Made an online order, pickup time was set for 10:05pm. I arrived at 10:08, I approached the online pickup area and about 3-4 different employees looked at me but did not speak. I decided to take matters in to my own hands and speak up about my order and I was told by the person bagging that it wasn't ready yet. I accepted that and found a seat, after sitting and busying myself on my phone for 20 minutes I received a text that my order was ready. I again approached the pick up counter and was told very rudely this time that he had marked it picked up but it still was not ready. At 10:40, 35 minutes after my original pickup time I decided I I just wanted my money back, efff the food. I got in the slooooow moving regular ordering line and waited for my turn to ask for my money back. The person at the register apologized to me but offered absolutely no consolation. He told me that I would be refunded and so I asked for a receipt for proof. He fiddled with his computer a bit and then went to go ask someone how to do it. He was told he could not print one. At this point I asked to speak with a manager because I believe that's just bad business and to my surprise he told me the original rude person doing the bagging was the manager and he was too busy slowly bagging food to speak with me. I wasted 45 minutes of my time, got no food, and no receipt as proof of refund. I will NEVER be back. read more

2nd time ordering but 1st review and can I say they have THEE best customer service!!!! I ordered ahead online & I should've known something wrong because I never received a confirmation but my credit card was charged. So I called the restaurant to change the pickup time & the young lady who answered took my name and said she would handle it. I walked to the restaurant only to find my order never got to them. Something went wrong and I had no order to pickup. So the young lady directed me to her manager Tonya. Tonya did her best to find my order despite me not having my confirmation ( all information was at work) but couldn't find it. I told her that's okay I'll pay for another order & just dispute the charges. Tonya insisted that I not pay because she didn't want me to get charged twice. One of my favorite burgers in town. Awesome location with lots of airflow and outdoor seating. Perfect for dinner with your pups. Service is prompt and polite. They have impossible meat options for all their burgers so if you're a vegetarian you will have a full menu to choose from not just the basics. The melt sauce is delightfully creamy, taste, with fresh jalapeno that really sets it apart. Their milkshakes are thick. I enjoy that I can get the malt. Cookies and cream is our personal favorite but the snickerdoodle is great too. Portions and cost are reasonable. The only think I wasn't the biggest fan of has been their sweet potato fries but I think that might have had more to do with the fact that I ate them after my burger and we were eating out side and it was cold so they weren't the warmest by the time I got to them. I also wish there had been some sanitizer or wet wipes available since it's food we were eating with our hands and we had ordered off a tablet touch screen. Luckily, there was lots of near by parking so it wasn't a big deal to go back to our car and get some. Very enjoyable meal. read more

Underrated late night food, had a grilled cheese and tomato soup and vanilla milk shake. Girlfriend had a spicy Mission melt burger and snickerdoodle shake. Plenty of seating for 4-5 people. Has outdoor spots. If I worked over here I could see this as a go-to lunch spot. read more

I rarely ever write reviews but in this case it is necessary. This place is absurdly disorganized and it is abundantly clear they do not know how to handle delivery services at all. I came here to pickup a doordash order and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes until leaving frustrated and without my order. It was busy but the workers had no urgency wouldn't listen to customers and would constantly leave orders on the counter without calling a name. I even saw my items on the counter and asked if they can assemble them, (this was after 20 min of waiting) and the lady said she could not with attitude. I saw so many people go up to the counter and struggle to get anyones attention to ask whats going on with their order to which employees would typically look confused, check all the names of orders left on the counters and say "we're working on it" but they have no clue. I honestly think none of them care at all about customer service. P.S I had a burger from this place a week ago and it was super disappointing, it was cold and dry, didn't even finish it. However, this now doesn't surprise me as I can see they often leave orders sitting there without having any awareness or desire to get them to their customer. Extremely disappointed with this place and their work ethic/management. And I'm not the kind of person to write an angry review, but deservingly this might be my first. read more
