I scheduled an appointment for both a manicure and a pedicure. I arrived on time, before my appointment, and checked in at the front desk. They acknowledged me, and I went ahead with the pedicure. After that, I waited over an hour for my manicure, but it was never done. Eventually, I had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The person managing the schedule tried to make it seem as though I never had an appointment. She even said she called me to "confirm" my appointment, but I had already scheduled it and was in the shop. If I were there early and had an appointment scheduled, why would confirmation even be necessary? This kind of mismanagement and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff gaslighted me into thinking I didn't have an appointment. The Nail Boss must learn how to manage appointments. read more

WOW...I WILL NEVER GO BACK! When shown the colors...I picked 1. Then had 3 people say "that's powder". Ok...and? Then I was told 5 times things they cannot do. Then, I was called "honey" multiple times. Such a weird vibe. I suggested that instead of telling what CANNOT be done, maybe we figure out a way to make it work. Finally, I just said, "or I can just find another place", the receptionist said "yes, tomorrow would be better". I will not be coming back tomorrow. Such a disappointment. Went in for a gel removal and manicure and I couldn't be happier with the service! Everyone was very nice and the place was clean and welcoming. I had an old set of gel nails on before with a gel x extension on one nail due to one of my nails breaking previously and they had no issue removing it as well. They have a great selection of DND polishes and I'm excited to come back to try their cat eye gels! I had Kathy as my nail tech and she was so sweet and gentle with my nails. I had told her previously that the last place I went to were a bit rough on my cuticles causing them to bleed so she was extra careful which I appreciated. I've been coming here for 6 years now, and I used to LOVE it, but ever since the new "manager" started working I've hated it tbh! The service sucks and the care is not there anymore! I used to love when the other girl was there the tall thin blonde one I forgot her name lol but the shorter lady w dark hair is just so entitled! They are rude and start talking about you in their language (which I use Google Translate when I'm there and understand you as you talk) it's so maddening that they talk about you when you're paying so much money because you guys charge a lot and don't even give a good service anymore! I'm definitely snot going here anymore I have tried giving it a chance again and again the last couple times since liken I said I've been coming so long but no I can't especially for being so rude and disrespectful!!!! I'm going back to my nail guy in Corona I don't care if I have to do an 1hr drive again but at least I'll be respected and treated w courtesy!!! I had some time to burn and needed a gel manicure and gel pedicure so I arrived to this beautiful location. I was greeted right away and seated. Bao did my manicure and he was soooo gentle! This man almost put me to sleep. He gave me great suggestion as my nails were a bit damaged. He was friendly and attentive . Kathy did my pedicure and once again she was very sweet and gentle (massage was amazing)! I truly appreciate a place where my hands and feet are taken care of without the harsh scrubbing or rushed when cutting my cuticles. I was so relaxed and the price was spot on. I wish I lived closer! What a pleasant surprise! I made an appointment for a friend and myself to come in on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived shortly before our appointment time at 3:30pm and I checked in at the kiosk by the front register. The manager, Stephanie, was helping 2 other people when we walked in, so I wasn't sure if she heard me or not. I guess she went to the back to tell the nail techs we were ready. About a minute later, one of the ladies walked to the front to seat us. The water was nice and warm, and I opted for the Classic Pedicure. Great price at $27 in OC, what what?! Lol It lasted 30 minutes and the massage was a bit quick for my liking, but it felt great nonetheless. The hot towels always feel amazing! I always forget to turn on the massage features on the chair, but I got it going. For some reason, it didn't feel as strong as others I've tried, but it did the job. We were happy with the end results and the nail polish dried FAST!! My nail lady was done and went to tend to her next customer as I waited for my polish to dry. Stephanie came and put on the top coat herself. IDK what kind of top coat they use, but I should have asked because we were able to put our socks and shoes back on within about 20 minutes and they didn't budge or smudge! Aaaaand, we got REGULAR polish, not gel!! Mindblown fr fr!! Haha! Great prices and service in a clean and well kept shop. I highly recommend it and would come back for sure if I have time and I'm in the area! Try it out and see for yourself! read more
