Detroit style pizza w/ pepperoni & green pepper
    Russell F.

Inconsistent. I ordered a Detroit pie today, same recipe at I always do; double green peppers & pepperoni. Just look at what they served me & compare that to my other picture of an earlier Detroit pie. The crust is prebaked, but the crust was underdone while the cheese was barely melted. No browning and a lack of tomato sauce on top. What WAS an extraordinary pizza two weeks ago, is now truly crap. Lafayette Inn- don't rush the pizza out of the oven. Think of it as art.

I must have driven by this place 100 times but today my sister & I were looking for a place to eat lunch. Of course I turn to Yelp for help in finding a restaurant near where I am. Yelp is spot on again! Although this doesn't look like much from the outside the inside is clean and food delicious. The bartender had to take care of the bar and food orders. She was busy but still gave good service. I got the cheesesteak sandwich which came with chips and pickles. My sister the grilled cheese with chips and pickles. My cheesesteak was tasty with a perfect bun which wasn't too much bread. We shared a brownie sundae. It was a huge sundae and so good. If I'm in the area again I won't hesitate to stop in.

I went here on a Saturday afternoon and it was truly the perfect timing. I walked in, and there were a handful of regulars at the bar and not many other people at the tables. As soon as I sat down, I was greeted by the bartender and offered drinks. Shortly after I placed my food order, which did not take long at all. The food was great. I got a buffalo chicken wrap with their homemade potato chips, which were truly amazing! They have so many options on their menu. It was difficult to choose one thing. There are a bunch of dart boards at the restaurant and it seems like they have events here in the summer when they have bands who come to play. I would absolutely recommend checking this spot out. I will plan on coming back soon!

The Lafayette Inn is a small town bar with a large back room and I believe it was 6 or 7 dart boards.. they have an extensive menu, honestly, and I am told everything my friends have had there has been good. The salad I had was pretty good and fresh, but the mushrooms on my friends mushroom Swiss burger looked to be canned, so I am mixed. They use bang bang sauce on multiple items on the menu, and the surprisingly sweet and spicy sauce is pretty tasty. The bartender was nice!

A quaint bar out in Lafayette with an extensive menu. The inside looks like it hasn't been updated in over 30 years, but that's really the only con. Drinks are cheap, it's clean, and they have 2 dart boards and a juke box. Kitchen closes at 9pm. I tried their French onion soup and bang bang wings. Both were delicious!! The wings were nice and crisp. Food prices were very fair as well. I would definitely come here again.

Amazing place! We were looking for an amazing fish place and found this spot on the side of the road after a hike. I am so glad I stopped. I ordered the fried fish and fries. It also came with cole slaw. I'll definitely be back again soon!

I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was outstanding. The French fries may have been the best I've ever had. Excellent service too.

If you have never dined at The Old Ledge, all I can say is GET. THERE. NOW!…read more Don't be fooled by the looks of this place, I promise you, you will receive some of the best food you've ever had in your life! I stopped in on wing Wednesday, and boy, oh boy, was I in for a treat. On Wednesdays, their wings are .75 cents per wing, a minimum of 10 per order. So, in true foodie fashion, I decided to order some for "now and later." I chose their Val wings, Salt & Pepper, and Korean BBQ. We also ordered a Cheesesteak, I had been told by 2 people that this was the best cheesesteak in town, and I just had to try it for myself. Let's start with their wings. Are they a great value ? Yes! Were they amazing? Also, yes! These wings were simply great. Great size, great flavor profile, just great across the board! I can't imagine coming here and not ordering their wings. So good! You're probably thinking, well, what about the cheesesteak... well, I can assure you that the 2 people who suggested I try it did not steer me wrong. This cheesesteak was delicious!!! Full of tender steak, toppings, and loaded with cheese just how I love it. To make matters even better on Tuesdays, you can order a loaded cheesesteak & fries for only $8. The Old Ledge is truly a hidden gem. Great atmosphere, amazing bar staff, and a phenomenal cook!

So just keep that in mind when you wanna visit during high traffic hours. Parking was a little tricky too. We ordered the combo plate with brisket and pulled pork and they both were 10/10. Food came relatively quickly, and the waitress was just attentive enough that we didn't really have to look around for her, but not over-bearing. I am not a big fan of bbq, so I got fried haddock. It was so delicious! My family, who are big fans of bbq, said it was some of the best barbecue that they've had in the area. It's a little bit pricey, but overall worth it. The deviled eggs were also really tasty, and the cornbread is a sweet bread. There was a good amount of food, but I was one of the only people in my party to have leftovers to take home. My only complaint is that the mac&cheese did not have macaroni, and instead was a shell pasta (which really upset my sister haha). There is street parking, but there is also a lot across the road that you have to pay for before 5pm

She went on to list a bunch of items she loves from there and kept saying how good the food is, so I was sold. I ended up calling and placing our order, and they dropped it off right at my job, which was super convenient. I ordered the honey barbecue wings and added a side of barbecue sauce--though honestly, I didn't even need it. These wings were slamming. As you can see from the picture, every single wing was soaked perfectly in sauce. No dry spots at all. You get a dozen wings with your order, and they also include celery and ranch on the side. Even the celery and ranch tasted heaven-sent, which says a lot because usually that's just an afterthought. They have a pretty full menu with a nice variety of American-style dishes to choose from. I've heard it's a great bar atmosphere too, although I haven't eaten inside yet--but I'm definitely looking forward to that experience. Based on the food alone, I'll absolutely be ordering from here again.

I literally had to scrape it out of the box, put it on my pizza stone, and finish cooking it myself -- as I live 40 minutes away. When I reached out, the owner admitted the regular cook wasn't there. Instead of stepping in or making it right, he offered to remake it with the same cook and tossed out a 10% off next time like that would fix anything. In the end, it was a $56 dinner I had to throw out, and the lack of customer care was louder than anything else. Their actions make it obvious they care more about their own convenience than their customers. The response on their Facebook confirms their lack of professionalism and customer service. Follow up: the missing four slices the owner is referring to are on the pan I used to cook the pizza. Which ended in up in the garbage as the cheese didn't melt.
