This trip was even better because they now have $5 top-shelf drinks (yes, you read that right ). We had plenty of drinks without emptying our wallets--which is basically unheard of in Vegas. I contacted the hotel to have the charge reviewed and corrected, but the issue still has not been resolved for almost 2 weeks. The agent from customer service saying will help dispute the charge and send email confirmation had no follow up email at all. And there is no manager or anyone contacting me back to try to solve this problem. What makes this especially frustrating is that the incorrect charge happened after my stay was already over, and despite bringing it to their attention, I'm still waiting for a proper resolution. For a resort of this level, I expected much better accuracy with billing and much better customer service when a billing mistake occurs. I would strongly recommend checking your final bill carefully before leaving and keeping all your receipts and documentation. They were able to charge to my card AFTER I had closed my bill and checked out. My experience with the billing department has been extremely frustrating, and I'm very disappointed with how Fontainebleau has handled this situation.

It was nice, decent, far from spectacular. The views, nice for sure, but the bathroom and shower, extremely slippery floors and no mats to protect, very dangerous. Standard in most ways, furnishings plain, nothing great. Bed fine not spectacular. Air conditioning, the worst!! I get this same type of poor air conditioner at 30 + year old Strip hotel, not the speak of this 4 year old resort. Are they nuts. It was 113 when I was there, the room never got below 70 and even so it took 5-6 hrs after arrival before it even reached that level. Embarrassing. Check in, was fine, quick, the elevators to the rooms, I loved and the use of the card to gain access felt safe, secure and modern. Can't praise her enough. They also charge for parking, even to hotel guests, $25 per day!! Wynn gives free parking to guests!! Is Circa nuts? Circa wants to poise itself as a 5 star luxury resort. NOT A CHANCE!! Don't listen to the You Tubers who are paid off, given free everything or sponsorship. This is NOT a 5 star resort, nothing here earns that. It has some benefits for sure. It needs improvement. Doubtful I'll ever be back, I can't see many reasons. From the average room, the rip off at the Bar, the lousy area it resides in, the questionable service from some, and just general indifference, (see my Legacy Club review for more disappointment) this isn't there place to be. If you're spending this type of $$$, check out the Strip Hotels...you can def find better pricing and more amenities there, and BETTER air conditioning. The Wynn as an example, the only 5 Star Resort, the air conditioner worked every second, and the room was constantly cool or cold, and it never failed once, and took seconds to start!! That's 5 star luxury, and it was cheaper than Circa!! Amazing. First time, last time. This may be the newest kid in old and seedy Downtown but it just doesn't live up to expectations. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. We ordered chicken wings and green beans, but the side dish took a long time to arrive. When the food did come, everything was hot and fresh. The chicken wings were especially good -- I recommend the plain, well-done wings; they were spot on. The green beans, however, were disappointing. They arrived later, were soft rather than crisp, and tasted underseasoned -- maybe a little more salt would help. Overall, the place is decent. I would return, but I'm not in a hurry to go back.
