    I've gone a couple times to this location and it's okay. First time, computer/scanners were down for a bit ...so took a bit of time to get at least one register working again. Second time, there was only 1 person helping everyone and well, the guy in front of me couldn't decide if he wanted his package shipped for the quoted price. Service was nice to get my package squared away, while the guy thought about it. Small, free parking lot.

    Subject: Formal Complaint Against FedEx Facility at 2130 Vanowen St - Dishonest Staff, Falsified Delivery Attempts, and Supervisor Deception Since 2015 To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal and serious complaint regarding the long-standing and unacceptable behavior of the staff at the FedEx facility located at 2130 Vanowen St. I have been living in this area and using this location since 2015, and over the past ten years I have experienced constant neglect, dishonesty, and what I believe to be deliberate mistreatment by the staff at this branch. I work from home and am physically present in my apartment during all delivery hours. Despite this, FedEx repeatedly marks packages as "delivery attempted -- recipient not home," which is completely false. No one ever knocks or rings my bell. In fact, in the earlier years (2015-2018), they did not even leave a notice -- just updated the tracking status with a false delivery attempt and left me guessing. After repeated verbal complaints, they changed tactics: now they do leave notices, but instead of placing them on my apartment door as required, they tape them to the mailbox area downstairs, which is not visible from my apartment. Often, these notices lack crucial information: no contact number, no delivery details, no name of the delivery person, and no instructions. I must track the package myself and visit the facility to get any answers -- and even then, I get none. What makes the situation worse is the behavior of the front desk staff when I try to speak to a supervisor. Every time I ask, they say the supervisor is on break, out of the building, or too busy. When I insist on waiting, they make me wait for 45 minutes to over an hour. Eventually, someone comes out and pretends to be the supervisor -- a different person every time. Here are two specific examples of deception:     *    A staff member named Juan, who previously introduced himself to me as the supervisor when another employee (Janet) called him out, denied being the supervisor on a later visit. When I asked him to call the real supervisor, he told me the person was on lunch.     *    After I insisted on waiting, a young man named Adam, no older than 23-24, came out and stated, without hesitation, "Yes, I am the supervisor. What's your issue?" It was painfully clear he was not. I believe they rotate staff members to pose as "supervisors" to avoid complaints reaching the right people. This is not just incompetence -- this is systemic deception and avoidance of accountability. I have been dealing with this facility for nearly a decade, and nothing has changed. The staff continue to disrespect customers, falsify delivery attempts, and lie to cover for one another. I demand a full investigation into the operations and staff conduct at this location. Their behavior undermines public trust in FedEx and violates the basic expectations of transparency and reliability. Please respond to confirm that this complaint is being taken seriously, and inform me of what actions will be taken. Sincerely, Tim

    The "Door Tag" on my mailbox - NOT on my door

    This place is Holly-Molly Big BS Already 5 years this FedEx Center not delivered properly the packages to me (I think that the same happened with other customers). So, they'll not deliver packages to apartment and their carriers just put on the "Door Tag" to the mail box in the hallway on our building and EVERY TIME told that no one in the apartment - they are lied because I worked in home and I'm in my appointment 24/7 by 365 days a year. In addition, it's happened already 5 years, and I try to solve this issue politely, but representative on the front desk lied me that they will be speak with carrier ...NOTHING changes already 5 years!!! I already spoke with Mr.Jacki (Manager), with Mrs.Luna (Customer Service) - the results ZERO: 1. The carriers NEVER wrote the date on the "Door Tag" 2. The carriers NEVER brought the packages front my apparent 3. The management NEVER try to solve this issue! In addition, when I try to speak with their manager, the guys on the front desk lied me that manager gone - EVERY 5 years they lied me that manager not here! So, guys, this FedEx Center is the WORSE CENTER in California ...try to avoid this FedEx's service in this place. P.S. As you see on the pictures, the carrier went inside into our apartment by didn't bring the parcel to my door and just left it TWICE on mailbox. In addition the carrier put two "Door Tag" in ONE day easily do it this way because they didn't write the date of attempt (!) - easy and "smart" ways to lie the customers, isn't?

    After a bad review from me I get this back after a month since I sent it and paid for the shipping and didn't get my money back. Shame on this location and personnel.

UPS is still a Global Leader in its industry and ships nearly 6 billion packages per year. Fun fact: UPS stands for United Parcel Service. ------------------------------ Personally, I love shipping items via UPS. The guaranteed tracking number that comes with every single thing you ship and not having to pay extra (I know I know, the price is built in) but it's the principle of it and I like being able to track what I'm sending out. Also, sending something with USPS aka snail mail just doesn't give me the same confidence that my package will arrive like when I ship it with UPS. Also, I love UPS' consistency. If you see a UPS driver in your neighborhood around 1pm today, you will more than likely see them in your neighborhood tomorrow at.... You guessed it, 1 p.m. Yeah, Their routes are carefully researched and designed for consistency which makes for a reliable service that you can count on. Fun Fact: UPS has implemented for drivers to only make "right hand turns" to avoid accidents and improve efficiency. Anyone ever see a UPS driver go left?? lol But Lance, what if you don't have time to sit on your porch and wait for that reliable UPS driver to roll through at 1 pm like you claim they do? Enter the UPS store!! Yeah baby! A brick and mortar store front where Monday through Friday you can drop off your package from 830-7pm (10-4 on Saturdays, 10-3 on Sundays) and leave there with the confidence that your package will get picked up by a UPS driver and then later delivered to its destination as scheduled. Other than dropping off your UPS packages.... The UPS Store offers the following services: -Fax Machine Services -Notary -Passport ID Photos -Office & Mailing Supplies -Amazon Returns!!! So.... Who's ready to ship some stuff??

As for my experience: Terrible service. Agnes was rude right from the start. I asked which box I should use for my shipping label, and she snapped, "You don't know?" I asked if she could scan the label I was clearly holding, and she just told me to go pack my item without explaining anything. I asked which box to use since they're different prices, and she said, "Pick a box. I don't know." Super unhelpful. After I packed it and waited in line again, she said, "It's not taped," with a bad attitude. No help, no explanation, just rude. I finally asked for a supervisor, who was calm and actually explained how everything works. This whole thing didn't need to happen. Really bad customer service.

I call the local office 8601 Canoga no one answers 20 calls later an idiot named Si gh answers and proceeds to tell me he can't help but the supervisor Angel would call me in 15mins. well.. Angel never called. I call back a couple of hrs later and a rude lady Joanna tells me Angel is at another facility and Singh is gone for the day! Wow! I explained the issue telling her I havent received anything. she reads the email back to me as if thats new to me and tells me with an attirude that im missing it that it should be there and if it says it was delivered it should be there. Great! no help. Two days later, to my surprise! an empty manila envelope is in my mailbox OPENED w stickers and writing stating no contents inside/ openned. So, why did I get a notification stating my package was delivered on Tue? why the lies? Why claim to have scanned/delivered it. I go over to the office on friday and the ding dong "supervisor" Angel all he does is excuse everybody in his office telling me stuff happens and literallly telling me "oh well". Zero accountability for the false scan/ terrible customer service/ the lies/ theft! Lastly he makes up a new story telling me someone turned in the empty envelope. Everyone at this place is useless Doug, Joanna, Singh, and the worst one of all Angel who should be demoted immediately. What a useless excuse of a person.
