One of my favorite places to grab lunch or dinner. My top favorite items are the tomato bisque and the French fries. The tomato bisque is so tasty and comes with a crispy piece of bread. The French fries are so good and I recommend trying them with their ranch.

Good food, friendly service, reasonable prices. The grilled chicken sandwich was juicy and delicious. Steak fries were crispy and the onion rings were too. Order at the counter, your you table beeper lets you know when your food is ready. Self serve fountain drinks make refills easy too. Table and booth seating, along with tables outside for warmer weather.

Craving for Pizza this Friday night so we tried The Loop. It's a self service restaurant where all orders and payment are done by the counter and the place has a lot of sitting capacity and few outdoor seats. We ordered half and half of Artichoke & Bacon and Fennel Sausage & Goat Cheese with additional beef plus their Great American Cheeseburger. The latter was just ok, while the pizza served to us seems to be wrong as there's no trace of mushroom, tomato, and the additional beef toppings. They were able to correct it by serving just the Fennel Sausage & Goat Cheese. We also paired it with drinks that doubled as dessert, got the Strawberry Milkshake with cherry on top which also comes with a quarter full tall glass of its refill. While it was a self service restaurant, the crews were attentive to check what each table needs and there were 3 occasions when they were looking for who ordered an unclaimed item. Make sure to check if they got your orders correct whether it's for dine-in or to go.

Great American Cheese Burger with onion rings

The staff was super sweet and attentive. Our cheese burgers were cooked to perfection and the buns toasted just right! The onion rings were the best I have ever had. The crispness was perfect! The atmosphere is laidback. The decor has the cutest farm animal pics on the wall!

Burger( bbq bacon) and onion rings

Went with friends to this place , as they said it's the best burger in Jax , they definitely hit the mark, the wife and I really enjoyed the burgers. Our friends ordered a pizza also , to be honest , I liked the pizza more than my bbq bacon burger. Now don't get me wrong , it was a good burger... just was expecting more of a wow factor ..

Great lunch restaurant! Burger and onion rings were both grilled/fried perfectly, while my friend enjoyed the new Pinsa Pizza. Delicious crust!

Big beefy burger with thick fries

This is a good local place - you know what to expect, and by that, I mean a yummy meal at a decent price. I like to eat vegetarian, and their Veggie Ciabatta was big enough for two meals for me. My son likes big juicy burgers, and that's one of the things they're known for. I like the choice of sides without an up charge! The warm blue cheese chips are a nice change from fries. I haven't been to this location for a few years, and it appears they remodeled. The interior has a sleek, minimalist look to it. We sat outside. You're pretty much on a sidewalk next to the road, but I'm still glad to have this option. A nice variety of choices on the menu. I think you could find something to satisfy anyone in your group. They have a kid's menu too. :)

Pizza with 4 toppings

It's been a Long time since I'd been here as I moved. It used to be Chicago style and was awesome. They have radically changed their style, but not their quality and service. Still a great pizza. Mine had pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and goat cheese. I don't eat a lot of salt, so maybe it was me. But the goat cheese seemed a little salty. They might have put feta l, which is a little more salty. That being said, it was still a great pizza. Awesome service as well. Very friendly and helpful.

I love that The Loop is on one of my delivery apps! I wanted pizza today and that's exactly what I got. A wonderful Mediterranean pizza full of so much flavor and loaded with toppings. I was also craving something sweet and their Oreo shake never disappoints!

Food is great, but waits are consistently absurdly long. 45 minutes for a salad with salmon and a chicken sandwich.

We ordered the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer, they were phenomenal! Then we both decided on steak for dinner. I got the filet, and ordered it medium rare and it was perfect. My husband ordered the ribeye and his was medium, his was also spot on. Then of course, we had to get dessert. I got the German chocolate cake (this apparently isn't their normal one) and my husband got the dulce cheesecake. The waitress we had was great, and she recommended lots of tips and favorites to try. The only negative thing that I would say is that it's a bit cramped, so it was very loud and hard to hear each other at points. This was an amazing dinner. We will be back

Our waiter, Evan, was very proactive & offered suggestions with menu items. We started with some cocktails, the gentlemen with the cider beer & an old fashioned. I chose a glass of bubbly & the birthday girl had the fizz cocktail. It was incredible with a fresh blackberry puree. We started with the fried green tomatoes & the calamari, both were delicious! Calamari was prepared well and not too chewy. We shockingly each chose a salad: the bistro steak, the chop chop Asian, the goat cheese, and the salmon. Each one was incredible. Mine was the chop chop and I absolutely loved it! It was HUGE and you can bet I ate every single bite. Loved it!' We finished with the brownie topped with ice cream for the birthday girl, it was extremely tasty! Thanks again to Evan for making our night! He was a fantastic waiter! Would absolutely request him in the future.

The Cuban sandwich was one of the best I've ever had, and the bananas foster bread pudding was absolutely incredible. Needless to say, we'll be back this Sunday! The overall restaurant looked clean and great for a date night. We weren't feeling too hungry so we ordered the following based on the waitress and our friend's recommendations: 1) Crispy Brussels sprouts 2) Duck Fat Corn Bread 3) House made pasta + sugo The crispy brussels sprouts were a bit undercooked and lacked flavor but if you prefer a less crispy Brussel sprout dish I would recommend it over the duck fat corn bread. The duck fat corn bread was disappointing. It was an odd combination of flavors that did not mix very well. The corn bread was mushy and the crisp Napa cabbage with the random ranch/spicy sauce combo did not pair well and left my mouth feeling confused. I had high expectations for their house made pasta as they had a pasta maker out for viewing. The pasta was overcooked and every bite was an interesting mix of flavors...some bites salty...some bites unseasoned. There was barely any meat present and overall we ended up not finishing our meal and wrapping up the night. The only good thing we had was the homemade soda that I did not get a picture of but I believe was the hibiscus one. Overall I would recommend this place for drinks but not dinner.

My server was attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed to have the perfect balance of checking in when needed while still giving me plenty of space to relax and enjoy my meal. The Eggs à la Orsay were a creative and elevated take on Eggs Benedict, featuring black truffles that added a rich, luxurious flavor without overpowering the dish. Paired with a mimosa, it made for a fantastic brunch experience. The real showstopper was dessert. The Black Forest Silk Pie, topped with toasted meringue, raspberry, and Bing cherries, was absolutely delicious--decadent yet beautifully balanced. My server also recommended a glass of cava to accompany it, and the bubbles were the perfect complement. Great food, outstanding service, and thoughtful recommendations made this a memorable brunch. A beautifully seared piece of chicken with crispy, golden skin, plated over what looked like creamy mashed potatoes, surrounded by a rich, glossy sauce. The mushrooms and caramelized onions added depth and made the whole dish feel thoughtfully composed, not just thrown together. Flavor-wise, it delivered. The chicken was juicy with that perfect crisp on the outside, and the sauce tied everything together in a way that felt indulgent but balanced. Every component had a purpose, and you could taste the level of technique behind it. I love coming here to celebrate birthdays as it's such a great spot for special occasions. I enjoyed the food; however, I think some details were missing or off for the price point. For example, the rib eye was requested for medium temp; however, it was medium rare and very chewy. The broiled ocean platter was kind of skimpy for the price point, and the shrimp & lobster diavolo were pretty good (though lobster wasn't very tender and slightly rubbery). I also wasn't given a pasta spoon- so had slight difficulty eating it. It took quite a while for us to get our food, approx 45 minutes? Our waitress was very kind and checked in- but forgot the lemons I had asked for- for the waters. We had inputted in our reservation request to not be in the center- and we were sat in the middle; though, 80% of the tables were empty. So, all in all, it was good but for the price point, I had higher expectations.

Didnt mind that it fell apart while i ate it, because that's what homemade vegan burgers usually do. But dont order this messy item on a date. I held the sauce. They let me sub a HUGE side salad for the fries. Enjoyed the vanilla ice cream a lot but not the apple tart. The tart was 90 or 95% cinnamon bun and i could hardly find apples. Fruit tarts are usually more fruit than crust; thats what i expected. Apple cinnamon bun eould be a better description. Beautiful ambience indoors. Lots of parking behind the restaurant at 4 PM on a Friday.
