My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. It was extremely crowded, and they were very busy, but the service was still on point. We were escorted to our table, and immediately, our server, Anthony, came. He explained the menu and how things worked since it was our first time. We decided to get the 'Complete Fondue Experience for Two' For our cheese, we got: Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Salad: Strawberry Pecan and Cesear Cooking style: MOJO Entree: Steak lovers and land sea Chocolate Fondue: Flaming Turtle Drinks: Pina colada (virgin) Sunshine margarita Maui Thai It was an experience. It was a chilled atmosphere, and I just felt bad for the people around us. They had to deal with my antics. I would come back to try the cast iron, I was not a big fan of my salmon being boiled. It was a lot of food, but I was still hungry for some reason. Come one the days that they are not busy, so you don't wait so long for your food.

I had such a great time here today. I was provided excellent service by Mickey J. Everything was delicious. You really have to pick the right food choices and cooking styles for your liking. I chose the cast iron and asked for some olive oil to base the skillet. Mickey J, brought out some Garlic seasoning, grounded pepper and sea salt, which cooked and seasoned the meat and vegetables perfectly. I felt like an Iron Chef on that grill today lol. The dessert and drinks were great. I will definitely be back!

As always, they never disappoint. The Love Martinis are so smooth and tasty and you add melted cheese it's a great time.

We enjoyed a nice weekday dinner. Service was great and the menu's been updated a bit with more choices and add-ons (Spring 2024) if you haven't visited in a while. The ambiance could use a little refresh but it's definitely still enjoyable.

Carolina was the best server I ever had at any restaurant, she was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed everything that was served. The food was to die for everything was delicious and well prepared. It's a lot of food so make sure you have enough room for all the food you going to eat. We decided to do the 4 course meal for 2. I tell you after we were done Stuffed was the best way to describe it.

She was very plesant the whole time I was here, just the right amout of attentive too, absolutely flawless service. Ambiance, man does this place shine. Its quiet, which is very plesant whether in a party or alone. The only native sound in the restaurant is the HVAC blowing, otherwise its conversation making this place feel natural, not forced, and very lively. The physical appearance is laid back, theres wood everywhere, the stone bar, and cutting boards on the wall just bring a perfect little pop to the restaurant. If you look up near the entrance you're greeted by a full green wall, they may or may not be real, I'm not sure but it was a welcome sight nonetheless. Let's move in to food while I'm rambling on. The cheese fondue was a delight, and the dinner fondue was as well. A scrumptious blend of indulgent cheese and hearty broth made for a great dinner. Plus, of course the proteins, vegetables and fruits that come as dippers (cant forget the dippers!) Really its a great experience. All in all, I cannot recommend it enough you'll be very happy with your decision! Oh and of course I have to talk price, its important aye? So I'll admit its on the more expensive side for one, however when you count in that each dish is meant to serve two its a no brainer. The prices are super reasonable for dished meant for two people, honestly great spot for a date its intimate enough that you'll be able to have a conversation but not so quiet that you can hear a pin drop. A perfect 5 for an excellent local spot, cheers and well earned.

Our server was friendly and prompt. We ended up ordering 3 of the tapas plates to share, one cocktail each, and then the dessert fondue at the end. We loved each of the small plates with the pretzel breaded chicken skewers being my favorite. The drinks were beautifully presented and delicious. I thought the dessert fondue was a good portion size for the price ($25 for 2 people). We couldn't finish all of the dippers, but our chocolate fondue was basically gone by the end. We had ordered the Reese's fondue, but she brought us milk chocolate and we didn't realize until a few dips in. I love the decor and furniture here. It feels upscale and intimate, but comfortable. They have a bar area to the front and then more formal dining in booths in the back. At the end of the day, we each spent around $55 after tip. I think it's a wonderful place for a splurge dinner or to celebrate an event.

We waited for long periods of time between courses. Dishes weren't cleared, drinks weren't refilled, and we didn't even see our server for long periods of time. Other servers and the manager seemed to avoid us and we just didn't feel welcome. I'm not a big fan of the chain overall. It's not a lot of food and not great quality for what you pay. The fondue gimmick is fun, but you could certainly get a better meal somewhere else for cheaper. Also, the food was rich and filling- just not very romantic for a restaurant that sells itself as a date night location.

We enjoyed the Belper Knolle fondue and ordered the potatoes to accompany the bread for dipping. Especially with the fondue service, they did everything right and I felt like I was back in Switzerland! Would highly recommend for dining here, especially in the back rooms indoors where it feels like you're in a lodge. I will say I am not giving this place 5 stars because of the quality of service I received here. It was disappointing for brunch, the server kept on messing up mine/my friend's orders, and eventually we gave up trying to correct him because we didn't want to inconvenience him anymore. Furthermore, for dinner, we were only served when we did our initial order, when the food came out, and when we were presented the bill. Overall, I very much enjoyed coming here. Perhaps I went on off days, but would be willing to do the dining experience again.
