Great food decent price friendly staff and clean restaurant. Speed of order to pick was what was expected.

I hate writing bad reviews but I am so angry. Can you imagine how bad it burnt to pay $8 for this plain lettuce. If I wanted that I would have made it at home. Don't overcharge and underserve. I asked the waitress where the cheese was and she begrudgingly handed me a little cup of Parmesan. It is unfortunate because my husband and I are regulars but lately the service has gone downhill. Decide to go eat at The Loop today. I was disappointed. It was late afternoon. The place was pretty much empty. The food was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, there were dirty tables. We sat down for a long time next to dirty plates on a nearby table. No one came by to pick up plates on the that table until we were almost done with our meal. When they did pick up the plates the never came back to wipe the table down and pick up the napkins on the floor. Given the place was pretty much empty you would think they can do better. Not sure why the reviews are so low. I ordered the small veggie pizza and added sausage and bacon. It was delish. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant to order from. If I lived here I would definitely return, no question. You walk in, review the menu, order your food and it was ready before the time quoted which was 15 minutes. My burger was good and the milkshake was great but the 11" sausage and goat cheese pizza we had tonight was overpriced for $17.00. Kind of disappointing in taste and the crust on the edge was really wide taking even more real estate of toppings on an already small pizza. There are better options locally that are cheaper. Love the loop but this location is a joke. Saturday afternoon after 4pm and they barely have enough people working. We have six people in our party and half of us have their food and are almost done eating while half of us are still waiting (which is why I decided to take the time to write this review). The restaurant itself is dirty and the tables and chairs in disrepair. I gave two stars because the people who have their food already say it tastes okay but it will be a long time before I come back to this location and probably the loop in general, especially since the other location near us was closed for awhile by the health departmemt. Amazingly inept Ok, my first and hopefully only Yelp RANT... Had the worst and likely final experience at the Loop in Nocatee. Tried so hard to be patient and understanding. But the problems kept piling up and the manager couldn't help in anyway except to say "sorry" or "2 more minutes" for about 30 minutes. Or order for 3 people was pretty simple. Chicken sandwich, a salad, 2 shakes, a cup of soup and a bowl of soup (tomato bisque). After 25 minutes, not to bad of a wait I guess, the bbq sandwich was "buzzed" out. And only the sandwich. Counter service said the test will be out in a minute. 15 minutes later the shake comes out. Still not soup or salads. At this we talk to someone else, who said he's the manager. Apologizes and says "your order was forgotten". Great.... tells us two more minutes. Now at his point or friends we met there had received and eaten their meals. We waited. No more crowds at the counter. And we waited. Go back up and manager says sorry, still not ready (10 minutes after the 2 min warning). Eventually they give us the soup and salad to go. SOUP and SALAD.... figure that would be the easiest things to make and provide! Managers response? Sorry, we got busy and behind on the salads. It was just totally inept service. You figure after a small party has waited forever you personally get the order out to them. Well that didn't happen. No offer of a refund or even a future free shake, anything to say we screwed up multiple times but we want your business. Synopsis: 25 mins: BBQ chicken sandwich and fries 35: mins 1 shake 40 mins: 2nd shake 55 mins: given a sorry we forgot 60 mins: 2 more mins 70 mins: food given to go (salad, soup). Want to be ripped off? Dine at The Loop. For $9 you can get a goat cheese salad with one cranberry, no walnuts, a sprinkle of cheese, three oranges and a table spoon of raw onion. I asked to sub tomatoes for cranberries, clearly they did not understand. Perhaps this is the outcome of putting a bunch of 16 year olds in charge of a restaurant in a senior citizen community. I would consider this a form of elderly abuse. It only takes the granddaughter from NY to come into town to call them out for this thievery. We will not be going back. Our last 3 visits have been unfavorable. Purchased two hamburgers, medium rare. Both came well done. Manager apologized reprocessed our order and both came back well done! Either staff is not properly trained or this was done on purpose. Gave them another chance a week later- order was not correct. Our last visit, they could not make what I ordered and the cashier taking the order could not answer a basic question about an alternative option. She did not ask anyone else to answer my question. The general word, and I agree, is that people only go here because of the convenience. Nobody would drive out of the way for the food here.

We've been to this location multiple times because of its convenience. I'm not a huge fan however I do like their feta Mediterranean salad with salmon. I asked today when ordering if I could have the salmon blackened. The young man taking my order said sure no problem. When the salmon came it was Cajun style not blackened. When I went up to him and showed him that it was Cajun not blackened, he told me it was the same thing which it's not. Also, many of the tables outside had dirty dishes on them the entire time we had our lunch and not one employee came out at any point to clean any of the tables off. It was a little windy and napkins were blowing all over the place. It wasn't even that busy that it should have looked like it did outside. This location needs to step it up or they are going to lose customers. read more

You get what you expect here. No frills, no excitment, but good fresh food, healthy or unhealthy your choice here. Love their tomato basil soup, no one beats it. And that crunchy, cheesy crostini omg in your soup it is heaven. I usually get chicken on a house salad it's a big portion with fresh vegetables love those sliced tomatoes. Crunchy broccoli salad is delicious and addictive. Veggie pizza is one of my favorites in town and that's saying something. Veggie eaters are in heaven here with lots of choices including portabello burgers. Meat eaters can get regular burgers. Huge menu with choices to please everyone. Milkshakes especially Oreo are to die for! read more

The restaurant was empty and still was tough to find a clean table. The gentleman who took our order was not only arrogant, but bothered to explain any menu items. The Loop completely let us down Friday night. After getting our takeout order home, my wife opened her chicken sandwich to find a severely over-cooked/burned chicken breast (see pic). Making matters worse than the fact that the restaurant would think it okay to serve this to a customer, when we called to get it replaced the Friday night manager told us there was no grill space so we'd have to come back in 30-45 mins to pick up the new one. Food and service were simply awful....BUT, maybe I had unfair expectations - 1st, the name "the Loop" made me think Chicago style pizza - walked in, it was a Panera type of place - you order, they give you a buzzer, you come up and get it in a few minutes...... We ordered a 12 inch pizza, a salad and a crock of soup.....asked if we could get the soup and salad before thew pizza....the girl looked at me and said, "but we put the soup in the pizza oven, so it's going to come out at the same time" to which I replied, "Well, can you put in the soup, wait 5 minutes, then put in the Pizza?" her response was, "I'll have to see if they can do that.....' So, the wife's salad comes out in 2 minutes.....10 minutes roll by....buzzer goes off.....our order comes up - soup, pizza....and another salad.... The French Onion was OK, but the wife and I looked at the pathetic $13 pizza and said, "Are you kidding me?" - it was the size of a Jack's frozen Pizza - and tasted about the same - with the exception of fresh Green Pepper....BONUS - they let us keep the 2nd salad, so my wife had lunch the next day.....but absolutely nothing about the visit would make me want to ever go back... read more

Ok at best. Average food at a good price. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were acceptable. Kid chicken stripes were enjoyed - did not like the Mac and cheese. Tables are very tight together, very loud atmosphere, you order at counter then hope you can find a (clean) table. Large TVs with sports and you ban get beer or wine. We ordered a pizza for take-out from The Loop - it is a reliable neighborhood restaurant that we enjoy ... but we were deeply, deeply disappointed that they are not observing or respecting any COVID-19 practices. Their staff is completely exposed not wearing any PPE or face masks, naive cashier had no clue that she should be protected from contracting this deadly virus. Shame on the owners of the owners of the Loop for not respecting, educating and protecting their employees! they need touchless entry, payment and food handling options before we will ever return. read more

I read a review of this place before I went. And they said that the restaurant got the order or wrong. I thought to myself, so what? So I went, and they got the order all wrong for me to! No extra mayo on the hamburger, the hamburger was over cooked, they did not give us packets of mayonnaise, they did not put salt and pepper on the hamburger or on the french fries. And the cashier was not very friendlly! I will go again but I will be triple clear about my order and if the cashier is not very nice I will say something to the management. read more

Sat and watched our food being made by people not wearing gloves. Normally wouldn't mind but when I brought it to the manager he assured me they all had gloves on. When I pointed out he was wrong he advised they always do when they handle food - never mind the guy holding your plate without gloves on... Been there twice now with my brother in law and his family who live in Nocatee. The first time was good. The food was very tasty, the staff was great, no complaints. The second time was a complete different experience. My daughter's chicken sandwich was inedible, my burger was meh, and most of the food for seven of us wound up going in the trash. Next time we are down, we will probably try somewhere else or just eat at the house, where we can expect the food to be good every time. read more

Our company had a lunch catered by The Loop and it was good. Now with that said, we only had salad and pizza. Many different types of salad and many types of pizza. I am not a big pizza fan but the few slices I had I thought were good, the salads as well. I have not been to their restaurant and cannot speak for that, but, for the catering salad and pizza it was not bad. I am hesitant to leave a four star review because of the negative reviews but this was my experience. read more

My son used to work at the loop in fruit cove. It was good. This one? Not so much. The French onion soup was NOT french onion soup and was a tiny portion. The breading on the chicken tenders was wayyyy too thick. And the girl who took our order was completely disengaged. Not impressed. read more

This is my first visit at this location and was very disappointed. 1. My salmon was over salty and peppered. 2. The store was not as clean as others we frequent. ( the area at the beverages had a spill that was ignored by the staff - this could have caused a slip and fall) My husband pointed it out as we were leaving and they said they knew about it, but did not seem to care. My concern is the attitude they have in food prep and overall customer satisfaction. The Loop is a go to for us but we now question the quality and customer service. read more

We went here on 10-29 about 5:10 pm. We had a grilled chicken salad and a small pepperoni pizza. They were not busy at this time. The salad was good, and the chicken was cook ok. The pizza however was missing the pepperoni, was dried out, and way over cooked. We went up to the counter to get extra pizza sauce, asked if wanted it hot, yes of course, the man told the cook to put it in the microwave and warm it up and he would bring it to me when it was done. Sitting there 5 minutes waiting, my husband went up and asked for it and it still wasn't ready. I went to this restaurant to get take-out and while I was waiting I got to observe that most employees were wearing chin masks vice face masks as almost no one had their full mouth and nose covered but rather the mask was sitting down on their chin and this included the manager on duty. Out of approximately a dozen employees, only the cashier and one person in the kitchen was wearing their mask properly. I also noticed that one individual that was responsible for putting drinks straws and napkins out was not wearing gloves or a face mask until AFTER he was done touching all the straws the customers will handle. As for the food it was equally bad. Whomever packed the onion rings did not put the lid fully on the sauce and therefore the sauce was all over the onion rings and the container. The steak fries were absolutely tasteless no matter how much spice we added to them once we got home. Even though we have liked this restaurant in the past and given it high reviews I would highly recommend that you TOTALLY AVOID this location. read more

Food was mediocre and staff was horrible. I ordered a crock of French onion soup and was asked when ordered if I would like it before dinner I said yes. When my tracker buzzed to get food everything was there at once and the boy giving me my food all he says was " Yea I see that on here wonder why they took so long to cook it " had no care at all. French Onion soup was tasty but definitely not how described in menu. Looked like a bowl of muddled gray instant soup and the melted Swiss cheese was somewhere inside instead of over the top. I had a Cajun and Jack burger which was cooked perfectly but had absolutely no taste of Cajun at all. I asked for mayo on the burger and there was nothing but lettuce tomato and onion. I went to the counter to ask for some mayo and as I was walking up the same boy saw me and walked away it took about 4 minutes before someone from the staff acknowledged me. Mind you there were six people behind the counter two people making one shake, two people at the grill singing and cussing and the other staff having a conversation. Likely to not return which is sad because I am currently building a house in Nocatee right across from town center and was looking forward to find new spots to go to. We were in the area and in meeting all morning and were hungry and wanted something fast and we saw the loop ...... well lets say its different to say the least ...its like a fast food joint with the typical unhappy order taker you order at the counter and take a pager and go sit and wait and eventually your pager goes off and you go get your food. only to find you should of gone to wendys ...the grilled chicken was raw ,the pizza was so filled with oil and well the little salad was well OK would we go back ?????? read more
