I needed a digital photo to renew my passport. I haven't gotten one since back when my passport was first issued, and had no idea what had to be done. Fortunately, a Google search directed me to CVS. A CVS clerk directed me to Ryan. And Ryan handled the multi-step process as smoothly as anyone could ask. Ryan probably does this so often that he considers it no big deal. It was. I'd already been to another business which supposedly offered the service; turns out it didn't. So it was a pleasure to work with an employee who knew his business, did it efficiently, and was mighty friendly while doing it. There's plenty of pharmacies around Traverse City.
