My wife and I decided to splurge on a pizza. We're currently on a plant based diet for health reasons, so the splurge wasn't monetary, it was dietary. We have ordered dinner to-go from The Junction on many occasions in the past couple years and always enjoyed the pizza and burgers. However, this time the Combo pizza had what appeared to be a store bought crust and the pizza was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. In my wife's words, it was the worst pizza she's ever had. I called later that evening when the restaurant wouldn't be as busy and asked to speak with the owner or a manager; I was told I would receive a call back on Monday. It's been more than two weeks and I guess the owner or manager couldn't be bothered with calling me back. I won't be doing business with The Junction again any time soon. read more

I was in Heber covering the Ragnar race. I needed a quick bite before I drove off. I ordered 2 plain pizza slices. I was served cardboard with something that resembled cheese. I returned them and complained. They made me new ones, which meant they pulled two more pieces of CheeseCardBoardTM from a vertical rack and thawed them out. It tasted the same. I couldn't eat them. How hard is it to make pizza by the slice?? read more

Skip over this place and find something better. Manager lacks customer service skills gave me the number to the health department and it was the restaurant number. I will be glady calling the health department for several health code violations. read more

Decent place. Burgers were good - definitely not fast food quality - but kind of forgettable just the same somehow. They'll run you $7-8 without fries or a drink. Service was friendly and quick, but the restaurant was a little dirty. Overall, a fine place to stop and grab a bite to eat while passing through Heber, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. read more

The el Diablo burger was awesome. We also got the supreme pizza it was good not the best pizza I have had though. The dining area floor was dirty. They attempted to sweep while we were there but missed many areas under tables. Overall though I would remember the burger the most and would definitely stop and get another one some day as I am passing through Heber, Utah. read more

It was great while it lasted, but the Entertainment Coupon for 10% off at The Junction in Heber City has finally come to an end. Food is usually decent, but service has always been unpredictable. Sometimes the chicken is overcooked and dry. Love the fry sauce (and other recipes) that they hijacked from Davanza's in Park City. read more

Went here because of all the good reviews. Ordered Philly Cheesesteak to go. The lady running the counter let my food sit underneath heat lamp for 15 minutes while she continued to deliver food to 8 guests that ordered food after me, that were dining in. Even gave another guest their food first that ordered after mine, while mine was still under heat lamps. Food was good but could have been awesome if the bun hadn't dried out and fries went soft. Would like to go back and dine in seems to take priority over ordering take out. read more

Food was plain and the service ok, We came in at 935 pm ... knowing that they closed at 10p... but did not know that the time of 10p... ment we are going to make you feel extremely uncomfortably and clean the dining room while you eat. Sweeping floors around us, flipping chairs and stacking on tables, scrubbing tables, picking up table condiments. All this happening at 10p sharp... by 1015p we wolfed our food down to get out of the place feeling like we were doing something wrong, or holding the staff up. Was a very uncomfortable feeling. Great pizza with incredible flavor that will make your taste buds jump. The Thai chicken pizza was recommended and it exceeded all expectations. My girlfriend got the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was incredible. The blue cheese with the Buffalo sauce was a home run. Then you put all that on a bun that is soft and flavorful. The Junction is hands-down the best food in Heber, especially at the price. My old favorite restaurant in the valley was Bear Dance Café, but sadly, they closed down. Thank goodness for the Junction. As a family we have eaten here at least 10 times and we have loved it every time. The staff is nice, the restaurant is clean, the food is awesome! I was not a big fan of the classic buffalo wings... However, everything else I've had has been excellent. My absolute favorite favorite favorite meal there is the El Diablo burger with fries and a drink. Oh my gosh! Pizza was pretty solid but wasnt really anything special. Coke machine was messed up and the coke was flat...so not a big deal but was a bummer. Caesar salad was pretty good but made withe iceberg lettuce, pet peeve of mine for caesar salads. read more

Pizza crust tastes like it was processed/frozen. Chicken on sandwich was dry. So were The chicken wings. The restaurant generally smelled like a bathroom. Service was less than desireable. The only positive the French fries were good, and the dip for the fries was too. read more

The Junction is one of my favorite restaurants in Heber. They have great burgers and pizza and always deliver the food to your table in a fairly timely manner. Their new location is pretty great too, it's a lot bigger with more places to sit. The decor on the inside is pretty cool too, especially the spray painted wall. read more

Avoid this establishment at all costs. Especially now, it may be new, but this man has no business owning a business in this day and age. Customer service is key and this owner has absolutely none. The owner came out and argued with us for complaining about a quesadilla and a burger taking 50 minutes. Then another lady came up and backed us up they were having the same problem. He said he wasn't running a fast food establishment, but they make pizza, fries and burgers. I could've gone to flemings and gotten a T-bone steak faster. Owner definitely didn't know how to treat a customer. read more

Our latest experience was terrible here. We ordered, and 10 minutes later my wife got her pizza. My daughters and I ordered burgers and waited an additional 50 minutes with still no food, even though many people that had ordered after us had already gotten theirs. We repeatedly asked the cashier when our food was coming, and every time she said, "Coming right up". Eventually we got frustrated enough that my family, and the group behind left and got a refund. They still charged us for our drinks and the pizza, even though we had to wait about an hour for nothing. What terrible service! read more

Stopped in after fishing the river and had the "el diablo" burger. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Everything felt fresh and well prepared. The sweet potato fries were out of this world. I'm often disappointed by sweet potato fries because they are more mushy than crisp, but the junction has that fixed by doing a deep crinkle cut on them. Crispy and delicious. I'll be heading back soon to try other dishes. read more

We almost missed out on The Junction because of a negative review. I'm sure glad we didn't! My family ordered hamburgers the first day. All four were different and all four were juicy and delicious. The next day my son and I came back for pizza (the same pizza that had such a negative review). It is a thin crust pizza, so if you are looking for deep dish, this isn't the pizza for you. The crust was fresh with a crispy crust. The sauce was full of spices and flavor, and the cheese was definitely fresh. I had a slice of pepper on which was perfect. They also have the delicious "chewable" ice that I love. I'll be back whenever I'm in Heber! read more

Everything is super amazing! It is really quality food, nothing frozen store bought already made. My husband got a burger with sweet potato fries, and the sweet potato fries were my favorite. I got the margherita pizza and it was so delicious! Nothing greasy about it, although the crust was pretty crunchy. Definitely a 5 star!! read more

Terrible Pizza! The crust was obviously frozen, pre-sheeted Sysco type dough. Like a stale cracker. Sauce was either canned or straight up tomato paste with herbs. After all this time, we were hoping Heber would finally get a good mom & pop pizza place that would be able to produce anything better than the chain joints in town. Sadly, this is far from it. It was essentially a $20 stale tortilla with tomato paste and cheese. Very Disappointed. It's sad when a locally owned place can't produce something better than the Domino's and Pizza Huts. Lost a long time customer tonight. Took over an hour for a phone in order. Waited at the store for another 35 minutes. Got home and the order was wrong and food missing.
