I went to this nail salon after going to a few in the area. I was very satisfied with my experience at this salon. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was pretty full. I immediately checked in and was seated only 1-2 minutes after I walked into the door. The woman helping me, Nguyen, offered me something to drink. She was quick, friendly, and did a great job on my pedicure. The woman doing my manicure, Alice, was equally great. I asked her to reshape my nails to an almond shape and she did them so perfectly. I also asked for some flowers and she was able to execute these so well. She took her time to really make the petals look nice and match the color of the gel that I chose. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely be back!

My first time here today and was excited to get my nails done after so long (it's been a couple years). Also wanted to treat myself for my birthday coming up. And I saw that this place has stellar reviews so I thought it was a no-brainer to go here. Well, unfortunately my experience was a negative one... let me just say that the staff, etc were all nice and professional, but my problem is with the service my tech (Will) provided me. I felt as if he felt rushed from the get-go, because something I noticed was that when one of his regular clients (I assumed she was one of his regulars based on their interaction) walked in, he spoke to her across the room "you're early!?" So then he had her sit down directly next me and was waiting, but I felt like this prompted Will to hurry up with my appointment (also to note: this was one of the fastest nail appointments I've ever had; 30mins?!) I've never had one under an hour, so that was odd to me. I got builder gel w/ tips. As you can see in my photos, the job he did looks nothing like the reference photo. I hate the shape so much that as soon as I got home, I just fixed them myself. I'm upset that I practically wasted $70 (even madder at myself that I tipped for this mediocre job)... but in the moment before I left, I didn't mind the nails. It wasn't until I got into my car and home when i analyzed more, realizing how awful they are. I wouldn't say don't go here (I'll prob try one more time with a different nail tech who's not a guy-- sorry!) I just haven't had good experiences with male techs. And also, $70!? Do these nails look like they cost $70?? Absolutely not!!! For basic builder gel + tips? He didn't do anything else. No cleaning up of my cuticles, cuticle oil, nothing! Ugh I hate that I decided to go here

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is my go-to spot for pedicures, it's very easy to get an appointment here and the staff are always so kind ![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The salon is modern and clean and I love the massage chairs; they even offer refreshments. They have a pretty wide selection of colors, especially if you prefer pinks/nude colors. Their techs are very good at the French tip and my pedicure typically lasts for months!

No hot stones, they just wrap your legs in warm towels.

All in all I would say it was not the best experience. I took three stars off because of the following: 1. I've never had a nail shop use the dirty water in the bowl to rinse the body scrub off my legs, during a pedicure. Usually they use the mini hose attached to the bowl. Instead she used the mini hose to rinse my feet and the bowl itself when she drained the water. I'm happy we have showers and lockers at my job bc I showered and changed as soon as I clocked in. 2. The "Deluxe" pedicure was supposed to include a "hot stone" massage. Instead she just massaged my legs with her hands for 6 mins and wrapped my legs in warm towels. I guess to cook the dirty water into my legs, idk! But had I known you didn't have any stones, I would've just gotten the basic pedicure with gel for $55, instead of opting for the Deluxe with gel for $65. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You should've told me when I chose "Deluxe" you didn't have the stones. If you did have the stones why weren't they used?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 3. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lastly, it is so rude to gather with other technicians and giggle and talk about your customers. That's just rude. Don't assume someone isn't fluent in your language, especially when providing a service to that person. That is so disrespectful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So there you have it. Definitely will NOT be returning. Thinking of trying the TikTok Lounge next maybe.

I needed my nails done and decided to stop by this place since it's close to my apartment complex. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did a walk in and was taken care of right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will did my acrylic set and I absolutely loved it. He was fast, efficient and welcoming. The salon is cute and clean. Acrylic overlay with a gorgeous glitter gel coat

Went in for a fill but quickly realized water set in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their new tech, Alice, quickly talked me down and helped me out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We did a new acrylic overlay set with a fun pink glitter gel coat. I definitely feel like the quality and ambiance were good. My tech was most certainly professional and outgoing and made my first experience awesome.

Gel manicure did not hold up and was peeling and chipping within 1 week.

This was my first time at nail house. Overall, the salon is very clean, however, my experience wasn't so great and the quality of work was not as expected. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For my pedicure, I got the package that comes with champagne or a drink but I was never offered a beverage. It was awkward having to ask for it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tech working on my pedicure had to siphon water out of the soaking tub because it was too hot. That was a little strange too. The massage was also just caressing my skin with no real pressure. It was not satisfying for how much the package cost. My pedicure also chipped soon after my pedicure. For my gel manicure, I asked for a pink natural look. I showed the tech the picture but ended up with a sheer look which is not what I asked for. Within a week, the manicure is already chipping at the edges. I was surprised because I've never had a gel manicure chip or peel like this (see photo). I really wanted to like this salon because it's in a good location and the salon is clean, but the quality was disappointing for how much I paid.

My only thing I'd say is have time because they do take their time which I don't mind and I assume if I didn't get regular polish and a service with an 8 minute massage it would probably have been about a hour for service which is really great. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing with great music playing as well.

Beautiful interior ( for privacy, i didn't take it w/ people)

The open layout makes the space feel bright and spacious. I've been searching for a nail salon that actually takes the time to properly care for your nails, and this place exceeded my expectations. They used a cuticle nipper before using any machines, were incredibly gentle, and paid attention to detail. They truly cleaned and prepped my nails instead of just buffing them and applying color. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would absolutely recommend this place if you haven't checked it out yet. I came in for a full set and was immediately impressed by how clean and nice the salon was. Check in was done through a touchscreen where you select the service and nail style you want. A receipt prints out, and you hold onto it until it's time to pay. I was seen right away, which I appreciated. I showed the nail tech a photo of the look I wanted, a milky nude to white ombré. She came close, though I wish the white had been a bit clearer. Still, she did a decent job overall, and it's rare to find someone who can truly match your vision. My receipt listed $60 for the ombré overlay, but when it was time to pay, I was told there was an additional $15 charge for the ombré. That was confusing since I had selected everything correctly during check in. The place is definitely on the pricier side. While it was a nice experience to try once, the inconsistent pricing is a dealbreaker for me. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

I was nervous to try out The Nail House after the closure of Pink n Nails, but i'm so glad I took the chance. Their customer service, interior decor, and ambiance is great. I booked an online appt via the link in their instagram bio which made the process super convenient. I went in for a fill with Brian who was very nice and thorough with his work. He checked in with me throughout the appt to ensure I liked the shape, length, color & design of each nail before completing the set. I paid $110 including tip which wasn't bad given the amount of time and effort that went into each nail. Overall, I def recommend!

This place is so nice! It's decorated so pretty, very clean, they have a ton of colors to choose from, and also amazing customer service. The owner is so nice and friendly, and I've been going to Vivian for 5 years because she is truly the best. She does beautiful designs, my nails always look perfect, and she is a genuinely kind person. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Got a gel x set and pedicure and usually never have any complaints because I love the services but after I got home and looked closer at my pedicure I felt like it was so rushed. There was polish on my skin. I asked for a specific design on one finger and almond shape and I got a completely different design that seemed "quicker" to do. I have come 4-5 times since November and have loved it but today I don't know what happened. Not sure if I will go back here. If you do come, maybe don't come after 5pm so you don't feel rushed. The receptionist is always kind and so are the other staff so I'm a little disappointed at the end result. read more

I was excited to try this place since it was near my office. The shop is really clean and cute. Unfortunately, I spent almost three hours there for a gel x set and gel pedicure. I did also have to remove old polish on my toes and an old set on my hands, but the time in between my hands being finished and my pedicure to start was quite the wait and I sat there for some time. I understand if they were busy but would've been nice to know ahead so I could have split the appointments. Both sets, especially my gel x set, ended up very nice. However, four nails have already popped off and it's been less than a week. read more

I been going to Brian for a little more then a year now and he never disappoints my nails are always beautiful exactly how I ask and when I'm out of ideas he freestyles and they're even more beautiful. "I have to brag about my nails done by Julie--she did an amazing job! The picture says it all. Julie was meticulous, taking her time to match the design perfectly with the picture I sent her. Crystal did my pedicure, and it felt like I was at a luxurious, 6-star resort spa. The owner even offered dinner while I was being pampered. When my regular nail place closed, I tried a couple of other places. However, the quality of polish didn't last as long as I would like and sometimes parking was a problem. So, I decided to give the Nail House a try. They took over the location of the regular nail place I use to frequent. There is always ample parking and the place is always really clean. The staff is friendly and it's easy to make an appointment. The quality of nail polish is great and they definitely have a variety of color. To say the least, the variety of services are good and pricing is competitive. read more

The first time I went it was okay. The shape was off the past few times I've gone in for a fill even when I asked for it to be fixed. My fills didn't last long.. really nice and clean but I won't be back. They asked if they could do a new set on me when I just got a new set 2 weeks prior. Whoever did my set likely didn't do a good job for it to barely last two weeks. read more

i got my nails done here for the first time and the service was impeccable!! The owner was super nice and offering drinks (mind you they were free!). The inside was super nice and clean I really felt like my needs were met and I was catered to. My nails also turned out amazing, Julie did my set and she was so nice and sweet the entire time. She apologized one time for nicking my finger but I didn't even feel it. All in all if you need a nice design and you wanna walk out feeling like a million bucks go here!!!! read more

this was my first time going to this place and honestly kinda wish it could've been better. when i made my appointment i was going in with a different salons work (i even put it in my notes when making the appt), had gel x and needed to find a place closer to home. when i walked in, i had explained what was going on with my nails and specifically asked for gel x since it was on the services they offered. one of the techs explained the best way possible to fix my nails and i agreed with the plan. my appointment ended up taking 2 hours, and switching out to multiple techs and not even getting the gel x that i had asked for. instead acrylic tips were put on and then builder gel. the original plan was to file off the nail, file off the chip and apply builder gel on top. instead 3 nails were soaked off and the acrylic tips applied. not sure why gel x fill is offered when i didn't even get the gel x fill. not too sure if i would even give the place another chance. one too many cuts for me. read more

I've been looking for a nail salon to be my go to spot. I was recommended to go to the nail house by a coworker and even though it's a little out of my way I decided to give it a try. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and relaxing which is hard to come by. I asked for a Classic pink and white ombré. Cindy was my nail tech, I was a tad specific with what I wanted and she was able to execute flawlessly and wouldn't let me leave unless I was happy and appreciated that she was happy to do so. I also got a pedicure by Kathy who was also so kind. I will definitely be making the drive more often, as the customer service from everyone there is worth giving business to read more

My husband and sons were watching football on Sunday and I wanted to go do something for me. So I looked for a place to do a pedicure and found Nail House. It was easy to book an online appointment and from the moment I walked in, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be going back. I was in the SJ area (I'm not a local) and wanted to get my nails done, so of course I turned to Yelp. I called in asking for a gel mani w/ design and they were available right away to take me in. Mind you, gel usually lifts and peels for me in less than 1 week, but I didn't want a regular mani to chip, so I went ahead and showed up and am I sure glad I did. Bella did my manicure and it is one of the best gel manis I've gotten done in a long time. It lasted almost a whole month without even a single chip, crack, or lift, which is unheard of for me!! If I was local to the area, I'd be a regular customer for sure. If you need a gel mani w/ a design, then definitely go here and ask for Bella!! I showed her several different pictures and ideas and she was able to combine them together into one fun design! read more

I had a hard time getting an appt at a nail shop that my friend recommended so I decided to try The Nail House after finding it on Yelp. I've tried many other shops before but none got me coming back after the first or second time. This place was different. I was pleased with the customer service as well as the quality of my nails. They still look good after a month! I also love the ambiance and new modern decor. Will definitely get my nails done there again in the future. read more

She sat my daughter down and asked what look she wanted. We basically just said to clean them up and shape them to fit her face naturally. My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed.

I booked an appointment with Brian and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I originally wanted builder gel, but he took the time to explain that the builder base would suit my nails better because of the length and health of my nails. He would double check with me to make sure I was satisfied. He also told me the price of the design before he started which I appreciate. I didn't mind the price but if I was on a stricter budget, I might've changed designs. It depends on the person and I know some might be grateful to know beforehand what they'll be paying with design and all. Overall, I had a really great experience and will definitely be back! Cindy did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. She shaped them so quickly and well and had such steady hands while doing these designs taking her time to make sure the design was exactly how I wanted it. She's the sweetest and I would totally go back whenever I need my nails done. For how many designs she did I would say the price is very reasonable. The pedicure was also great. Only took about 30 mins and was exactly what I wanted. I didn't get the name of the girl who did my pedicure but I would highly recommend!

Bulky, thick, uneven gel polish placement, cut by tools, bleeding etc. I left for many years, came back again after a very long time and sure enough still such a disappointment.
