    Beautiful ornaments

Here's the Scoop! This restaurant reminds me so much of an old Christmas card from the 50's . The decorations, the ornaments are just gorgeous. It's cozy and so beautiful to eat and fellowship with friends, the decor just relaxes you. The hostess are very friendly and helpful upon entering. The seating accommodates all size groups. Private rooms are also available. The waitresses and waiters are quick , friendly and helpful when ordering and bringing out appetizers. Love the service and the food isn't bad. Nice portions as well. I enjoyed the Salmon. Outside there's Santa's Village and many shops to go in. Love this place it really sets the tone for families bringing their children to celebrate during the holidays. There's also a train ride through the village and bubble spheres that you can make reservations to eat in. Check it out you will be amazed.

Had not been here in decades... back home on LI Thanksgiving Day and went back and forth for weeks to book or not, based on the reviews... Had one of the latest seatings for the dinner ( non buffet). We had some service issues, but they were resolved. Luis was excellent as our server: personal and friendly. Supervisor Pepe was effective and helpful at remedying our situation. Food was fantastic ( and lots of leftovers!). My memories of the building don't match what it looks like today, but what a stunning venue! A must see.. Thank you for a great evening and possibly a new tradition.

I hadn't been to The Milleridge Inn since I was a little girl. It's a historical establishment that offers food, cocktails, host's weddings and other events, and has a cute shopping village. Now that it's winter it's decorated festively for the holiday season. We were serenaded by a trio of female carolers dressed up in old fashioned attire - a nice touch. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. My friend and I didn't like our cocktails so she recommended another one that we both loved. We both enjoyed our meals - I had a burger and my friend had steak - both tasty and cooked exactly how we wanted them. We were too full for dessert, but the delicious cinnamon bread they serve at the beginning actually did the trick! This place is great and to bring the kids, for a date, for a large group, or just to meet up with a friend or two. It suits a special occasion or just any evening out.

We took our 4 year old for the Easter event...it was cash only which we were not aware of but they do have an ATM in the same building as the Easter bunny photos. Our 4 year old loved the bounce houses...Shops are really small but super cute! Only 1 person working the funnel cake/ice cream shop so that was moving very slowly. The playcafe had been rented for a birthday party and we couldn't use it...no signage saying such just the family that booked it telling people it's a private event. Probably would not go back.

I've had reservations for my anniversary for over a month. Yesterday I get a voicemail left by a girl named Jennifer, who said that they had to cancel my reservations because they were going to redo their hours for after the holiday. I checked on the website and they were closed from the week ending August 31. My reservation was for the next Sunday, September 7. I called today and the number that they leave is a corporate number for their corporate office and the Milleridge is closed and there was nobody to discuss this with me and I'm furious. Follow up called Wednesday 9/3 left message and did not get a call back. Terrible way to do business !! 9/4 finally got a call back. Ashley said they're having electrical issues and the place has been closed for weeks now. I asked if they would be giving out vouchers for the inconvenience and you know what she said??? " we gave you a courtesy call " Needless to say, I needed to update this review. I'm even more mad now and I will never make reservations for this place again. Totally RUDE !

I've been coming here since a kid but this was my first time dining here for a baby shower. The staff is quick and friendly! The place is like a maze but full of wonders and detail. The food was okay nothing to write home about but the portions are great. We had breakfast pastries on the table and they were stale. My skirt steak was a little over cooked but I understand it's a thinner cut.

All the dirty dinner dishes when dessert was brought

Went here for Easter. Don't ever bother to go. Waited 45 minutes for food that was cold. Service sucked. We were served dessert with all the filthy dinner dishes left on the table. One person had a piece of cake that was a regular slice and one of us had an infant size slice. No forks - just spoons for utensils. Just an unhappy horrible experience. Will never never be back. No excuse that it was crowded for the holiday - they should have made arrangements. Every part of this dinner sucked - including the food. Unbelievably overpriced. A dinner for $500+ should have some redeeming value. Don't waste your time and money.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, service was good, simply menu with classic American comfort dishes, food was very good. The restaurant has a classic historical beauty that you won't find anywhere else that makes it special. The fact that it's been around for as long as it has speaks for itself.

While I had heard great things about this restaurant, I hadn't been in yet. I'm sure glad we chose to come here. Since I'm perpetually early, I went to have a beer at the bar while waiting and had a chance to peruse the happy hour menu. Lots of good stuff here including many beers and cocktails. This menu is available until 6 pm during the week. Bartender was a doll and gave me the skinny on all her favorites for both the happy hour and regular menus. Bar seats maybe 15 people and a tv above will keep a solo flyer busy for a bit. Once my buddy arrived, we were seated in the dining room toward the back. A great space able to seat many patrons. Larger groups can easily be accommodated. Our server Zack was awesome and came by just often enough. He also did a great job spacing out our courses so as not to overload our table. We started with soup and then had one of the starts of the evening- sliced seared tuna. This was a reco from the earlier mentioned bartender and it was a super home run. So were the Bang Bang Tacos. ( another reco from our great bartender food guru.) My friend said his salmon was good but not great and I had a burger that Zack recommended. Cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious, this was an incredible burger and I could have taken at least half home. I didn't because it was so good and I felt stuffed when it was finished. We didn't stop there though - the dessert menu looked awesome and I wasn't going to miss it. Coffee and snifter of Chambord matched with the cinnamon apple explosion was the "icing on the cake" Great meal and service. Will definitely come back and the sooner the better.

Portions are generous and the best dish of the night was the Dancing Shrimp appetizer (fried shrimp wrapped in kataifi). Overall, wouldn't mind coming back here if in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to visit. One of the best features of the restaurant is the ambiance accompanied by good service. Bar is lively on weekends, and the dining area is spacious for table parties of 4-6.

We told him we were going to a 7:00 show, and he not only got us out at the time we needed, but made us feel relaxed, never rushed and made sure we had an awesome experience, which we did! The food and service was exceptional! Everyone's entree was amazing! I can't say enough about how good this food was. I had the special which was sea bass, and it was so delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband had the chicken rollatini, also amazing! Everyone was so happy with their dishes, and loved everything they ordered. This place is so awesome that I wish it wasn't so far away from us. Frank told us they have music on Friday nights, and we are all going to go back at some point just for this restaurant. It is so worth the drive! The decor is also great, especially if you love Marylin Monroe, and the atmosphere is so relaxed you feel like you are eating in your own dining room at home! Then, we didn't see our waitress for a long time until we finally asked the water guy to ask her to stop by. Which took a while again. We ordered more drinks. My son's soda was flat and my old fashioned tasted like it had a bite like rye vs bourbon, but I ignored it and drank it. About halfway through it changed to sweet - but so sweet it was like drinking syrup. It was never stirred so the bottom half was undrinkable. We asked for our waitress to get the check, and asked her to remove the flat soda and my old fashioned. She brought the check, nothing was removed. I explained again and asked the drinks to be removed. Next the bar manager came to our table. She explained to me how old fashioneds are made, that they're never stirred. And some people sip them, some drink them with a straw. I've drank old fashioneds for many years. They are always stirred. And never drank with a straw. But she claimed she's made these for years. Someone else came and told us she could take off the soda but not the old fashioned. I said I only drank half as they took it away. Well they won't take it off. So I asked for half my drink back if I have to pay for it. They gave me a new small drink. It was terrible. We paid the check, tipped the waitress in cash (she did nothing wrong other than being too busy). I cannot get over the bar manager speaking to me that way. We will not be back.
