First time at this Loop location but a very big fan of this chain. This Loop location was not up to the standard we expect. Caesar wrap was a woefully small portion. Onion rings were very good! Chicken tenders and fries tasted very old and not fresh. Service was fine but not expecting anything crazy from an order at the counter place. Outside area was under construction but I liked the ambiance otherwise!

Love The Loop but this location and experience was subpar. Came in with my husband for lunch and we both weren't impressed with our meals. He ordered the Caesar wrap which came out almost like a kids size and way smaller than usual. I got my usual chicken tenders and unfortunately they were overcooked and the fries were cold and looked like they'd been sitting for a long time despite it being busy lunch rush. They are renovating the patio so it was very busy inside and every seat was taken but food still came out fast. The loop is one of our favorite lunch places in Jax so hoping our next experience will be better with quality of food served.

The general word, and I agree, is that people only go here because of the convenience. Nobody would drive out of the way for the food here.

Our server was super nice and attentive. I got a dirty martini and my husband got a beer. My dirty martini was made well and had blue cheese stuffed olives. We also ordered an appetizer, they're blue cheese chips, without chives. They came out super quick, I think maybe 2 minutes. For the price of their blue cheese chips, which is very reasonable, you get a TON, covered and smothered in blue cheese sauce and a balsamic drizzle. The chips were housemade saratoga chips and were crispy and delicious. For dinner I opted to order a Greek side salad and a loaded baked potato. The Greek salad was good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the red peppers in the salad. I'm not a huge red pepper fan or peppers in general. The baked potato was stuffed and delicious, full of bacon, sour cream, butter, and cheese. It was delicious and huge. ($8 for a baked potato is a bit high IMO). My husband got the plain jane, which he really liked and my kiddo got the kid's penne pasta with marinara and a club soda. He finished his meal and really liked it. We'll be back.

We stopped here, at this location, late one night with some friends and it was so nice to find a place that served food and drinks later in the evening. Service was a little slow but in fairness there were only 3 or 4 front of house staff working that evening including the bartender. Now, this location has a slightly different menu than the one in Savannah but still has a few of their popular dishes such as the Treylor Park Nachos Grande, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, PB&J Wings, and Treylor Park Pot Pie! I always order the Treylor Park Nachos... it's a massive tray of waffle fries plus a healthy amount of toppings such as pickles, fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese with chive ranch & balsamic gastrique. I mean it's a meal of WAFFLE FRIES with enough for myself, to share, and leftovers for when I get home from the drive there! LOL! The Treylor Park Pot Pie is really good too. It's basically chicken pot pie filling in a fried burrito with some pico de gallo on top. My friends ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes... which she loved and was a first for me. Verdict: I liked them. This location is pretty good but it's still not quite as good as the original location; however, I would still recommend giving this place a try.

The table was sticky, so that wasn't great. The portions were very small for plates in the $20 range. The chicken and "dumplings" are made with precooked biscuits. Their fried green tomatoes are soaked in sauce. The sauce was delicious but I didn't expect smothered tomatoes. I added the sauce to my salmon with potatoes and veggies as that dish didn't have any specific flavor other than "grilled." Right now, the place seems to be understaffed. We waited for a while to be seated but the restaurant wasn't full. Our appetizer came with our entrees and it wasn't hot. Our server was sweet and she did her best.
