I went here for the first time today after booking on classpass for a pedicure and I loved it! The ladies are so sweet, welcoming, and take their time! I was a bit nervous after seeing their not so great reviews but those were from like 9 years ago! They have definitely stepped up their game and I got one of the best foot massage I've ever received! Definitely recommend and I hope they get more customers! The paint job was great as well! They also didn't pressure me to get gel and were super willing to accommodate anything you needed! P.S I went to a really good rated salon near by and I didn't have the best experience the lady was nice but she didn't paint my toes well and the gel peeled off completely clean after a week! Goes to show reviews aren't always accurate! read more

Happy New Year! This used to be my go-to nail salon prior to moving so I decided to pay them a visit earlier this week for some much needed TLC. During my latest visit, I was happy to find that the service and quality hasn't changed. The staff was super nice, took their time and didn't rush me out of there. For a spa pedicure and manicure, I only spent $25 (excluding tip). However for my nail salon veterans out there, my $25 mani-pedi will seem very basic but was more than enough for a well-deserved pampering. It consisted of hand massage, foot massage and dead skin removal. It didn't include a foot scrub but they did an excellent job at smoothing my feet. They also did a fantastic job cleaning my cuticles, making my hands all pretty for NYE. I was a very happy customer and you'll be sure to find me here whenever I'm back in So. Cal. This place is cozy and small. Relatively clean. I had already cut, shaped, and cleaned my toes prior to my pedicure. I'm very picky about the shape and keeping my toe nails short. She did an alright job. Not terrific. Not terrible. I did not see her take her implements from a clean sealed bag. Luckily I didn't need much work with implements anyway. She filed one of my big toes in the shape I didn't want, so she had to re-file it and then it almost cut my skin. There was an air bubble in my big toe that I pointed out and she fixed. My toes are fine for the time being. Needed them painted and fixed up for a wedding. I don't think I'll be back. read more

I love coming to this place. I'm really picky with people doing my pedicure and I always come here. These ladies are super sweet and professional and they always do a good job with my nails. I am ashamed to call this a LAKEWOOD business. My elderly wife had to use the restroom (emergency type) and these people would have nothing to do with her! Just for the record, we own and run a LAKEWOOD business very close to this establishment, in 8 years of doing business, we have NEVER denied a single human being access to our restrooms. Before I fall asleep in this chair I figured I would get this out the way. Manicure, solid. I work a lot with my hands and have dry cuticle 4 stars because I could've used a longer soak and more dirt under nail attention. I always get natural manicure with only clear polish and its at least better than what I walked in with. Pedicure and message is top notch. She is taking her time, rubbing every inch of my legs and feet. I thought about paying extra for a longer manage but it's not needed. This is my first time here, I am pretty happy with my services. If you're looking for a quiet, quality nail salon, you have found it! The staff are all friendly and highly attentative to your needs. Unlike many nail salons here in the Lakewood area, most of the staff is able to speak and understand English, which makes communicating a brezze. They also won't push their services on you like other salons. The spa pedicure is a wonderfully relaxing treatment which includes a pedicure, foot scrub, nail cleaning, cuticle cutback, and choice of polish, all while being massaged by a blue plush chair. Their manicure is the same process, and on a slow day they will even have you sit in the massage chair while you have your hands pampered. I love coming by my little neighborhood nail salon! We live in the area, and it's a nice convenient space. I like to call ahead to make sure I have an appointment. But as a pregnant mama of twins, they have really spoiled me! Their hand and feet massages during mani/pedi are the BEST! Jeanne and Chi are the sweetest ladies. My sis and I wanted to get our toes done for the nice sunny weekend, so we yelp the Lakewood area and came up with CT Nails. The review from Marisela R. made us a little hesitant, but we decided to give it a try. Well, it's Friday late afternoon, a time when we're used to busy nail salons. We walk in, there is one customer setup in a spa chair. A harsh woman asked us what we needed. We said two pedicures. We see another woman walking from the back, and then head back. The harsh woman says that we need to wait ten minutes and then she could only take us one at a time. What?!? We decided to head over to Cozy Toes and Spa. The staff was very friendly, and they were able to take us right away. The service was great. They knew we were new, and they wanted to keep our business. But alas, I should save that for my review of that salon. read more

I have been looking for a nail salon near me for awhile. I final decided to try this place and I think that I have found a place that I like. When you first enter the salon it's nothing special. But after looking closer, you can tell they take good care of the place and it is very clean. Their manicure and pedicure price is very reasonable and I think they did a great job. It's a standard soak in a bowl for hands, and a spa seat for your feet. I even got gel nailpolish an it looks awesome. I am very particular about how my nails are painted and how the mani/pedi goes and I do not like to have to tell them how to do it right, and I didn't have to here, so I am definately going back!! read more

This place is nice and clean with a very comfortable spa chair which looks like a new model. They carry O.P.I. too. The job is decent. This is the worst place ever, had a French tip done, suppose to be a specialist. Specialist alright, she was none talkative. told her I was looking for a good place for good jobs, she just laughed. my nail job did not last four days. took them off, easily (which I should of had trouble, they just popped off). I do not recommend this place. besides the two girls were very quite to the point of rude. did not say hello or goodbye. so goodbye to them, they need to close the doors. read more

I went to CT nails because it's close to my home and I thought to give a local business a try. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and polite, however the business owner was rude and disrespectful. She frowned at me when I asked her if she could add the tip on my debit card. I've been to salons that don't mind doing this at all. Not only did she frown and hiss at me, but she also slammed the debit card on the table, raised her voice and said "This time I do, but next time no!!!" The poor woman that did my nails was very embarrassed and said that she was sorry. I told the owner that I would be willing to get cash for the tip, but that she shouldn't speak to clients that way. Overall, I 've never been treated so poorly and will never go back. No way to treat a nice paying client :( read more

I have gone to so many nail spots and this one is by far one of the best. The staff is nice and the prices are reasonable. So far, I have been here 4 times in the last 2 months. I get a fill and cut down every 2 weeks. My nail polish does not chip and my nails do not break! Today im going in for a pedicure since my birthday is this friday (yay!). This will be my 2nd time getting a pedicure at CT Nails. My first experience getting a pedicure here was great. My nail polish did not chip at all and its already been a little over 3 weeks (thank god my toe nails dont grow fast). This place is my go to nail place! read more
