted, which helped support the substantial sandwich filling. I would eat here again. read more

Quite pricey for the quality and quantity of food we receieved. My bbq chicken salad was cubed chicken soaked in bbq sauce on top of greens with some soggy cheese. We (a group of 12) enjoyed their pizza. We ordered 2 margherita 16" pizzas and 2 16" meat pizzas. Originally we ordered 1 margherita but liked it so much we got another. The crust is thin and crispy, as I like it. While the crust isn't in the highest tier that I have ever had, it is certainly above average - good enough to eat even the edges. I would put it in tier 2. (For me, tier 1 is where the crust is so good that you would order the crust alone to eat alone without any sauce, cheese, or any toppings. The Junction's good isn't quite that but it is pretty good.) The restroom is clean but the tables seem a bit worn. I rearranged some tables for our large group and felt a piece of old gum stick underneath. Disgusting. read more

Pathetic. Do your stomach a favor and don't eat here. My family and I decided to eat at this disgusting hole in the ground while passing through town. What a mistake. Our Junction experience started while ordering with a kid who has no customer service skills whatsoever. We ordered two pizzas and two burgers. After picking through the tables to find a moderately clean one, we end up having to ask for one to be cleaned. Instead of the employee (mentioned above) coming out to clean it, he hands us a filthy rag with a "have at it" look. After five minutes of waiting at the table, the pizza comes out. This is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars as the pizza was actually quite tasty. We then proceed to wait and wait and wait for our burgers. For reference, the two that ordered pizzas were finished eating by the time the burgers show up. One of which the aforementioned employee put his un-gloved hands all over after handling money. The burgers finally arrive, the "handsy" one having a hole in the top of the bun from a finger, and we automatically know that our stomachs are in for an attack. I take one bite, all the moisture evaporates from my mouth, and I'm left with a piece of charcoal. I look over at the other burger and to no surprise see the same thing. Black. On top of that, the fries were ice cold and you get so few, I almost thought it was a joke. After deciding the burger is inedible, I go up to the front to show the employee. He gives me a horrible look while yelling "WELL I DIDN'T COOK IT". Gee. Thanks. Needless to say, we left two almost complete burgers on the table and went home hungry. As we exit this foul establishment, the cook had the gonads to look over and wink as if extremely pleased with his work. I wish that were the end of it... I arrive home with a horribly sick stomach. I know immediately what's to come. I won't go into explicit detail except to tell you one word. Explosive. If you are the owner of this place, I urge you to review your employees and order one of your own burgers. You will be shocked, betrayed, and make excellent friends with your porcelain throne. Edit: The owner reached out and refunded our dinner. I hope he makes some staff changes as the pizza was quite good. read more

I would agree with the other reviewers, their pizza is delicious. The cowboy burger, chicken club, and steak sandwiches are all a good choice. My family craves their sweet potato fries. Unlike most sweet potato fries, theirs are crispy, even in the time it takes to get the to-go order home! I would definitely recommend. read more

Not bad. Most people I see go here for the burgers. I've gotten their lunch special pizza/salad that was good too. Go to this Junction over Park City Junction. Seems cleaner and better kept. I get a little nervous at the Park City one and won't be going back. Heber Junction is one of the better places to go eat. There aren't a lot of choices in this town. If you want some pizza and burgers go here. If you want burgers and fries go to Holiday Lanes. read more

The food here is okay. Definitely not as good as you would think due to the rating this place has. The fries look and taste like frozen Ore Ida French fries. My hamburger was fine, kids liked their pizza and my wife liked her Philly cheese steak; but after a day of ice fishing we were looking for something outstanding and unfortunately didn't find it here. The best fry sauce I've ever had! Overall great food! We got the margarita pizza and the cowboy burger, both of which were delicious. The burger buns are so good. The thin crust pizza wasn't very greasy like most pizzas. The food isn't overbearingly greasy to make you feel sick. It was all full of a lot of flavor which is extremely satisfying. I think the fry sauce was my favorite part. I really have never tried a fry sauce as unique and delicious as this one. read more

This place sells the best hamburgers hands down. We compare them to park city gourmet burgers that in some places up to $17.00 apiece. Unpretentious, friendly, great service. I read a review stating The Junction was reviewed previously as "a bit high (prices)". This person has obviously NOT shopped around for gourmet burgers. These burgers are made to order, nice and fresh, crisp veggies, and a bun so soft and tasty-awesome in every respect. Try the philly cheese steak too. We are in love with The Junction! read more

This was my third visit to a Junction location (Park City and now Midvale yay!). I've had their pizza, wings, chicken pesto salad and garlic bread. Seriously their chicken pesto salad is top notch. My only quibble at this location would be they serve their salad on top of service paper on a tray (really who wants pieces of paper in their salad as you scoop it up). I know their Midvale location serves their salads in bowls - much better. Our family are big fans of this place and as we live in Sandy we will frequent the new Midvale location more often. read more

Horrible customer Service from the OWNER. I went here with my boyfriend 1/1/2021, the food took a long time to come out... I saw one table putting in a complaint that the food was taking awhile (50 minutes) and another lady walked up from a different table to put in the same complaint. The OWNER of the building got in this lady's face, and honestly I feared for her. Her went off on her telling her this is not a fast food restaurant. No man, or anyone should ever approach someone like that. This lady was simply stating her food was taking awhile. She then requested a refund as his customer service was horrible. I will never be returning to this place again. I can not believe how the owner acted in this manner. Not one, but TWO tables were simply trying to get an update on their food and this owner was horrible laughing in their faces and being disrespectful. 100% do not recommend going here. read more

I ate at this location with my family on January 1,2021. My husband and I ordered a Pizza and my sister and her family ordered 3 burgers and a salad. It took 10 minutes for our pizza and 45 minute for my sisters food. I overheard a guests complaints to what I THOUGHT was a manager about the wait time (they had been waiting for 50 minutes). I approached and said I wanted to make a complaint as well as we had been waiting a long period of time. The gentleman that was representing the company said "listen lady....this isn't a fast food restaurant". I told him I knew that but service is better at a 5 star location. He proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter what I thought and that thats how it was. I asked him for his name and he scoffed at me. I said are you a manger? He said...no...I'm the owner puffed his chest out and got close to my face (he's a tall man). I said well I want my money back NOW since we were still waiting on half an order to come out (we had just received a salad and one burger at that point, my husband and I had already ate our pizza-that was cold as we waited 20 minutes hoping the burger would be soon to follow). I let the manager know that the Midvale location never took this long to get your order and if they did they told you a wait time. The OWNER of this location was VERY proud to let me know that the midvale location was going out of business (I'm not certain why he took such pride in this information). I can't even tell you if the food was good as we ended up with a cold pizza while waiting for the rest of the food to arrive. What poor business practice. read more

Good food, which is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars. I would have given 1 star for service. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, a salad, cheesy bread and a kids cheese pizza. All of our food tasted great. The salad came out about 15 minutes before our pizzas. After my order had been taken the individual told me the total and I was quite surprised. That's when I noticed she had charged me $12 for the kids pizza(a $5 pizza). I quickly pointed this out and she acted like I was causing her trouble. She refunded me a couple of dollars and I ignored it after that. When she dropped my pizza at the table she tipped a cup of soda over and brought a rag back to make a quick pass. She clearly didn't have time to help us clean it up. When I asked another individual if we could change the channel on the TV he said he didn't know how. I asked if someone in the restaurant knew how and his response was a quick no. Nobody knew how to change the channel? What is the point of the TV? I was not impressed. These burgers definitely give the bowling alley a run for their money as best burger in town. The Junction might have the edge, because their burgers are twice the size. They do have the best fries in town. Even when I order a pizza, I get a side of fries (who'd have thought... pizza and fries). The pizza is good, but not the kind I prefer. It is not a risen crust and the herbs are too much for me. But if you give me the choice between any of the pizza chains in town and The Junction, I'm picking The Junction. Great food but horrible experience or some bad luck.. The person taking our order (I assumed the owner) was uninterested in bring there and dismissive of us. The place wasn't busy but managed to lose our order. The cook/wait staff were apologetic and the food ended up being great. Great place to eat! Kings hat and phillies are so good! I get the pepperoni and sausage pizza which tastes divine with their ranch. And the poutine....Ahhhh so good! Love coming here. Imo they are a little pricey but totally worth it. read more
