Came in for a late night coffee and snack after dinner with some friends. The staff were super friendly and served us quite quickly. We ordered the Long black which is basically espresso pulled over water. I can't tell you how delicious it was. I really enjoyed it. We also got a biscotti and and some gluten free pumpkin donuts. There are plenty of tables, nooks and comfy chairs to sit. There is free WiFi too. The place is clean and bright. There are quite a few coffee and specialty coffee choices. There is also a large assortment of breakfast and lunch Aussie pies. They are delicious. Nice puff pastry crust and fresh and delicious fillings. Great place for coffee and espresso. There is plenty of parking in their private parking lot. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee and a bite to eat check this place out. read more

It was funny because we were coming from Long Island and we have a couple of Kookaburra coffee shops there that are awesome so of course I was intrigued. The name did not disappoint! The location we went to on A1A was huge; like two store fronts in one. They had their own coffee blends as well as a number of delicious sounding latte drinks (we liked the honey badger and the Aussie). It looked like the place must have an active night life too as they had a few beers on tap. Easy five stars! read more

Cool place! A coworker told me to try it out while in town. I had the vegan banana nut bread and the honey badger iced latte. Everyone was so friendly and helpful as I was trying to decide what to order. I don't usually drink coffee, nor am I vegan so....but this place is loved because the line was almost out the door. Coffee and pie in the same place?! Count me in!!! This was my first time at kookaburra and the wonderful reviews did not disappoint. The drinks, honey badger and green goddess were both great. The green goddess was especially yummy and had quite a delicate yet somehow strong flavor. Then the freaking meat pie. That pie was seriously my favorite bite of food during our trip and we had some great food! I got there at 11:40 and got the last one in the case so if you want the lunchtime pies better get there on time. As for this specific location, the staff were patient, kind, and following all COVID policies. There was ample parking as the stand alone building is in the a strip mall of sorts. Whether you're a local or a visitor don't skip on the coffee and definitely not the pies! read more

The staff in this place are all playing loudly behind the counter when tables need wiped so customers can sit at them. Customers come here to relax not hear the workers chatting about their personal lives. My coffee - way too sweet and close to undrinkable. The vibe could be so much nicer if management would step up training. read more

Ordered a Long Black and it was fantastic. Had to go back 3 or 4 more times. They make great lattes too. We had the scones and the muffins, which amazing. The Aussie pies were like big egg sandwiches, so delicious. read more

The Thai chicken meat pie was absolutely wonderful. Just enough Thai spices so that you know it's Thai, but not over powering. I had a house made chia-amazing. My husband had a pour over coffee that wasn't around long. Meaning that it was very good. This is a perfect stop going up A1A in St. Augustine. read more

This is a brand new location of Kookaburra Coffee. It's huge for a coffee shop and has plenty of seating. It's in the former frozen yogurt shop, so there's lots of parking. As an Island visitor (and former native), this location is great because I don't have to fight the tourist traffic up by the beach. The iced brew coffee is the best I've tasted south of the Mason Dixon and the scones are served with the most amazing sweet cream! read more
