We had a fridge failure but there was so so much water coming out that it was hard to determine whether there was a leak in the pipes since the living room carpet was completely soaked. Called insurance company and all they did was send restoration guys (who apparently didn't even do the resto stuff correctly). Kenny came out and very carefully listened to every single bathroom/pipe in our house with his cool Ghostbusters listening device. He took the time to figure out the problem and also told us a bunch of tips. He also showed me where the city meter was so that next time I can (attempt) to figure out if there really was a leak. My home warranty company sent a different plumbing company out to locate my leak and determine the solution. I didn't have confidence that they were knowledgeable and so I contacted the Leak Locator for a second opinion. Cory replied immediately and Kenny came out within 1.5 hrs. My slab leak location was particularly difficult to locate but Corey and Kenny worked together, using their specialized equipment, until they were sure that they had identified the source (which was different than what the first plumbing company diagnosed).
