We stopped by this place heading back home from Ohio. It was a few miles off the interstate, but well worth the trip. Trust your GPS, you will drive by the Toyota Factory, then turn into an industrial park and keep going. If I had to guess, they're in the back of the industrial park. . I honestly thought that Waze had messed up and we finally arrived. It is well worth the drive! The best thing we had were the Bubby's nachos (which are big enough for plenty of people). Very tasty with Your Choice of House Smoked Pulled Pork or Diced Smoked Chicken, on a Bed of House Fried Tortilla Chips, Topped with Queso, Salsa, Sour Cream, Jalapenos, and Cilantro. Pulled Pork comes with Big Hazard BBQ. Diced Chicken comes with Hot Sauce. I had the Philly Cheesesteak. It was OK, but just average. Plenty on the bun, just not what I expect for a cheesesteak and not a big level of flavor. However, their onion rings are phenomenal! It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the view and the weather. We are not beer drinkers, so I have no idea on their beers or beer selection. Next time we are in the 'North Georgetown' area, we will definitely revisit them again and most likely split those delicious nachos! read more

This is a fun place and has a great outdoor space that is huge and under roof so rain or shine it's great. I have only tried the Fried Bologna Sandwich so far and I have ordered it twice so it's pretty good. I look forward to coming back! I will try something different next time. read more

My family and I love checking out breweries during our travels. Country Boy Brewing started out of Lexington, Kentucky in 2012. They opened a production brewery in Georgetown, Kentucky in 2017 and added a kitchen to the large space in 2018, called The Kitchen at Country Boy Brewing. We (2 adults and 2 kids) split a variety of food items. The pretzel bites with beer cheese, along with celery, carrots, and mustard ($8.99). I must say the addition of celery and carrots to this dish is a little strange, but the pretzel bites were flash-fried and delicious with the dipping sauces. There isn't a cheese flatbread on the menu, so we just ordered the pepperoni without the pepperoni ($9.99). This is a large serving of relatively thick crust flatbread pizza. Pretty plain, but that's the way the kids like it. For a not so boring choice try the hot brown flatbread ($10.99) with oven-roasted turkey, cheddar, bacon, Roma tomato, and cheese sauce. This was pretty good. Not nearly as great as a traditional hot brown, but a pretty creative take on the dish. We also ordered a chicken philly, which doesn't appear on the online menu currently. Not sure if it is no longer an option, but it was actually one of my favorites of the meal, served with crispy tater tots. We definitely way overordered and had a ton of food left over. The prices are fantastic, the service was quick, and there are a ton of different beers on tap. It's hard to go wrong! read more

Food: I have had almost everything on the menu. We go there every Thirsty Thursday. Yes, it's bar food but I have to say it really freaking good. 1. Smoked wings and fries are great. Jalapeno cheese curds Fabulous. Philly cheese awesome. Nachos fully loaded of course can't go wrong. It's all good. Service: for the most part great. There are a few that are slow but I believe are getting better. All very friendly. Ambiance: It's a brewery soooo. But still very inviting. I think kid friendly as well. If you're driving down the interstate, go the extra mile and stop here. First of all - classic rock playing. Not too loud either. Definitely plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, picnic amd bar stool seating. Plastic cups/utensils/baskets. The roast beef and beer cheese cheddar was absolutely delicious. Baguette not toasted too hard, the cheese sauce is thin with great taste and a side of au jous. The smoked turkey sandwich definitely is smokey. The crinkle cut french fries were hot! We were looking for a lunch stop and read these fantastic reviews, so we decided to stop. We were so delighted we did. First, from I75, it is a little over 2 miles. It feels like you are driving into something industrial, but you are not. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Old rock music is played at a level that you can hear yourself talk (which is excellent). It is spotless (bathrooms include) It is nice because you can see the kitchen! You do not get a menu; it is by your phone with the QR code Our server took pity on us and let us use her phone. We ordered smoked bologna with cheddar& onions on lightly toasted sourdough and smoked Chicken Philly w/ smoked mozzarella peppers and onions and chipotle mayo on a soft baguette. YUM!!! For the sides, we had assistance from our server. We only wanted two, and we had three in mind. Tater tots, French fries, and onion rings. TT LOSS. THE ff were crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. The ON we're perfect. They were not so crunchy that they hurt your gums. Their Seasonal citrus IPA went perfectly with all the smoky flavors!!!! I hope we get a chance again to stop here. Their service was equally as good. read more

Everything on the menu definitely sounds great! We visited last night and had the Bubby's Nachos with chicken and the Prezel Bites & Beer Cheese. Both were delicious! The Bubby's Nachos were perfectly covered with queso, salsa, chicken, sour cream, jalapenos, and hot sauce. They had a great flavor and went well with the beer. The pretzel bites were perfectly salted, and the Nacho Bait Beer Cheese was absolutely phenomenal! Honestly, some of my favorite beer cheese I've tried in a restaurant. I highly recommend it! This brewery was awesome. We got there a little after 8. I had a flight with some yummy local brews. My daughters both got a burger and fries which they said were delicious! They especially loved their fries. I got the Oklahoma sliders which were very satisfying and onion rings (I'd give them a 6/10) I also ordered the spoked wings. They came out plain with an option for sauce, I wish they had a buffalo/mild option, but they were still delicious plain dipped in ranch. Our bill for all 3 was a little over $70 which I thought was reasonable. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather on a cute outdoor patio. Dog and family friendly which was a delight to see! Highly recommended! read more

We love to drink a few cold beers and have good food. But.....they never can get a simple nacho order correct or the pulled pork sandwich my husband just got was absolutely cold with a black burned top bun. (Photo attached). I have been wanting to try this restaurant and since the pandemic we decided to go to their food truck. I am impressed and I can't wait to actually go to their Restaurant to sit down and eat. This was my 1st attempt at using there new kitchen. We had the meat trio flat bread pizza, It was very good. It would be about right for 2 people for a appetizer. Most everything I saw coming out in the floor looked good. I miss the food trucks, But we got our food really quick & have no complaints. The Kitchen at CBB has been a great addition to the brewery. I've tried their flatbreads, pub pretzel, and special options during the Mardi Gras event. All have been good choices. You order at the counter and then go about your business sampling the great beers. They'll come find you when your food is ready. Definitely off the beaten path, and definitely worth the trip! The facility is pure "tap room chic" with plenty of TV's to enjoy an early round of the Masters. Very good selection of beers and the 2 we tried were very tasty. The food was also very good - I had a smoked turkey sandwich, the hub had the smoked wings and we shared some onion rings. All very tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. Very happy that we stopped here for lunch! read more

As soon as we arrived in this area I looked for a place to eat that would be out of the ordinary. This place fills the bill very nicely! Our server brought me a couple of samples to try after asking what kind of beers I like. I ended up going with the Witness the Citrus. It has a nice hoppy flavor that I prefer. I was even able to purchase a four pack of it to take home with me. On the food side we ordered the nachos. They were delicious and the portion was big. Wow, where to start? Camping nearby on a trip to TN. Was thinking about going to a bbq joint when saw the place was littered with political flags. Tired of American politics, decided to come to this off beaten place. So happy we did! Such a cool vibe, my taste in music, beer, and food! Service was excellent! Wasn't sure what to order. Told our waitress I prefer the darker beer and she recommended the BARRELED NATES COFFEE. One of the best tasting coffee beers I've tried. Totally recommend. My husband ordered a flight. One that I really liked was the orange cream cider. Another I really enjoyed was the SHOTGUN WEDDING beer. Could really taste the vanilla! All excellent choices. I ordered the pulled pork nachos. The smoked flavor was right on. So good! My husband ordered the green chile bacon burger with a side of beer batter onion rings. Again, all very delicious and arrived quickly.
