I was recommended this salon by a friend after being disappointed by my usual nail salon over and over, and I was genuinely so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was incredibly nice, and I'm super picky about my nails, but my Gel-X came out amazing. She took her time and made sure every nail was perfect, and you could tell she really cared about her work. She even gave me a triple antibiotic ointment to go when I got a small nick--which wasn't her fault at all; my cuticles were extremely dry and already in bad shape. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was. I'll definitely be returning. I've been going here for a good amount of time now, with a few nail looks from long to short. My gel nails last a LONG time! They last the longest, and I only had one time where it didn't turn out the best after time but they used builder gel after. I don't think it's necessary, because all the other times the regular gel is great. The pedicure is fine too. I'm a simple girl I don't do anything crazy with designs lately but they do good work. I've been coming here for 5 years and have loved the original owner Janet and technician Lina, however they changed ownership late last year and everything changed. The new owner would call multiple times to ask if I could "come early" when I've made my scheduled time weeks in advance. And this would happen EVERYTIME. What kind of service asks clients to come early? My doctor doesn't do that. Not only so, right after the change of management my first set of chrome nails FELL APART. I've done chrome before and this never happened. The top coat peeled off the second day, and the powder moved around UNDER the top coat. By the end of first weeks only 3 of my nails remained intact. What finally drew the line was my second time, asking for chrome on my pedi, and it was so terribly done, not even and murky. You can see it in the photos. And when I asked to have it redone, they said they'll change it into a regular pedi, even though I've paid for the extra fee for chrome only to have it end up looking awful. Back when Janet was still in management, everything remained professional, and now I constantly see the new manager making Lina and other technicians take on 3+ customers in the span of 2 hours. LESS TIME SPENT, LESS QUALITY. It's so sad, I've had my nails done here for my engagement party, my honeymoon, my wedding, my baby shower... Yes Nails has been with me through so many important events... to see it fall to this point is devastating. read more

This has become my new go-to nail salon and they always do a fantastic job! I am never disappointed with the results. I usually see Ally or Anna but everyone there is friendly! It's very clean inside and they have many color and design options. They are both efficient and attentive, and use good quality products. I usually get the sculpture gel to help protect my nails. I was a little skeptical at first because when I got sculpture gel at a previous salon my nails looked way too thick, but Ally let me know she could make it thin so it looks more natural and I'm glad I trusted her because I love them every time I get my nails done here! read more

She is excellent and extremely detailed oriented and she makes my nails look perfect. She always takes the time and listens to what I want and we try out diff shades before I decide. I can't imagine ever going to another nail salon to get gelX. I've been a loyal customer since 2021. No acrylic nails here, so salon does not have that chemical smell. I appreciate the customer service, the cleanliness of the salon, transparent pricing, and the amazing ability of techs (especially Lina) to duplicate any design I get from pinterest. They are appointment only which creates a tranquil environment because there's not a lot of people waiting around to get squeezed in between appointments. They have parking available in the back lot. The salon recently experienced a change in ownership but there has been no disruption in the quality of service. The new owner is professional and maintains a wide range of nail decor and trendy nail colors. I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for a long time, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The new owner has a very poor attitude. She speaks loudly and often raises her voice at customers. I understand that your salon charges $10 to remove nails, even if they were done there, and that's your policy. However, there is absolutely no reason to shout at a customer in front of everyone. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Being embarrassed in front of the entire salon was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I've been a regular customer for years and always leave more than a 15% tip. This time, I even brought my daughter to get her nails done, essentially introducing a new customer to your business. The previous owner always gave both new and returning customers a 20% discount, but the new owner only gave my daughter 10%. Honestly, the discount isn't the main issue. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was hearing the new owner gossip about other customers with her employees. If she's comfortable talking badly about customers while they're not around, I can only imagine what is said about me after I leave. That's not the kind of environment I want to support. The previous owner knew how to treat customers with respect and appreciated their loyalty. Unfortunately, the new owner does not. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. reply： I understand that your response was written for other customers to read. I called in for a same day appointment and it was completely empty when I came in on a weekday afternoon. I arrived with a plan and a design I wanted with charms. I am very used to just coming into a salon telling the nail tech the style I want, the colors I want, the designs I do / dont want and then leaving extras up to the nail tech so they can use their own creative freedom. Thats what I tried to do here as well. But tbh I felt as if they were inexperienced with these type of requests. The nail tech that was assigned to me also didn't speak English so after translating everything for 30 minutes I still felt like they didn't grasp what I was really asking for or fully understood what I wanted. I almost walked out because of this but I had an important event to go to and needed my nails done and only had time today so I stayed. Eventually they were going to overcharge me anyways after I heard the quote, so we scratched the whole thing since there was just too much misunderstanding and I just ended up choosing Gel X one color cat eye style. I kind of regretted choosing this style because under light it is very transparent snd see through so you can literally see the extensions attached to my natural nails ..They do have various designs on the wall but I didnt like any of them. To me they werent that cute and seemed a bit outdated? not trendy? I know that could just be my opinion. It was just an okay experience, I dont think I would come back here as its not the type of nail salon I am looking for, but they got the job done at the end of the day. The total price with a weekday discount was around $80. I did find it weird that they didn't ask me to wash my hands before starting as I am also used to doing that at other places. read more
