I've been going here for a good amount of time now, with a few nail looks from long to short. My gel nails last a LONG time! They last the longest, and I only had one time where it didn't turn out the best after time but they used builder gel after. I don't think it's necessary, because all the other times the regular gel is great. The pedicure is fine too. I'm a simple girl I don't do anything crazy with designs lately but they do good work. Texting is very responsive as well. Because the nails last so long despite me being very rough (I lift weights, do ceramics, went to travel where I was in the sand and sun) I recommend this place every time! read more

I've been coming here for 5 years and have loved the original owner Janet and technician Lina, however they changed ownership late last year and everything changed. The new owner would call multiple times to ask if I could "come early" when I've made my scheduled time weeks in advance. And this would happen EVERYTIME. What kind of service asks clients to come early? My doctor doesn't do that. Not only so, right after the change of management my first set of chrome nails FELL APART. I've done chrome before and this never happened. The top coat peeled off the second day, and the powder moved around UNDER the top coat. By the end of first weeks only 3 of my nails remained intact. What finally drew the line was my second time, asking for chrome on my pedi, and it was so terribly done, not even and murky. You can see it in the photos. And when I asked to have it redone, they said they'll change it into a regular pedi, even though I've paid for the extra fee for chrome only to have it end up looking awful. Back when Janet was still in management, everything remained professional, and now I constantly see the new manager making Lina and other technicians take on 3+ customers in the span of 2 hours. LESS TIME SPENT, LESS QUALITY. It's so sad, I've had my nails done here for my engagement party, my honeymoon, my wedding, my baby shower... Yes Nails has been with me through so many important events... to see it fall to this point is devastating. read more

I love Ally, the owner of Yes nails salon!! When i found out she got her own shop. I was more than willing to go to her new location. She's very attentive to details and does her designs with care and patience. So when she told me she was fully booked. I was super bummed. BUT she messaged me in the morning and recommended one of her employees, Anna, who is very attentive like her and will do just as good if I want to try. I was hesitant at first, but I'm super glad I booked with Anna. She did a great job!! Exactly how I wanted on the design. She didn't knick me or burn me when she was removing the old design. I can't imagine ever going to another nail salon to get gelX. I've been a loyal customer since 2021. No acrylic nails here, so salon does not have that chemical smell. I appreciate the customer service, the cleanliness of the salon, transparent pricing, and the amazing ability of techs (especially Lina) to duplicate any design I get from pinterest. They are appointment only which creates a tranquil environment because there's not a lot of people waiting around to get squeezed in between appointments. They have parking available in the back lot. The salon recently experienced a change in ownership but there has been no disruption in the quality of service. The new owner is professional and maintains a wide range of nail decor and trendy nail colors. You will definitely get compliments on your nails when you get them done here and walk out feeling like a queen. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for a long time, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The new owner has a very poor attitude. She speaks loudly and often raises her voice at customers. I understand that your salon charges $10 to remove nails, even if they were done there, and that's your policy. However, there is absolutely no reason to shout at a customer in front of everyone. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Being embarrassed in front of the entire salon was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I've been a regular customer for years and always leave more than a 15% tip. This time, I even brought my daughter to get her nails done, essentially introducing a new customer to your business. The previous owner always gave both new and returning customers a 20% discount, but the new owner only gave my daughter 10%. Honestly, the discount isn't the main issue. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was hearing the new owner gossip about other customers with her employees. If she's comfortable talking badly about customers while they're not around, I can only imagine what is said about me after I leave. That's not the kind of environment I want to support. The previous owner knew how to treat customers with respect and appreciated their loyalty. Unfortunately, the new owner does not. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. reply： I understand that your response was written for other customers to read. However, I find it concerning that your version of events suggests I was trying to leave without paying. Are you implying that I intended to avoid paying a $10 removal fee? That is simply not true, and I don't appreciate having my integrity questioned publicly. I want to make one thing clear: I have never complained about your staff. In fact, your employees have always been kind and professional. My review was specifically about my experience with you as the new owner. You say you didn't raise your voice. If that's genuinely how you normally communicate, then perhaps we simply have very different standards of customer service. Ever since you took over the salon, I have never felt welcomed or treated with the warmth I experienced under the previous owner. Regarding the discount, I do not agree with your statement. Your employee clearly told us my daughter was receiving a 10% discount, not 15%. I don't intend to continue going back and forth over this. I'm very indecisive on what type of design I want for my nails but she'll have really good recommendations And not only that but she delivers it to a T. I called in for a same day appointment and it was completely empty when I came in on a weekday afternoon. I arrived with a plan and a design I wanted with charms. I am very used to just coming into a salon telling the nail tech the style I want, the colors I want, the designs I do / dont want and then leaving extras up to the nail tech so they can use their own creative freedom. Thats what I tried to do here as well. But tbh I felt as if they were inexperienced with these type of requests. The nail tech that was assigned to me also didn't speak English so after translating everything for 30 minutes I still felt like they didn't grasp what I was really asking for or fully understood what I wanted. I almost walked out because of this but I had an important event to go to and needed my nails done and only had time today so I stayed. Eventually they were going to overcharge me anyways after I heard the quote, so we scratched the whole thing since there was just too much misunderstanding and I just ended up choosing Gel X one color cat eye style. I kind of regretted choosing this style because under light it is very transparent snd see through so you can literally see the extensions attached to my natural nails ..They do have various designs on the wall but I didnt like any of them. To me they werent that cute and seemed a bit outdated? not trendy? I know that could just be my opinion. It was just an okay experience, I dont think I would come back here as its not the type of nail salon I am looking for, but they got the job done at the end of the day. The total price with a weekday discount was around $80. I did find it weird that they didn't ask me to wash my hands before starting as I am also used to doing that at other places. read more

I love Yes Nails, everyone does a great job with my manipedis and they last for weeks especially with the hard gel. The nail techs give you exactly what you ask for! The salon is also so clean and adorable. They have a tv in there so you can watch something that is playing while getting your nails done. I have been getting manicures since I was 12 years old and I have never found a nail salon I loved as much as Yes Nails! They can do any design perfectly and they have so many nails to choose from. Not to mention the staff is the best! Lina is my girl, everytime I try another salon I just miss her. I'm a rock climber and yet my nails NEVER chip. It's wild, she must put magic into her nail polish. The salon is calm and the staff always makes you feel like a valued client. I still need to put cream on you. And suddenly I feel gaslit because she was the one who told me to get up and then she followed that by asking if we have any problems because I am making her feel very uncomfortable here while giving me attitude. When really I haven't really verbalized anything and I have barely verbalized my concern about the eyelid and that's basically because her bracelet keeps touching my eyelid because it dingles down. The front desk lady have said that she tends to have attitude for whoever is last on her list and I find a very unfair that they book her as my cosmetologist if they know that that's the issue. If they're going to hire employees are representing their company I sure hope that they evaluate their personality and their customer service aspect because that is the most important when it comes to these kind of role and if they're not happy and don't wanna work here, they really shouldn't take additional clients or they shouldn't have the job here. As someone who works in a place of customer service, I always make sure that I don't bring my personal opinions or emotions in. This whole experience made me feel kind of uncomfortable and also feeling like I don't really want to come back and make an appointment with that person ever again. By the end of the session after she gave me the mirror I told her she had missed a few spot. I mean, there were clearly hair in those area, and she clearly was very upset by me pointing at things that I'm just merely pointing out at as anyone would and she is just showing her bad mood and the environment that didn't need that. And after this time, she was done, she not only did not let me check in the mirror. She also told me that I am good to go. I am very uncomfortable I am very disappointed with my experience and I don't wish that on anyone. When I finally got to my car, I noticed not only a few spots but many spot that she missed and I can't really even walk in because I'm kind of scared and worried to really deal with her and I honestly don't want her to ever service me ever again . And I hope that nobody becomes her victim because that is just some rough waxing services watching someone having a resting bitch face and attitude the whole time when really I just want to come here to be vulnerable and did nothing wrong.

I believe I came when they first open. But I moved to Rowland heights, but I couldn't find a good nails salon in my area as good as Yes Nails !!! So I guess I'll be regularly come back here. I've never been so unsatisfied with a nail salon before. First of all, the guy who did my nails cut my finger and rushed my nails. The picture I showed him looked nothing like the nails I received. It was also $100, which is ridiculous knowing that I could get much better looking nails for WAY cheaper. The picture on the right is the picture I showed him, and the picture on the left was what I got. He painted the base bubblegum pink, and the stripes on my thumb don't match the other nails, they look like the American flag which is not the kind of look I was going for. I wanted swirly and vibrant nails. He was a very nice guy and I really wanted to tip him, but I just feel like the price was not worth what I got. It was WAY off from the picture I showed. read more

The technician kept telling me that my lashes were too curly from the last session but eyelash always gets messy after a month after getting this done due to the lashes growing. It was pretty painful as the liquid she put on my lashes went inside the corner of my eye, she pulled on my lashes too straighten them and it hurt so bad my eyes started getting really watery. I was hoping that the pain would be worth it at the end, but my lashes barely curled and looks messy. She said she also put on some conditioner on my lashes since some were super curly but the next day, realized you need to yank them out since they were like gel consistency. I washed my face twice and saw it wouldn't come off, so I tried gently rubbing on my eyes with a a tip and regardless lost 6 lashes on one eye. I'm sure this place works for some people but since I have sensitive eyes, I will be going somewhere else Pics: it's only been ~24 hrs and my lashes are already straight and isn't curly. The side pic shows half are curled half are already straight follow up : I understand my lashes are damaged but I have never been to a lash lift place where damaged lashes don't lift and get flatter. If anything, they just come out messy. I've been doing lash lifts for over three years, and for the price that's charged, the shop should have let me know my lashes were too damaged to work on upfront than wasting my time for money.
