Unfortunately, the nail technician seemed rushed and did not heed my request to maintain the length of my nails if possible. During the process, she unexpectedly ripped off my middle finger nail without any explanation and shaped my nails poorly. I also ended up with polish underneath my nails as well. After applying the gel polish, she instructed me to sit at the drying station, which was confusing given that she was using gel polish and having me put my hands under the UV light. I was charged $30 for a soak-off and polish change, and given the results, I find this completely unacceptable.

Today I was handed a punchcard for paying cash. I've paid cash for at least the last four times and not once was I given a punchcard. I didn't know they existed. They just said I was definitely given one! The previous time they wanted to charge me five dollars extra because I choose a sparkly color on top. I specifically asked if it would cost extra, and the girl said it would not. I would just really appreciate consistent prices when I'm getting the exact same manicure every time.

I just went back tonight and Terry did such a great job! They do a scrub and wax dip and seriously have one of the best pedicures. I get TONS of compliments, even when I have growth. They are friendly, and many people don't like that they speak in their native tongue in front of them, but I have no.problem with it. If someone is going to complain about me, I would think that they would rather not deal with me, so I'm not worried about them talking to each other in Vietnamese. It just makes sense to me. They are also very nice yoing ladies. They do a brisk business and Pauline even has a floral business too on facebook - Pretty Florals, she works with many exotic plants rather than just the normal garden variety. She made a beautiful hydrangea arrangement for my mom, in all blue. It was gorgeous. My nails are always done well. I also am in my 40's and have to use a walker because of severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and my feet don't turn very well, but I have never had issues before with any pedicure. While the tech was working on my toenails I asked her to not move my feet so much, and to stop trying to bend them as they don't bend like "normal" people. She was then doing the foot massage and was banging on my legs and feet and told me "relax, relax." The problem is that my feet and legs don't relax. When it was time to put my flip flops back on, I told her I wanted to put them on because its tricky. She wouldn't let me put them on, and she maneuvered my one foot that it hurt for over a week, it was very sore. The prices also changed and dont match the website.
