Never again!! After calling around a few places, I was quoted $79.99 for a basic cleaning of a…read more3-seat sofa. I've been bait and switched in the past, so I asked if there was a number I can send a photo of the sofa to confirm that I would not be quoted more upon arrival. The woman who answers inquiries gave me a phone number. I messaged multiple times with photos of my couch, and only received an accidental response "butt text" and then nothing again. I called her back to confirm, and she promised that I would not be quoted more than $79.99. When the cleaner arrived, he told me that the sofa was linen (it was actually a cotton blend that looks like linen but I didn't figure that out until later), and that he would have to be careful spraying too much water so it wouldn't damage. He also noted that certain stains on the cushions could not come out, which I totally understood and expected. He proceeds to do a light zig zag motion across the couch for less than 3 minutes and then asks me to come take a look. I just watched him put 15% energy on the couch, while simultaneously texting on his phone, and then ask me if it was good? I was in total shock. Let me be clear...a single zig-zag motion across the whole couch + 3 cushions meant that all the dry space in between was NOT EVEN TOUCHED. Yes, he literally touched 1/3 of the couch with his spray nozzle and then said he was finished. When I brought attention to this, he said he told me that he would have to put light water since the couch was linen. But this wasn't just light water, it was literally only touching smalls parts of the couch and then completely ignoring the rest. As if that solution was supposed to magically spread to the dry/untouched places. I asked him to go over the entire couch again, covering the dry spots he hadn't touched before and to get the back of the sofa which he hadn't even attempted. He was receptive and did so kindly. But not before spraying water all over my kitchen floor, marking the floor up with dirty shoes and then asking me for a towel to clean it up. The only reason I gave this two stars, instead if one, is because the cleaner wasn't rude and there were two spots on the couch where dirty fingerprints had been and he got them out. Also because the woman who answers their inquiries was kind and honest, they did not in fact charge me more. This company is extremely unprofessional and has no integrity. I cannot believe they can get away with charging for this service. I understand that it's only $80, but that's still hard-earned money. Besides the dirty fingerprints (that were surficial and had only just happened at delivery a few days ago) my couch looks exactly the same and costed me $80. I would not recommend anyone spends their money at this place.

Has two Yelp Accounts…read more I contacted Home Advisor via the web site homeadvisor.com I have just move into the area and I was in the market for multiple services for my new home. I received a call from Mark AKA MOSHE RIBOH the owners from a cell number (818)970-0795. On the phone he seems to be very professional and very accommodating. I explain to him that I want it to refinish my hardwood floors before I move in and in addition I was painting the house. I was very clear that this need it to be done in time for my move on July 31, 2014. The original call took place 4 weeks before the death line and we met 10 days before. Once in the house Mark seems to be an okay man, he is over 55 seems to live in the area and had great reviews on Home Ad visors web site. Once at the house he told me that the floors could not be sanded down and refinish, however he could buff the floors and apply a new coat of Polyurethane and I was going to be 97% happy with the work. He mentioned that same of the scratches were too deep and most likely they were going to still be visible but the floors will look great and once again I was going to be 97% happy. The process took less than a day, he had two Hispanic guys working on the job, his only crew I find out latter. In addition I find out that they are acting as sub-contractors but they have no insurance or license and Mark the owner carries no workers Comp insurance ( all after the fact) I immediately notice two things, 1- the floors where way to shining and the smell was very, very bad. I questioned him on the two issues and he said that the shinning will go away once the floors get to dry and the smell will dissipate also. Three days later the painters moved in, Mark the owner of Finest Flooring Inc., told my painters that they need it to use special tape otherwise the tape will damage the floors. The painter got the special tape as per Mark's instructions and proceeded to do his job (great paint job, I will be writing a great review on them) We immediately notice that the coating applied by Mark and his crew was peeling off, yes Pilling Off like you peal a banana. I immediately call Mark and told him to come over and take a look, he come over and said that he need it to bring Alex ( the guys on the workers crew) I told him they need it to finish it and he said ok we will be back once they are finish. I said the crew will be finish by Thursday you need to get here right away I have movers coming on Friday. Thursday they didn't showed up, I call him and he Mark (his real name is MOSHE RIBOH) Said we are delay we be there at 7 pm. Long story short never showed up on Thursday, they were supposed to come in on Friday at 6.30am. 6.30 am come and went, they arrived at 7.30am, at that time I told them to remove this material from my floors, they started sanding the floors and that making big marks bellow the actual top wood coat and into the sub flooring. I immediately stopped them and asked for my money back. The end of the report is: My floors are ruined, they need to be replaced, at a cost of $15,000.00, Mark AKA MOSHE RIBOH is unresponsive, I have filed with the California State License Board and I am awaiting their response.
