My only regret with EVERYTABLE is that I only ordered one item to go! I first met EVERYTABLE founder Sam Polk in 2013, when I was getting my master's in social work. We were both in South Los Angeles, and I remember thinking his idea of making prepared, healthy food affordable was absolutely brilliant. I remember being able to get a huge, healthy salad for $7, and I loved the concept then and I love it now. There are so many options at EVERYTABLE. I took a few snapshots from the website because it's easier to see just how much they offer. I got the Vegan Bowl with peanut sauce, and WOW. I could not believe it was vegan. It was so good! I love that you can just walk in, grab something healthy, and go. I also got 10% off my first order, which was a nice bonus, and it looks like you can have EVERYTABLE delivered as well. I'm very specific about eating organic whenever possible, so I would love to see healthy, organic food become readily available and affordable for everyone--not something reserved for people who can afford to pay a premium. It's kind of crazy that we have two separate food categories: food people can afford and food that is actually good for them. Thank goodness Los Angeles has EVERYTABLE. I have never seen so many red flags from a company. I tried signing up as a new customer for a regular subscription, and every time I would select a date and time for delivery, I would get an error message that "The selected Delivery date is not available for this location. Please navigate back and pick a different date/time." But they don't tell you what dates and times are available -- you have to select a date and time and hope that it's available. Except they're never available. I tried many, many different dates and times and all were unavailable. If there are days and times that are unavailable, THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELECTABLE. You should only be offering times that are available. Otherwise, the user has to keep going back and selecting different days and times and hoping that they show as available once they check out. Truly the dumbest setup you could possibly have. Since I was unable to set up a subscription online, I went into Everytable's location near my apartment to set it up in person. I opened the door, walked up to the counter, and stood there as the Everytable employee sat a few feet away, playing on his phone. No one else in the store. He never looks up from his phone to acknowledges me, so I left. I contacted Everytable through their website to ask for help to resolve the matter, and they did absolutely nothing to help, just the usual outsourced helpdesk who refused to connect me to anyone in management. Any company that has this much disdain for customers can not and should not be trusted. read more

You have to go to Everytable. It is new to us. We will be back. It is amazing and they even have a board where you can leave a note giving out a free meal for the needy, I mean how cool is that. All the food is made from scratch and it is all fresh. They serve lunch and dinner. You can do pick up, delivery or eat there. This one is in W. Hollywood but there are others and we will try them all. Parking is not great, but it is in W. Hollywood so what else is new. The service is great. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. They make you feel at home. You can have the best turkey dinner there and the sides are just as good as any fine dinning place you will ever find. Their turkey is just so great. If you want a burger, they have amazing burgers that are cooked perfectly. Their Chili con Carne with Honey Butter Cornbread is a must try if you like corn bread. Sunshine I think her name was from Dallas helped me and she was so inviting knowledgeable and made you feel at home while you shopped. They even showed me their "Pay It Forward" board, where people cover meals for others--such a cool and generous idea! The food is multicultural, with meal plates priced between $5 and $9. We just got our Thanksgiving dinner delivered for 4 today and ate it today. It arrived, delivered, exactly on time and everything was really delicious. The turkey was moist, Brussel sprouts perfectly seasoned and cooked, gravy was yummy, stuffing was very tasty, cranberry chutney was unique and the sweet potato mash was fabulous. We got the Nashville chicken pasta, and the cheeseburger Mac and cheese, and a cheesy bean burrito. All the items were healthy versions of the food and the two pasta dishes were great. The bean and cheese burrito, although it tasted ok, wasn't what I was expecting and I didn't taste any cheese in it. This location is on Santa Monica blvd and has parking right in the same lot as Trejos coffee and doughnuts. So you can treat yourself to a dozen doughnuts and grab some healthy meals on the same trip. WINNING!! The spot is exceptionally clean, modern and organized. I pre ordered my meals online and was in and out in 2mins. My two favorite meals were the Salmon superfood salad and the trap kitchen curry chicken. My pickup was on Sunday and the expiration for my meals was Wednesday. If you want food for the entire week you would need to schedule either two pickups or deliveries. The food is definitely fresh and also flavorful. The only thing is I was still hungry after eating a few meals. If you have a big appetite prep a side. If you are on a diet this is perfect! The five stars are for the girl who was working today. I didn't catch her name, but she is a bald black girl and she was working her ass off. She welcomed me into the store and the whole time I was browsing the meals she was fluttering around, taking care of phone calls and orders, even while she was ringing me up she was multitasking while doing a great job taking care of me. The food here isn't Michelin star quality but it's healthy, flavorful, and just as good (and honestly better) than any other take out/prepackaged food you can find around LA! If you're familiar with Erewhon's hot bar, I would say the quality of food is on par with that. The outdoor seating at this location is great and spacious and then staff here is always so sweet. The food all comes refrigerated but you have the option to take it as-is or they can heat it up for you at the store to eat there. The tall guy at the counter explained the whole business concept to me and was SO very helpful. He enrolled me in their points program and answered all of my questions. I saw the Everytable slowly open up as I drove past it and finally Googled it to see what they were about. I appreciated their mission of having healthy affordable food and food kits for food desserts and setting up brick and mortar locations for similar areas. I'm not sure if Hollywood falls into that category but I'm all for food with a cause so I dropped in for lunch. The concept is pretty easy, it's almost like an automat, you pick dishes on display and if they can warm it up for you during check out. I know I'm a big eater so when I saw the size of the bowls I grabbed the chicken tinga and the chimichurri shrimp grain bowl. The chicken was under five bucks and the shrimp bowl was under 7. I liked the shrimp dish a little better, I thought the tinga could use more spice though. They have just plain salmon or chicken as an option as well if you're a little more kitchen inclined, which is an option I'd seriously consider doing. read more

I've tried both thistle and territory and not been impressed, so I was skeptical about Everytable. But they were offering two meals completely free with no obligation and I figured they must really believe in their product if they are willing to do that, so I gave it a try and ordered two of their meals for delivery. Delivery comes in a box with ice packets (not by a local delivery person like some other services), so it's a lot of wasted packaging. For the first two meals, I had the spaghetti squash and meatballs and mediterranean grain bowl. Both were good, better than anything that I'd had from thistle or territory, but still a little pricey at what would have been $7.95 for each meal plus delivery without the promo. A perfect, quick and easy lunch. The best way to do Everytable is to sign up for a subscription (you can skip weeks and cancel at any time, and you get preferential pricing) and to pick up directly at the store. This saves both on delivery costs and all that wasted packaging. For my next order, I did just that. Most meals were $4.95 and $5.95 with the most expensive being $8.25. At those prices, we're now talking. I tried a few new things this time: puebla chicken tinga x 1 ($4.95), Chicken Tinga Stuffed Pepper x 1 ($5.95), spaghetti squash & meatballs x 1 ($5.95), homegirl salmon adobo x 1 ($8.25). Again, all were good. No real "stand outs" but at this price point and convenience, I wouldn't expect there to be. Everything is solid. Convenience is key here so if you happen to live near an Everytable, you're in luck. read more

It's even better that the food tastes good. I ordered a bunch of bowls from carnitas, turkey and chicken tinga. I just had the breakfast burrito and green up smoothie + some of the spaghetti and all were pretty good. I'm ready to order more and I'll probably get some for my friends and family too. Love that they are now in Hollywood. Many people are living on the streets here - they have a pay it forward program to buy a meal for someone in need. I've driven by this place a bunch of times and decided to go in today. I've heard a lot about their mission statement as a company and I wanted to support that. I was very happy with the selections and the quality of the ingredients! I ordered the Apple & Walnut Chicken Salad and it was delicious! They also have a great selection of drinks and so I happily grabbed a Kombucha as well. I love the "Pay it forward" board that allows you to give a meal to someone in need. That is a vibe and I am all about it. The one star review below that mentioned "they charge different prices in different locations" has clearly never been to a McDonalds in an airport and should definitely check her privilege.
