Their crew showed up on time daily for our lengthy, one-month project after design was complete. I needed one time landscaping for my home. Front yard - numerous bushes that have overgrown. In the back, I have fruit trees that needed pruning, natural grass, but most importantly weeds that the winter winds and spring weather made sprout like no other. Decided to hire a professional to do a one time job on my yard. I was recommended Lawn Patrol by a co-worker. They came out within a day, walked around, and by that evening emailed me an invoice. From the moment Goi ("Joy") arrived to take measurements and discuss the project with me, I knew I would be hiring this company over the others I'd also requested quotes from. Not to mention, their quote was also very reasonable and a great value. I'd been saving my money for some time to be able to redo my front yard landscaping, drip irrigation, and have a new irrigation timer installed. To some, this is a small project, but to me it was a big deal. Goi made me feel comfortable and important to the business. She asked me the right design questions, offered me options, took pictures, and listened well. With the pandemic in full swing, their project schedule was out a bit, but it was worth the wait! It's hard to find anything positive to say about this company. The owner (Goi) came out to discuss our needs which amounted to laying new sod and monthly maintenance. Goi said all the right things and sent a proposal. We never go to the re-sodding because her crew did such a terrible hatchet job on our shrubs. They did exactly the opposite of what we discussed. Instead of cutting them back in a natural way, they cut everything back almost to where they were when planted about a year ago. It looks just terrible. Goi they returned to meet with my wife. She had the nerve to tell us that she wouldn't have trimmed the lemon tree until December - the opposite of what she told me just weeks earlier. After 3 weeks our association was terminated. They thought they did me a favor by not charging for their terrible work. The "excuse" was they had fired a number of people and had truck problems. I think they just hire people that either don't care or don't listen. Either way, I'm so glad to be rid of them. I'm sure we'll find someone more professional. read more

Lawn Patrol is a nightmare to deal with. We paid them $7,000 as a deposit. They put in roughly two hours of labor and then showed up with an unlicensed cement contractor who brought an 8 year old and ten year old to assist him (guessing at their age). We would not let them on our property. Lawn Patrol promised to get another cement contractor to do the job. After receiving a quote from the cement company, Lawn Patrol called us and refused to complete the job. Our back yard is a torn up and unusable mess. And now we have to endure the summer without being able to enoy the yard. So far we had to cancel three summer parties at our house. I would give Lawn Patrol NEGATIVE FIVE STARS but this option is not available. read more

We called Lawn Patrol to see about redoing our landscaping. Goi came out to our house and was unbelievably knowledgeable. She pointed out that our grass had a fungus and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. We hired her company to start the weekly maintenance of our yard until spring when we'll do a more major overhaul of it. The first week I noticed an appreciable difference from our previous company. Bushes were trimmed more neatly, dead plants were removed, old debris was cleaned up and removed. All of these things were done without asking and at the same price that the old company charged too.
