A good number of items, very good prices, senior menu options as well as children's menu options. On this visit both of us opted for the 2 egg breakfast that's served with corned beef hash and toast of our choice. We both went with the raisin toast. It was good overall. Nothing Wowed me really. Wait, let me back up. Service here was very good. Sweet, fun servers, prompt answering questions, bringing drink refills, sample of the soup -yep, she did that. We ordered breakfast, the same thing for that matter. Our entrees arrived shortly after we ordered and they looked good. I was a it saddened to see my corned beef hash a wee bit browner that I would prefer but that's my fault for not specifying how I like it cooked. One thing I especially like is the raisin bread toast option. This seems to be a thing in Michigan, and I LOVE IT! We paid cash and asked for change for a large bill and server was able to accommodate that request easily. So overall we had a good experience here. I will say this is a small diner and the parking lot is similar. Customers appear to be regulars, or else the staff just treats everyone like they know them. What do you do when you need to go grocery shopping and want something quick... Pit Stop for the win! Haven't been in awhile and was happy to see the fish options for Friday. Cod with Mac&Cheese for the hubby and perch Reuben for me. The fish was delicious! The macaroni was a little soft for my liking, I prefer al dente, but the flavor was good, as was the tartar and thousand island. Quite a bit of food without breaking the bank! What a delightful diner! From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. They seemed to know every other person who came in, greeting them with heartfelt warmth. Prices were surprisingly reasonable and portions for several dishes are large enough to share or leave you with leftovers for lunch the next day. My Greek skillet was excellent--prepared exactly as I ordered it and with enough of each ingredient that every bite was delicious. Their rye toast has seeds and is fabulous too, bursting with rye flavor. Tables and chairs were clean, as was the bathroom. I'd come here just for the friendly service, but the fact that they also have great food and reasonable prices puts this at the top of my list for places to eat when we're out this way for horse shows. I was already having a bad day, I called pickup on an order for carry out at the pit stop diner. It was my first time there and heard many good things. I ordered a wrap with chicken, bacon and ranch in it after seeing it on their online menu. When I tried to place an order, whoever answered the phone acted like I was dumb. Saying "no we don't have that" and "what? That's not on our menu". Yes, it is. It's on your Facebook menu page from 2026, this year. She said it with an attitude too. I was thinking of just getting a wrap, adding chicken and bacon to that but my day got worse from this experience so I just went home. I have heard such great things! Every time I've gone here it's busy but the service is fast! All the items I've tried are delicious! The restaurant is very clean! I love the bacon cheddar fries! The burgers are good and not dry. The breakfast oatmeal has a ton of toppings with it and although I don't normally go for oatmeal, theirs is so good! I love the chicken cordon bleu sandwhich! It's a must-try! read more

Pit Stop is an awesome little diner with a huge heart! The service is always so friendly, and their drive thru is extremely efficient! I tried the Tuesday burger special and I honestly say it's one of my top 3 burgers. It was a huge patty, cooked to order (pink center for me, which they nailed!), and was very flavorful! The fries that came with it was a big portion and were delicious! The potato skins were yummy and had lots of bacon topping. I have also had their fish dinner on a Friday night, which is definitely a solid go-to if you like fish n' chips. I was extremely impressed with the packaging, the tin foil lining in the container kept the burger from getting soggy. It was a nice touch! This is a small town diner with small town ambience. The place is clean, service is fast and the food is good and very reasonably priced. We both had a slider which is almost as good as Sidecar Sliders but 1/3 of the price. I also had a cup of chili which was better than most restaurant chili and we had potato skins that were rather tasty. Stopped here for lunch during a work trip. Charming little diner, set inside what used to be a fast-food spot, I think. The staff were all very welcoming. It had all the classic vibes of a quaint small-town diner, right down to the elderly gentleman flirting with me. The salad was tasty, though a few pieces of core sneaked in that really shouldn't have been there. I went with a simple salad plus bacon, and the bacon definitely delivered. The weather is incredibly hot, but the first thing that I saw on the menu was that they have egg lemon rice soup (Avgolemono); but tabling that for now . The strawberry spinach salad was excellent. A gr8 portion, plenty of chicken and feta. I left the tomato and onion off. I asked for the dressing on the side, and Allie was kind enough to bring me three containers, which was more than enough. The spinach was crisp and fresh. There is a side of pita. I don't "do" gluten, but they have GF substitutes, as well. The coffee was excellent, and they kept my cup full. It was really nice chatting with Amanda, the manager. Super friendly and professional; it was cool to have her show interest in a #EliteYelp event I attended a few days earlier at a nearby bakery. When you see the wait staff having fun, you know it's going to be a great experience. We ventured in for a quick bite. We ordered our food and in less than ten minutes we were served. The coffee was great, the chocolate chip pancakes and sausage were great. And my supreme skillet was pretty good as well. There's a sign inside that says "where the locals gather". Render sausage add a couple stripes of bacon chopped add onion fine diced salt and pepper. Cook. Add flour to fat in pan and make roux, add milk whisk in and bring to simmer. Adjust seasonings and consistency done. I make breakfast at home. I'm not paying for canned premade frozen food. And burgers? I'd drive up the street a block to get some fresh patties at Seeburger's. read more

The food is great Diner food, it's a good amount of food for the price. - GF got the Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and corn - I went for the Ruben with Chili Cheese Fries Both were very tasty, I alway would love to see more meat on Rubens I feel every restaurant always lacks on this and unfortunately it's like that at this restaurant.
