Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. There were three sales associates working while we were there, and not one acknowledged us or even greeted us. We had questions and were clearly interested in making a purchase, yet no one offered assistance or even basic customer service. It was surprising, especially seeing that they're hiring, because customer acknowledgment should be the bare minimum. What made it even more upsetting was that we felt completely ignored as customers of Asian descent while others seemed to receive attention. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome. I had been really looking forward to purchasing my first Le Creuset piece and making it a special experience, but instead I left feeling disappointed and overlooked.

We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! Could we pick another day? They said they would have to. CALL ME BACK.. a couple months later I received a voicemail message telling me they would be here the next day in the morning. By then I didn't need them. They apologized that they couldn't get to me sooner but they missed the whole point. Why did they not have a calendar with them at any time that they CALLED ME BACK? Why would a scheduler call without the schedule in front of him?

Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Eric and Antonio provided great recommendations every step of the way, and their crew was always nice and considerate. The project took a little longer than expected due to a missing cabinet issue, but overall it was a great experience with quality workmanship, fair pricing, and a professional team. They pick cheap labor for all the work and that's exactly what you get, however, that's not what you are paying. They definitely overcharge for what you get.

Price was certainly a factor, but what really set them apart was their confidence in being able to protect our existing marble tile backsplash -- which we installed two years ago and can no longer source. Other companies warned that tile damage was likely during removal. Pacific Stone approached it differently. Their crew removed the granite with remarkable precision and didn't crack a single tile. That alone exceeded our expectations. During installation, Moses caught a flaw in our brand-new sink before we did. Instead of proceeding, he suggested we exchange it and even offered to pause the job so we could do it that day. That level of care says a lot about how they operate. A few weeks after the project was completed, we changed out our rangetop. Pacific Stone came back and carefully modified the installed quartz to fit the new appliance perfectly. From start to finish, their team was detail-oriented, responsive, and respectful of our home. The finished product looks fantastic, and we would absolutely work with them again.

We were referred to ROK by our contractor for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We visited the…read moreshowroom and worked with a consultant to build a layout for both spaces. ROK then required someone from their shop come out and measure to ensure the design would fit and some changes were made. We then proceeded to place an order for the cabinets. Up to this point everything was fine. We had been given the impression that the cabinets would come as modular components that our contractor then would install. We were quite surprised then to receive unassembled cabinets in flat boxes (think ikea). This despite the website (see photo) advertising free delivery and assembly. When we asked the customer service representative Courtney she informed us assembly was not standard but that it was available for an additional fee. Additionally, when our contractor went to pick up the order it was brought out on a pallet and dropped at his truck and when he asked for loading assistance he was refused. We have been trying to reach someone at the business for the last 5 days to try and reach an accommodation . We have left messages for Courtney and Sean but they will not return our calls. Overall a bad experience and I can' even review the cabinets yet.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.
