We've been wanting to try The Las Vegas Bakery after seeing their stuffed conchas online. They are located at Fergusons Downtown. First time coming here and it was our kind of vibe. Lots of cute shops that we will definitely check out when we have more time. Items tried and liked (so far): Strawberry Cream Cheese Concha Biscoff Concha Both were soft and fluffy! Toppings had just the right amount of sweetness. They were both so delicious! Looking forward to trying their other conchas and sweets :) Service was excellent. Interior is clean. Yelp Review 2026 #119: I give Las Vegas Bakery 3.5 stars. I missed my weekly brunch with my sister because I was here. I stood in line from 11am to 12:10pm today. A huge part of the line were groups of 3-5 people so, it looks massive. A few people left the line. When I got to the front of the line, all the shelves were empty. All they had were plain conchas and tres leches cake. Which means I'm getting a fresh batch! I heard about this place on the news. I distrust and get irked by most influencers except for maybe 3. I know I waited too long when influencers have already overhyped a place. I was chatting with the ladies behind the counter while I waited for conchas. Apparently, there was drama when a customer flipped out over influencers who cut in line. *eye roll*. Aside from the flavors on the menu outside the door, they have seasonal flavors like mango, and they want to introduce a new flavor: banana pudding. Ten minutes later, the new batch of conchas were dropped off from their kitchen on Main Street. I didn't stand in line for over an hour for nothing. The new batch only had 3 flavors: pistachio, guava, and strawberry cream cheese. I got one of each. I didn't know there was a croissant filled with cream and berries so, that was in my box of conchas. Pistachio Concha: The concha is softer and not as dry and dense as traditional concha. It's filled with pistachio mousse. Their pistachios are said be imported from Spain. 4/5 Strawberry Cream Cheese Concha: Out of the 3 I got, this one's my favorite. It has fresh strawberries on top, cream cheese and strawberry jam filling. 4/5 Guava Concha: I was expecting this to be filled as well. All I got was a little guava jelly on top. This would've been better if it had cream cheese and guava jelly inside. 2/5 I don't think it matters what time of day you come here as you'd still have wait in line for at least an hour since they make a new batch every hour or so. But once they sell out then, you have to try another day. So, I'm guessing, you should be here around 11am-1pm. Some people stood in line before 10am. That's a bit much! There's a few more flavors I'd like to try but I'd rather wait until the hype dies. They're ok but not worth standing in line for for over an hour. Also to clarify, their Main Street address is their kitchen. Some of their customers who order cakes pick up there. Their actual shop is in Ferguson's. read more

Saw this bakery on Instagram and I thought I have to try them and boy these conches are delicious. Yes it's a very small bakery. You walk in place your order and you take your order but the nice thing is that it's in a remodeled area where you can sit and enjoy your conchas outside. There's a coffee shop directly across or you can simply take them home and enjoy them in the comfort of your home. The owner was there. She was super sweet, super nice and we started with three and ended up taking four stuffed conchas! absolutely delicious! We had the mango, biscoff & guava cheesecake to start off and then we take a pistachio one as well! read more

We were excited to finally try this place but when we went in there we asked about the pastries being made in a peanut/allergen free kitchen and the girl behind the counter didn't know. Then my wife noticed that there was not a handwashing sink in their space. As someone with family who own restaurants and food trucks we know that this is a must in every store that serves food! How do they ring people up, throw away trash etc and then have no where to wash their hands? We also looked around to see if there was an actual health permit posted and did not see one. There was also nothing posted about allergens so we decided not to purchase anything as our son is allergic to peanuts. So this place may be viral and popular but you all need to pay attention! I hate leaving small businesses bad reviews. I found this bakery on Yelp and decided to place my order on the website . I decided to order roca de conchas for día de reyes it looked beautifully made on the website. when I got home and opened the Saran wrapped rosca it didn't look like the picture and description said feeds 6-8 ppl rosca was 6 mini conchas glued together to give it the illusion of a rosca not worth the 30 dollars. I felt ripped off and disappointed I called the owner and explained my situation and unprofessionally she said I should had viewed her instagram before placing an order and she promotes her goods on Instagram not the website the pictures on her website are only reference. read more

First there is no cakes of any kind and the conchas that are being advertised it's not even close of what you see, so very disappointing , the girl was helpful but it's a super tiny little place there's not lot of selection on conchas. read more

I placed an order on 12/31/25 to be picked up on 01/06/26 at 9am, got there before 1pm and waited over 30 minutes just for the OWNER to come outside and say it was still baking and was gonna take around 2hrs for it to be ready, she offered to have it delivered by 4pm, I called at that time and said she was about to call me because the extra conchas I had ordered weren't done and she had already refunded me for them (which she hasn't btw) and was gonna replaced them with cinnamon rolls, called at 5, said it was gonna be delivered in 12 minutes, it was delivered around 6:10, the rosca is not even close to what I ordered, it's dry and hard, if you can't handle that amount of orders you shouldn't be playing with people's time and money! read more

I Bought a rosca and 3 other breads today. The Rosca was dry and hard. The rest of my order was supposed to be chocolate and they gave it to me, vanilla. The Rosca was given to me only covered with saran wrap, one side wasn't completely wrap with it. I call the OWNER and explain how my order was and she said all sales are final. She offer to maybe give me something for free another day but that's all. She said I took the bread and their was nothing she could do , how was I suppose to know it was hard as a rock, She then told me if I was looking for a refund that she wasn't going to do that. I didn't want a refund all I wanted for her to do things right and maybe replace the hard as a rock rosca and give me the other bread the right flavor. That's it not my money back. I will NEVER buy from this place again and I don't recommend it. The owner was very rude when dealing with the issue. No people skills what's so ever. read more

It's unfortunate that I had a horrible experience with this business because I would have loved to support a local neighborhood bakery in the downtown community, of which I'm a part of. I was excited to try out this bakery, so I placed a small order for my family's day of the dead altar and gathering. I placed my order, paid fully via the Venmo app and made arrangements for pickup . when I arrived to pick up the order, I was informed that their ovens were broken and they were behind on all order so my order wouldn't be completed until later that day. Annoyed at the fact I had driven to the bakery without being informed ahead of time, the bakery offered to deliver my order to me once it was ready, which I did appreciate. As the evening grew later, I still hadn't heard from them on a delivery time and was in need of my order for later that night, so I reached out to them again. All communication is done through text message and I was getting no response, their phone is just a voice message service so also left a voice message requesting status of my order. The night ended and I still never received my order or had a response from anyone. I was left with nothing for my day of the dead altar. I reached out the next morning disappointed, and was finally answered via text by their answering service agent and was told that my order must have been forgotten by the driver. I was in disbelief at the lack of care and follow through! I asked for a refund after they offered to get my order to me again that day, but I did not want to do any more business with them. After I asked when I could expect my refund, I once again was left hanging waiting for a response only to have the person who I was texting with rudely and inconsiderately reply after some time saying that I wasn't the only customer they were assisting, that they get a lot of messages and that they could let the robot answer and maybe I could get the response I want. I was blown away at not only the lack of customer service, care and compassion but the overall lack of communication from the very beginning of this experience. I had to be the one to once again reach out to the business the next day and request a refund, only to have no one ever reply to my messages. After 3 days, I finally got a notification from Venmo for a partial refund of what I paid. They decided to deduct $4 from the $60 I paid because I used Venmo and Venmo charges a fee for sending money to a business. It's so distasteful and unprofessional after everything they put me through to not refund me the entire amount I paid, considering the time I lost , the drive I made and the fact that I was left with no bread offerings for my day of the dead altar. The bakery should have covered the Venmo fee for their mistakes. I never received an explanation, an apology or even a response. Truly disappointing and really hope no on else ever has to experience such bad service. read more
