Parking can be tight since it's connected to an apartment complex, so I'd recommend parking at Pearson Park nearby and walking over if you don't mind the short walk. Those tend to come out grainy, aggressively dark green, and honestly a little artificial-tasting to me. Little Ox is smoother and cleaner. You taste the tea, not a powder. The Genji matcha latte was my favorite. It's been sold out indefinitely, which I'm still a little sad about. These days I reach for the Okumidori matcha latte instead. My husband and my brother both usually order the brown sugar hojicha. Always with the salted cream top. We haven't found better versions of these anywhere else. It's also a great spot to work or study. Comfortable enough to settle in for a few hours. They carry nice merch too -- matcha sets, and recently Genji matcha tins if you want to make it at home. Highly recommend, especially if you've been disappointed by the trendier places.
