I needed my nails done and decided to stop by this place since it's close to my apartment complex. I did a walk in and was taken care of right away. Will did my acrylic set and I absolutely loved it. He was fast, efficient and welcoming. The salon is cute and clean. I will definitely be back!

Gel manicure did not hold up and was peeling and chipping within 1 week.

This was my first time at nail house. Overall, the salon is very clean, however, my experience wasn't so great and the quality of work was not as expected. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For my pedicure, I got the package that comes with champagne or a drink but I was never offered a beverage. It was awkward having to ask for it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tech working on my pedicure had to siphon water out of the soaking tub because it was too hot. That was a little strange too. The massage was also just caressing my skin with no real pressure. It was not satisfying for how much the package cost. My pedicure also chipped soon after my pedicure. For my gel manicure, I asked for a pink natural look. I showed the tech the picture but ended up with a sheer look which is not what I asked for. Within a week, the manicure is already chipping at the edges. I was surprised because I've never had a gel manicure chip or peel like this (see photo). I really wanted to like this salon because it's in a good location and the salon is clean, but the quality was disappointing for how much I paid.

Beautiful interior ( for privacy, i didn't take it w/ people)

The open layout makes the space feel bright and spacious. I've been searching for a nail salon that actually takes the time to properly care for your nails, and this place exceeded my expectations. They used a cuticle nipper before using any machines, were incredibly gentle, and paid attention to detail. They truly cleaned and prepped my nails instead of just buffing them and applying color. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would absolutely recommend this place if you haven't checked it out yet. I have gone here twice now for pedicures and I would say they are quite amazing!! Everyone is very nice that I have interacted with so far and most customers seem very happy. They have what I would say is very fair pricing for what you are getting and have a large scale of pedicure levels to chose from. My only thing I'd say is have time because they do take their time which I don't mind and I assume if I didn't get regular polish and a service with an 8 minute massage it would probably have been about a hour for service which is really great. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing with great music playing as well.

I came for a sim gel manicure. Will did a fabulous job. He made it feel like a service worth paying for. He handled my nails with care and made me feel comfortable and did a great job with the nails. Thanks Will!

I came in for a full set and was immediately impressed by how clean and nice the salon was. Check in was done through a touchscreen where you select the service and nail style you want. A receipt prints out, and you hold onto it until it's time to pay. I was seen right away, which I appreciated. I showed the nail tech a photo of the look I wanted, a milky nude to white ombré. She came close, though I wish the white had been a bit clearer. Still, she did a decent job overall, and it's rare to find someone who can truly match your vision. My receipt listed $60 for the ombré overlay, but when it was time to pay, I was told there was an additional $15 charge for the ombré. That was confusing since I had selected everything correctly during check in. The place is definitely on the pricier side. While it was a nice experience to try once, the inconsistent pricing is a dealbreaker for me. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

I was nervous to try out The Nail House after the closure of Pink n Nails, but i'm so glad I took the chance. Their customer service, interior decor, and ambiance is great. I booked an online appt via the link in their instagram bio which made the process super convenient. I went in for a fill with Brian who was very nice and thorough with his work. He checked in with me throughout the appt to ensure I liked the shape, length, color & design of each nail before completing the set. I paid $110 including tip which wasn't bad given the amount of time and effort that went into each nail. Overall, I def recommend!

Came in last Saturday. My daughter got a full set of gelx nails. He was pushy on the gelx; I honestly didn't ask if it was more expensive than acrylic. It was her birthday gift, so I was ok with splurging. They told us they have a guarantee if anything happens to the nails. We went in today because one chipped and one fell off. There was miscommunication and the female employee who was assigned to my daughter became frustrated with her and passed her off to the male technician after a frustrated "ugh!" And no explanation as to why she would no longer help her. Then the male technician was explaining to his client what was happening with my daughter and my daughter felt like they were trying to make her look like a Karen. The client he was helping even said "did she leave yet?" Thinking my daughter had left after they moved her seat. My daughter just wanted to walk out of there. All because.... 1. When she sat down we all understood that they would fix the missing and broken nail. 2. Then, My daughter asked if they could shorten her nails. The lady agrees and after making one shorter then tells her well I can only shorten the ones without the gems. If I shorten the one with gems I'd have to take it off and put a new nail because you can't file gems down and I'm going to charge you 30-40. I wasn't will to pay that to replace 2 nails, so I told my daughter to keep the length. The thing is, this could've all been prevented if the first nail tech would've explained that from the beginning; not after the fact. I already had to go out of my way to take her back for a missing nail and cracked nail that were put on 7 days ago; only to make us feel like Karens.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and The Nail House was recommended by the hotel staff. First impression, the salon is very pretty and clean. The staff was welcoming. I made an appt online and I'm glad I did, they seem to get busy. Bella was my nail technician, and I must say, she is amazing! I showed her a picture that I liked and she said no problem! Called to book an appt yesterday and was able to book it same morning! Thank god cause my nails were lifting and i was missing two (lol) The salon is at a nice plaza with plenty of parking. I was greeted by the owner, Hai, and he asked me questions to make sure my appt would run smoothly (ex: if i wanted to have my pedi and nails done at the same time) Dianna did my pedicure and she is so sweet, I am quite short so the pedicure chairs are a bit big and so she made sure to give me pillows to be comfortable and be closer to her. Jan did my gel x nails and she did such a great job!! I showed her an inspo and she truly delivered. I like how everything was quick, efficient but the quality of work is amazing! she made sure to add extra gel after applying the gel x because she noticed the curvature of my nails doesn't allow the tips to lay close to my actual nails which may have caused premature lifting in my previous set (done elsewhere). overall, I liked my experience at the nail house and would go back again whenever I need to get my nails done! I think I've finally found my go-to nail salon! I originally came here for a gel-x fill, but I decided to give my nails a break from any kind of extension & start getting regular gel manicures. I'm so blown away! Their removal process is so gentle, you wouldn't believe how many times I've gone to other salons and they use a nail tip to scrape off the fake nail. When they did safely soak off the gel-x, I was so surprised to see my nails were healthy underneath. Seriously, I've never had my natural nails so long & sturdy. The gel manicure itself was also great, lots of care and attention to my cuticles & the painting job was amazing. My job is super hands-on & this manicure is holding up so well- I'm so impressed. The staff is super helpful & kind, and the general vibe of the salon is welcoming. I also like that they accept card, but with a convenience fee. I scheduled an appointment for my sister at 12:00pm today. My mom also went in and she wanted to get her pedicure done as well she did not have an appointment but the lady that assisted her ( SAN ) was rude to her saying she needed an appointment. She stated that she was having a bad day, but that shouldn't be the excuse to treat there clients that way. She felt discriminated, and that's unacceptable. On the other hand the nails are not well done, I would like to get them fixed. read more

The place is new and modern and clean as a whistle. The staff were so kind and thoughtful--offered me tea or water. I had a full gelX set removed and replaced--the cat-eye gel paint was worth every penny:). It was a Tuesday, I signed in online and took the first available and was seated right away. I met a lovely patron the day before she left for Hawaii. I recommend this place enough to go back this weekend and tell all of my friends. It was mine and my friend's first time coming here and they were so sweet. Just a heads up, I haven't gone to a single salon since senior year of high school because the last nail lady treated me and my sister horribly (we had injuries on our fingers + nails, thankfully no infections). The staff here were super accommodating and made sure you were comfortable. They also made sure we got the designs we wanted plus some refreshments - the salon has different options but we only got water. Everything was clean and open-spaced and parking wasn't a hassle. They cut me, then they directed applied some sketchy bottle of fluid and pressed the tip directly to the cut (how many other open wounds had that bottle touched?) I didnt get a chance to ask her name, but the girl who does the nail art did a wonderful job on my Baby Shark nails (for my daughter's birthday party theme). She was so confident with the design I showed her even though it was kind of detailed. She did them incredibly fast too. They cost around 90$. The standard nail set is 75$ I believe.I wanted to get a shark on each nail but that was going to cost 140$! Way too steep of a price for me just for nails. read more

Called ahead of time for an appointment and was able to book one for the same day. I requested for a new set of acrylics. Upon arrival I was able to check in through their kiosk which is located by the entrance. I was greeted by Brian when I walked in. Super friendly and he's very easy to talk to. This nail salon is new. Super clean. And they're open 7 days! Which is a plus in my books! Plenty of parking spaces and they are easy to find. My nail tech was Jan. Showed her an inspo pic of the set I wanted. And let me tell ya , she knows what she's doing! Her attention to detail is top notch! She made sure to ask how I'm doing throughout the whole process. I really really love this place because they are so welcoming and friendly but my visit today went a little bad, it was fine when I left but after couple hours I didn't notice that my toe was bleeding and it is very painful.I hope that next time they'll be more gentle.. Im getting married in two days and now I don't know if I'll be able to walk properly with my Sandals if it this painful. Im kind of disappointed with this visit. read more

Not only did she do an amazing job on my nails, but the salon itself was also clean and smelled so good. My first time coming here and they did an amazing job! I wish I got the names of the ladies who did my pedicure and my gel x set so I could shout them out but both ladies were so efficient and I couldn't be happier. The salon is beautiful and very clean with plenty of pedi/mani stations for clients. They have an assortment of beverages that they offered while I had my services and even gave me a gift at the end of my appointment which was so sweet! I'll definitely be coming back! This shop is by the 680 freeway and is in a plaza with other restaurants. Julie does a great job at anything, I've been going to her for a long time. You show her what you want and she gives it to you. Brian is very nice, he always offer drinks and asks if everything is okay. This salon has a very nice interior, very clean and it has 2 cute chairs for little kids if they want pedicure too. read more

Got a gel x set and pedicure and usually never have any complaints because I love the services but after I got home and looked closer at my pedicure I felt like it was so rushed. There was polish on my skin. I asked for a specific design on one finger and almond shape and I got a completely different design that seemed "quicker" to do. I have come 4-5 times since November and have loved it but today I don't know what happened. Not sure if I will go back here. If you do come, maybe don't come after 5pm so you don't feel rushed. The receptionist is always kind and so are the other staff so I'm a little disappointed at the end result. read more

The owner is so nice and friendly, and I've been going to Vivian for 5 years because she is truly the best. I was excited to try this place since it was near my office. The shop is really clean and cute. Unfortunately, I spent almost three hours there for a gel x set and gel pedicure. I did also have to remove old polish on my toes and an old set on my hands, but the time in between my hands being finished and my pedicure to start was quite the wait and I sat there for some time. I understand if they were busy but would've been nice to know ahead so I could have split the appointments. Both sets, especially my gel x set, ended up very nice. However, four nails have already popped off and it's been less than a week. read more

My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed.

My negative history with this salon goes back a year, when two women performed a wax service on my hand. They were in such a hurry to finish that they didn't bother to be gentle at all; it felt as though they were performing the service on an animal or a non-living object. They were absolutely brutal, and when they caused the injury shown in **image_9.png**, they were completely unbothered, acting as if it were a normal occurrence. More recently, I have had terrible experiences with a particular beautician for threading. Every time I have been forced to use her services, she nicks my skin during the upper lip and chin threading, leading to multiple areas of bleeding. As seen in the attached photos , my skin has been left with several painful, bleeding marks and abrasions. What is most frustrating is the total lack of accountability. After causing these cuts, she claimed she was removing "ingrown hairs," even though I could clearly see there were no ingrown hairs in those areas. It seems she lacks the necessary technique to thread properly, especially around the curves of the face. Due to her recurring lack of care, I have been left with permanent scars and pigmentation on my face. You have literally spoiled my skin, and the results are truly disgusting. It is unacceptable that I am left with bleeding skin and the risk of further scarring every time I see her. I have tried to avoid her, but on the occasions when no one else was available, I gave her another chance, only to have the same painful experience. The staff needs to be much gentler, as this level of skin trauma is not normal for a professional service. I have officially decided to stop coming to this salon because I cannot risk further damage to my skin.

I booked an appointment with Brian and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I originally wanted builder gel, but he took the time to explain that the builder base would suit my nails better because of the length and health of my nails. He would double check with me to make sure I was satisfied. He also told me the price of the design before he started which I appreciate. I didn't mind the price but if I was on a stricter budget, I might've changed designs. It depends on the person and I know some might be grateful to know beforehand what they'll be paying with design and all. Overall, I had a really great experience and will definitely be back!
