I find the whole atmosphere of this place to be very fascinating. Nostalgic video and arcade games that is something that I really admire. I also love how the theme of this place embraces nerd culture. Unfortunately, the quality of the food made me bump it down two stars. The pizza wasn't terrible. That's probably because pizza is one of the hardest foods to possibly screw up. I'm not sure if I've ever even had a nasty tasting slice of pizza in my life. The pizza had none of the doughy goodness that most independent pizza joints have. I'm okay with flat crust pizza if it's east coast style but that's not what this place was. The cheese didn't taste very fresh either and I'm sure was pre packaged and already shredded when the place got it. Ordered a large pizza after tip 50$ normally is good this time almost no toppings what a waist of money

We were looking for a delivery pizza place since our regular pizza places (Rally's and Blind Onion) either closed or didn't deliver. We thought we would give them a try even though their prices seemed pretty high for a pizza and salad. We ordered their Hot oven combo (Med) and salad at almost $50 with delivery! Our pizza arrived after about an hour and unfortunately it was cold and the crust was thin and flavorless. The meats were saltier than expected and the salad was just chopped iceberg lettuce with pizza toppings. I really can't recommend this place for delivery and maybe one of their other pizza combinations will taste better but for what we paid, definitely not worth it. read more

Called ahead and was told 20 min, got there 15 min later and still had to wait 20+ min. Not a big deal if the pizza was amazing. But instead it's super expensive and instantly disappointing. We ordered the Hawaiian and it should be called the ham sandwich. Sooo much ham....that just takes like cheap ham. And the cheddar cheese just kills it. Dough isn't great either. Should mention we got a half cheese half pepperoni for the kids and the pepperoni wasn't horrible, this the two stars. But today was really Disappointment ordered 3 pies in hazel dell to take to my customer for a thank you launch. This is not at all what they have been serving! in the past. the crust is not what it was. this is like a frozen pizza from Safeway. come on mannn. toppings very thin. cheese way overdone. a nice crusty hard topping. I took my dad out on Father's Day to my favorite local tap house, Gossip in the Grain. The Megabite delivers there so it was the best of both worlds. This was my first experience with Megabite and it was delicious. The delivery time was about an hour and 20 minutes but it was Father's Day so that's what I expected. We had the BBQ Bacon Chicken pizza. It was great. I'm not usually a bbq pizza fan, but the pineapple was a nice touch. Found this place by accident...was shopping for a new charger a few doors down at Phone Stop, when hunger pangs overcame me. I'd been craving pizza since I arrived in Vancouver, so I figured proximity is as good a reason as any to try a place, and went in. The décor smacks of early 70s arcade mixed with sports bar, but it has it's own vibe. The pizza was very good. Crust was both crunchy and chewy. Toppings were ample and tasty. Price wasn't bad considering this is not chain restaurant pizza. A small, with two toppings, was $12.50. Two people were able to finish it. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stop in. Drove by on fathers day, in the evening at 8:30, they close at 9 pm. Was told I needed to order my food and go, after pulling my three year old out of the car to come in side. My child was so excited to come in, but we had to leave, and if you know children, the do not like to get out of a car seat, and have to go back in right away. I even went in to make sure they were open, before I got him out. Lazy, and selfishly driven owner. Said he had maintenance, so he needed to clear out the place. when I was so pist, I couldn't let it go, and called. You could hear him try to defend himself cause his pride would not let em admit, he did anything wrong. Before i called him, i called the other location, and someone on the phone said, it is bad policy, but he is the owner, and that he regularly pulls stuff like that. Was assured that would never happen at the other location. His needs come first, not the customer. I would suspect most of the good reviews here are fan boi's, family and friends. You could sure see the superiority he feels over people, as this establishment raises him to higher levels existence. We ate it all! Took over the back area for my birthday and had a few tables filled. Chicken garlic, taco, meat lover combo and basic pepperoni plus poppers were the menu selections we had. I'm just sayin' we always love the food here and I really dig the pencil charcoal type picture of the wolverine..yummy. The staff was attentive and super cheerful. Been eating this pizza since I was a kid. The food is always good. But the to go system is a joke. I called my order in. Was told it would be ready in 30. I arrived in 20. But had to wait in line for 25 minutes while 6 people ahead of me placed orders. I don't understand why a place would take orders over the phone if that means my pizza and jojo's would be sitting there for twenty minutes in "warmer" not being fresh. I shouldn't be penalized for not dining in. I brought it up when I finally made it to the front of the line. The conversation was fine. I got an "it is what it is" response. Honestly the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is nice and crisp and you can tell they make their marinara sauce from scratch. The garlic bread was also amazing and flavorful. Best garlic bread, hands down. You can actually taste the garlic and seasonings unlike other places where it normally tastes bland. I was also super happy that they had good, thick ranch. We called in our order since we're still in the midst of the COVID-19 social-distancing. I had to repeat myself on one instruction (which my wife clearly heard me say), but was told by the person on the phone that I hadn't mentioned it yet. Slight "faux pas", but maybe my expectations for customer service are too high for a pizza joint surviving amid the current pandemic. Everything went well at checkout - I was offered parmesan and red peppers, which I would have otherwise forgotten and regretted. They had paper plates to take with me, so that was good. The inside of the place looked fun for kids - computer stations, video game stations, arcade games, etc. Looks like it could get a bit crazy/fun on a weekend (once society goes back to dining-in). The mozzarella sticks are fried in a sort of pastry batter that makes it taste like a cheese donut - which was odd but didn't taste bad. The pizza sauce served with the mozzarella sticks was very cold and very thick; not a good dip. The pizza itself had plenty of toppings. I liked that the toppings went all the way to the edge. The crust leaves something to be desired. It seemed like a pre-baked cracker; more of a topping-carrier than a crucial part of the pizza's flavor profile. The sauce kinda ruined the pizza for me. It tasted a bit like barbecue sauce. I've never been a fan of barbecue pizza, and this "regular" sauce leaves that distinct taste of liquid smoke overpowering the flavor of the toppings and lingering in the mouth long after the last bite. I don't regret trying this place, but I doubt that I'll ever go back. read more
