I had a gel Pedicure & Manicure, and it was a very nice experience. I recently moved & was long over due for a pedi & manicure. I only had time for the classic treatment. The results were excellent! I was referred by a friend to ask for Cindy- she was amazing & I'm very pleased with my pedicure (embarrassed so not posting the before pictures). Kristy was the aesthetician who did my nails, they look amazing. She was very professional & transformed my nails! I will definitely return to this beautiful nail spa & hope to get the same dynamic duo. I booked my appointment for Natalie & Cindy, based on a referral. I was very pleased with Kristy. I was able to conveniently pay with Zelle, it was an easy process, too! They offer free guest WiFi to connect to, or if you have any WiFi issues, just ask for the code.

Just moved in a few weeks ago down the street and was looking for new nail salon and came across the nail boss. I called in to make an appointment and the team was super friendly on the phone and got me an appointment super quick. The location is clean and cute. The location is amazing also you can get some food and snacks after you are done :) Lisa did an amazing job on my gel x nails. She left my cuticles amazing. Ever since 7 months ago this place had became my sister and I's go to place. I came today like usual... they usually don't have a wait but today they had a 15 min wait which i didn't mind I went out to wait in my car and came back after 15 mins. They proceeded to take me in right away and got started with soaking my feet and thats where it ended. After the tech started the water she left and never came back. They didn't even set up a towel or anything. pics below included time stamps with my friend as I waited. On top of that no one was communicating with me that maybe another client was taking longer than usual I was just left there. I arrived at 5:06 was told that it was a 15 min and at 5:40 i was still waiting just sitting in the water. If they were just upfront and honest I would've just came back another day. But now I will not be returning ever. I believe communicating with guests is really common practice when running a business but not here.

I've been coming here for over 3 years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. The Nail Boss and the entire team are amazing! Everyone is so talented, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. The salon is always clean, the attention to detail is incredible, and my nails consistently last for weeks. Whether I bring in a specific design or just have a general idea, they always bring my vision to life. If you're looking for a nail salon with talented artists, great customer service, and a friendly atmosphere, I can't recommend them enough. I'm so grateful I found them, and I look forward to every appointment!

I come to this place regularly and I have always had good experiences. The place is beautiful and has top notch cleanliness. The ladies are always so welcoming and friendly. My gel x manicure and gel pedicure always comes out beautifully and last me a full month. Sometimes even longer. I also like to get my eyebrows and armpits waxed here and I have even tried the Brazilian wax before. They are always so gentle, efficient and reasonably priced. But today I tried something different, the head spa (The Boss Hair Wash) And I am so glad I did. Rudy provided the service and she was very professional and had wonderful technique! I honestly didn't know what to expect but it was a lovely service! She started with a nice head, neck, shoulders, arms and hand massage, then did a soothing facial and lastly the hair wash and blow dry. The whole process was so relaxing. There's something about someone else washing your hair that's so comforting. All of the products she used smelled amazing! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and had soft silky hair! This is my local and go to nail salon. The staff is friendly and is easy going. The chairs are comfortable and they aren't playing random shows, just some nice music and ambiance. I walked-in yesterday for a mani:pedi and the nail technicians were friendly. My manicure for cuticles were not trimmed properly. I had a lot to get trimmed and she just tap and pulled on them. .. I even told her my cuticles still look the same. She said it was fine. Obviously it's not my first time getting this done. I'm not satisfied. Amazing and quick nail salon! Stopped by here on a Thursday afternoon and they had walk in available. There were alot of colors to choose from and they were very quick with my builder gel fill. This time, they surprised me with chocolate candy for Christmas, which was such a thoughtful and festive treat. Helena does my nails, and she is exceptionally talented and artistic. She has an incredible ability to draw all kinds of intricate designs, and her creativity never fails to impress. Tina did my pedicure, and it was absolutely wonderful. She has such a gentle, soothing touch that made the experience so enjoyable. The leg and foot massage was perfect--relaxing and rejuvenating all at once. Everyone at The Nail Boss is so friendly and accommodating, which made my visit even better. I truly enjoyed my time there; it's such a relaxing escape from the day-to-day. The prices are very competitive, and they even accept Apple Pay for added convenience. Absolutely loved my visit today. I was greeted upon entering and checked in. I was seated promptly and the nail techs wasted no time getting to me. I made an appointment online the same day and was able to be seen. I got the deluxe pedi with gel and hard gel mani...omg the best services i have ever experienced!! Kim was very genuine and sweet. She worked wonders on my feet and was super gentle and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her for sure!! The woman who worked on my nails was fantastic. She was able to give me a design i loved as i showed her a few photo references. She made sure i was pleased with my length, shape, and designs every step of the way. I wish i caught her name, she was very sweet. By the end of my appointment I was so happy. It had been a good year or so that ive treated myself and this was the perfect way! There was plenty of parking and there were about ladies as walk-ins throughout my time there and some even finished before i was. So if you're trying to walk in, you may find yourself in the chair sooner than you think. They also offer water and other alcoholic beverages. Easy check-in, easy to find, and amazing service. I gave it another try at this nail place to see maybe they changed and it happened again. At this point I am never going back, I don't know her name but it's the same lady who is racist. She was being so rushy with me, and when another Asian lady came in she told her sit down I'll hurry up here to do yours. At that point I just wanted to leave but I was going to be respectful. I asked for a full service and to be rush and not relaxed it's not is acceptable here. If I was Asian would it had been different? We don't have Asian hate and no type of ethnicity hate! Be equal with everybody. This the nail boss next to in n out and canes. She even asked if I could pay everything only because I asked for the most expensive package that is so unexpected, only because I didn't look like it! If she didn't know I'm actually a doctor for UCLA, and asking me was so disrespectful. So sad to even experience. read more
