I finally figured it out its a common issue that requires an antibiotic cream to clear it up. I've never felt so awful after an experience with a doctor. I will never go back. For comparison, the first male doctor I saw there was super nice a few years prior for an allergic reaction. There is another derm nearby in Keller TX who are super nice and not owned by some big chain who only cares about profit.

I have to say there were a lot of negative reviews so I was a bit apprehensive about my visit but I am pleased to say it could not have gone better . The waiting room and exam rooms were very clean. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back and once there in the room the doctor was with me in about 2 minutes. I did have some moles that he promptly froze off and did a thorough inspection of my skin and told me to come back in a year. I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes total. Very courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a dermatologist.

Though I scheduled a Swedish back massage, more time was spent "cleansing my inner chaos", leaving about 10mins to massage the top of my back. Afterwards, my skin was irritated and extremely dry (not like an allergic reaction or sensitivity, just needed to be moisturized). I also left with my back just as tense and sore.
