Adequate at best. The Chai outmeal was instant and not mixed properly and the. Luz berry scone was more like just bread. But the biggest issue....and shame on me that u didn't count my change, but I gave them a $50 for a $9.50 meal and the cashier, he, gave me back $30 in 9 one-dollar bills and a 20-dollarbill. I looked in the register and there were plenty of 5s and 10s. I asked him to give me a $5 bill for five ones, which he did....thing is he shorted me $10. Again shame on me, but based on the way he made the change I can only think it was intentional. Hope I'm wrong. ....but guessing I'm not. read more

Really great chai. I'm kind of a connoisseur of chai, and I've tried a bunch of recipes in Philly, and this one is impressive for a small town brew. I took off two stars because the staff seems to be a little less than kind -- to the point where I kind of call this The Judgmental Cafe. But hey, if you can get in, get your chai, and get out without an awkward stare, it's a great day! read more

I lived in Selinsgrove for four years while I was a student at SU. This place was the best! They have interesting drinks, not just coffee, but teas and smoothies that really brighten up your day. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The paninis were out of this world. Unusual and surprisingly tasty combinations! I love and miss this place dearly. read more

Came in to hang with a friend for awhile. Panini was delicious and the smoothie was equally good. I loved the huge straws! The place is a small, quiet yet relaxing place to enjoy lunch. We tried this place for quick bite between games at the university. Best panini I ever had and the selection was hard to choose between! The bread was so fresh and nice and crisp on the outside, done perfectly. The chocolate crunch scones were the best ever and the Cappuccino was also the best I ever had. Service was fast, the place was clean, and I can see why the locals love it. We would drive an hour and a half just to go back. Highly recommend, priced right and great food! read more

Nice little locally owned cafe in selinsgrove, I thought it was just ok, Coffee is not the best I think selinsgrove Dunkin donuts would take the prize of best coffee, Food was alright. The best part of this place is its chill laid back relaxed atmosphere and also very good service. I would recommend this place for these two reasons alone. read more

I am rarely in Selinsgrove early enough to be in a coffee mood (find me at the Selin's Grove Brew Pub), but when I am it's a treat to remember the Kind Cafe. Good coffee, and free refills on house coffee, I was amazed to discover today (I don't recall that happening before). Decent cafe-like sandwiches, and a very pleasant space to sit and work/read, with free wifi. In a big city this would be four stars, but it's the best around without any obvious flaws so I'll be kind (ahem). read more

Atmosphere is simply splendid and exactly what I was hoping for but not what u expected (in a good way).
