Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Our goal was simple -- to understand current pricing and trade-in value so we could compare across multiple dealerships before purchasing by the end of the year. Our salesperson was polite, but the sales manager, Joe Jemley, was shockingly rude and dismissive simply because we mentioned that we planned to compare pricing from multiple dealerships. He actually questioned whether they "wanted to give us pricing" on a car and refused to provide a trade-in value for our vehicle. His attitude throughout the interaction was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After the visit, I reached out to our sales rep and asked for someone above Joe to contact me to discuss the situation. I was told the GSM, Trustin Hampton, would call me the next business day -- that call never happened. I then called the dealership myself and asked to speak with Joe Jemley's manager, Chris Denny, and was transferred to his voicemail. That call was never returned either. This experience reflects a complete failure of leadership at multiple levels. Joe Jemley's conduct showed a total lack of professionalism, and the fact that no one from senior leadership followed up only reinforces the poor culture and accountability at this dealership. We will not be returning, and we strongly recommend visiting AutoNation Honda or Rusty Wallace Honda instead -- their professionalism and customer service were exceptional and a night-and-day difference from what we experienced at Airport Honda.

I made a HUGE mistake buying a 2026 Trax from them. They only gave me $4,000 for my trade in and then I saw it on line for $10,000 + all the crooked fees I'm sure they added to it. I'm barely 5' tall and it was when I was driving the car home that I discovered the car was WAY too big for me to drive. I couldn't even see over the huge hood or if I was in my lane or not. Then when I finally made it home, I couldn't even get out of the car as my feet lacked 10" reaching the ground. So I have to jump out on a deformed and painful hip! I'm too scared to drive the car because it takes up an entire lane and I can't see the sides of the road over the huge hood. So it just sits in the carport and I have to pay Ethra to take me to my doctors. Bottom line is...this car is totally unacceptable! I started telling these issues to the salesman and that I needed to return it. All he said was that he didn't know anything that could be done.
