I loved my lash lift when I had it done the first time 3 years ago, the person had pinched the lashes togrther to make to look like "manga lashes" and cutesy I appreciated her trying to do what would look cute on my eyes but I didn't like it. *UPDATE* 3 weeks later, my lashes are driving me nuts!! I have hooded eyelids and the lift on my lashes are literally vertical, flat up against my eyelids, so I just don't think this is for me. When my eyes are open, the tips of my lashes fold up into my eyelid fold. For the first week I was doing everything I could to undo the lift- steam/coconut oil, but it didn't work. I couldn't put on eyeshadow, eyeliner, or mascara because my lashes were so difficult to move out of the way. By the second week, I just gave up and just dealt with not wearing any makeup on my eyes. They're slightly less annoying after 3 weeks but I probably won't get the lift again. I wish someone had mentioned lifts would be a challenge with hooded eyes- or that the tech would have noticed and lifted my lashes out a little more, then up. Maybe that's just a thicker little pad? Idk. I'm not going to change my 5 stars because nothing was done wrong or bad, I just don't think this is for me and my hoodie eyelids. This was my first time having any lash service here or anywhere else. I decided to start with a last tint and lift. Over all the service lasted about an hour and a half. Denise explained everything she was doing at the beginning and the rest of the time, I just got to lay there and relax. No pain or discomfort at all. She made sure to go over the procedure and make me feel comfortable about what shape and size I wanted the lashes to be. She definitely took her time to make my lashes look perfect. All the ladies there were so nice, they offered water, contact solution for my lenses, and even champagne! It was a far drive but definitely worth it! This place is AWESOME! My regular girl had a family emergency come up the day of my appointment, and I was leaving for Hawaii the next day! So I called around to several lash places, none of which could take me, that is until I called Lash Lounge Orange! The gal at the front desk did her very best to get me in, and even managed to finagle an appointment earlier than anticipated (close to my original appt time, so I didn't have to muck up my whole mani-pedi-spray tan schedule!) The girl who did my lashes (I need to look at the business card!) was great! They were very natural and lasted my week long trip in the Hawaiian Humidity and countless hours in the ocean! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of, and they were extremely accommodating to a girl who had a last minute emergency! TL/DR: accommodating in a pinch, and great work with lasting results! 10/10 would recommend! read more

First of all, I hate that I even have to leave 1 star. They're should be a negative rating system. Anyhow, this place entices you to make an appointment, use their "specials", give them your credit card to reserve your appointment. That right there is red flag city. I tell you run ‍ do NOT give them anything. I made the appointment, had the lashes done and yes they look nice. Until I got home and literally a lash was loose and hanging. I called them and they booked a "re-do" with a "better" technician. They should always give their best to you in the first place-just saying. Then all the lashes fell out. They re-did them and the girl took forever, she then has another technician finish midway through. They didn't even use much adhesive or glue or what-not. The lashes completely fell out the next day. Secondly, I called them again this time for a refund. They refuse to give your money back and only offer yet another "re-do". Plus, let me back up a bit, they also try and sell you a monthly membership and push product like nobody's business. They do NOT give refunds and put the blame on you as if you didn't care for them or buy the right products from them to maintain them. Which in my opinion, you shouldn't have to do much maintenance in order to keep them from falling out in less than 24 hours. They also rip out your natural lashes, so now you won't have any lashes to boot. I just recently received another text that they " miss me beautiful " and are willing to do another "re-do" with an even better technician. Um ok..uh NO!! I want my $150 back. They can keep the 20% tips that I left each time. Which brings me to Third, they loudly ask you when you are paying how much tip you want to leave and it starts with 20% and goes up from there. Everyone sitting in the small waiting area next to the cashier just sort of looks at you as they can hear everything. Lastly, I DO NOT recommend this place or company at all unless you don't mind wasting hours of your time, your money, your future money once you give them your card, and even more importantly your natural lashes. I had to go buy a $170 bottle of Latisse from the dermatologist, in order to grow my natural lashes back. Expect to spend much time, money & energy dealing with this place. Honestly, I went to a nearby nail salon and they basically did the same thing for $40 and they lasted almost two weeks. What a complete waste. Ughhh frustrating to say the least. read more

Went there May 17th needed a fill - they talked me in taking my exciting once off because they have been done somewhere else. Went back next day May 18th for new set just for volume not length. I was disappointed on the look but thought I go back in two weeks and they can fix it. Will post picture of how I came in and went out that day. By May23rd half where gone, May27th I had maybe a hand full hanging on by May 31st I have 3 left on right side and maybe two on left eye :(. Anyway I contacted them May 23rd and told them I would like to cancel my membership - they did not except my written cancelation had to go in and today was my first available day - so I got told that it will take 30 days to get in affect and I might be charged another month. Wow I got one fill not even a touch up. There are better places here in Orange that do better business - I am from that industry and usually don't leave feedbacks but this is just wrong read more
