The Century Orleans 18 and XD is located in the Orleans Hotel and Casino. This was my first time coming to this movie theater so I wasn't sure exactly where it was inside the casino. We had parked outside the main entrance towards Tropicana street. It was only a short walk from the main entrance and up escalators to the second floor to get to the movie theater. It was also next to a large arcade as well! We had already purchased our tickets through the Cinemark movie mobile application and ended up getting snacks. There is now a XL popcorn bucket offered by Cinemark and we ended up getting one of those as well as a few sodas. The checkout process was seamless, since I'm a movie rewards member, they scanned the QR code for discounts. Outside of the snack area was additional condiments, napkins, and even extra butter if you wanted! The Mortal Kombat II movie was in theater one. The seats were comfortable, reclined, sound quality in the theater was awesome, and the movie was great! I'm not sure the next time I'll be back at this movie theater as we usually go to the Santa Fe Century or the Suncoast Century since it's closer to our house, but if there is a limited showing, only available at Century Orleans 18, we would come back to this movie theater again!

That's not a lot, but I normally go to the galaxy theaters and they never charged me for jalapeños for my popcorn. Also, the jalapeños come in little bags smh About six dollars they're so small soda is absolutely ridiculous !!!! it's literally half the size of what you get at Other movie theater lmfao The reason why I gave it two stars is because the stats it was friendly

I went to go see The Mandalorian and Grogu tonight and here is my takeaway from tonight: - The theater feels really clean and relatively new. The chair was very comfortable (no heater in the chair though) and the recline went further back than most places that I can recall. - The food service was interesting. I decided to go traditional and just get a large popcorn and a large Diet Pepsi (yea, yea I know :P). The price wasn't too bad at all for $9.75 for both. I am still unclear on how to get a refill on the drink though. I do appreciate that the servers did not disrupt the movie at all. I have gone to theaters in other cities where they would step in front of the screen at times and it was maddening. - What's up with literally over a half freaking hour of previews and ads? Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way. Luckily not a minute later I had it. I just downloaded the Regal app and I can see myself coming back here since it's like a 10-minute drive from where I live. There is a points club, etc and some pretty good promos on there if you're a movie lover like me. I will be back. 4 stars.

The bathroom is a mess. The sinks are disgusting (hairs, dirty foam, and junk by the drain) and there's a hand dryer that doesn't work and has not worked for well over a year and no one seems to care. It's not the worst. The customer service he provided was just amazing. Thank you for what you do Brandon. Explained that because some tickets weren't bought through Brenden Theatres, but through Fandango, Fandango takes longer to reply, and works only on business days (this aims towards those receiving last minute email cancellations). They provided us a full refund, in any format, unfortunately, the 70mm IMAX is sold out through early September. I was told you can still watch it in Digital IMAX; and keep the refund. For those with weekend tickets for IMAX 70mm, Fandango may refund you late, but Brenden Theatres will still give you a free showing in all formats. As of today there is a technician flying in today 08/07/2026, to try to resolve the issue. Parking is easy, since it's located inside the casino, just park in the garage, out of the scorching oven heat of Las Vegas that doesn't provide cookies when you open the door. The person lined our chips up like a bookshelf of sorts so it was easy to eat and you just pull one pull one pull one. I found the setup to be very helpful because you're eating in the dark. The seats in the theater are a bit worn on the headrest but the recliner cushion seats are comfy. This theater also has a tray. I like that there's plenty of room between your row and the row below. What I appreciate most: plush leather seats, plenty of legroom, a clear view, and the fact that they have concessions and a full bar. Yes a full bar! What I don't appreciate: the sky-high prices. We paid $47.98 for two adults just to get in, and food, snacks, and drinks can easily tack on another $50 unless you bring your own flask. And without fail, there's always someone in the theater who can't behave. Once it was a drunk woman yelling at the screen and her boyfriend. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

I want to like this location, and there are definitely some great things about it. It has a great IMAX screen, a great Dolby theater, and it always seems to get the newest AMC technology. And they always have the sound turned up! That said, the theater feels seriously mismanaged and is in real need of repairs and better upkeep. It is always dirty. I've been there for first showings of the day and still seen black marks on the bathroom floors. There is popcorn on the floor everywhere. The Coke Freestyle machines are constantly out of syrups, hot food items are often unavailable, and the overall condition of the theater just feels neglected. To be fair, the staff has always been extremely nice and polite. This doesn't feel like a customer service issue as much as a staffing or management issue. Either there aren't enough people to maintain the theater properly on a daily basis, or the staff they do have aren't being allocated to the right areas. I've worked at a movie theater before, so I understand the challenge of cleaning a theater in 15 minutes before the next showing. Because of that, I give some leeway when it comes to the cleanliness of the auditoriums themselves. But with so many theaters in Las Vegas renovating and stepping up their game, it's disappointing to see the biggest theater chain in the world lagging this far behind. For me, AMC 18 is a love/hate relationship. I keep coming back because of the screens and technology, but the cleanliness, food availability, and overall upkeep really need improvement.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this after being a loyal AMC customer for the past…read moreseven years, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. For nearly a decade, AMC was my go-to destination for the cinema experience. However, over my last several visits, the cleanliness of this theater has declined to the point where it's become unacceptable. The restrooms were severely neglected. The smell was unbearable--comparable to an unserviced outhouse--and the floor tiles were coated in a dark, grimey residue, and trash cans throughout the building were overflowing, leaving rubbish spilling into public walkways. It was obvious they hadn't been properly maintained. The auditoriums were equally disappointing. There was popcorn and trash scattered throughout the seating areas, cupholders were littered with leftover debris and garbage from the previous showings, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned between showings. It's hard to enjoy a movie when you're sitting in an environment that feels neglected and unsanitary. I understand that theaters get busy, but this wasn't a one-time issue and allowing a theater to reach this level of filth reflects a complete disregard for hygiene and customer comfort. This has been the reality over multiple visits, which tells me it's become a pattern rather than an exception. As someone who has supported AMC for seven years, it's incredibly disappointing to see the theater in this condition. I sincerely hope AMC addresses its housekeeping and maintenance standards because no customer should have to pay premium ticket prices to watch a movie in an environment that feels dirty and unhygienic. Until significant improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere or, and I hate saying this with every fiber of my being, watching streaming services. I hope this feedback serves as a critical call to restore the quality your long-time customers deserve.

The concession setup is quick and it's easy to get what you want and then pay at the end. It kind of feels like a buffet line, which makes things move fast. There's a good variety of snacks, but we usually get the classics like a big bucket of popcorn and nachos with jalapeños. The jalapeños come in a packaged bag and there's always plenty. The lounge recliners are comfortable and we love the swing tray tables that come with them. The seats also have heat settings. The temperature overall felt comfortable and I usually run cold (my average temperature is always 97.7°F).  I was in jeans and a t-shirt and also didn't ever feel the ac blasting. I thought it would be since it's been getting warmer/hot out lately. I was in stadium 10, middle of row J, and noticed one of the tray tables was a bit worn down compared to the others. It still worked fine, but parts of it were peeling and I could see how it might scrape someone depending on how they sit or move. It stood out since everything else I've used there has always been in great condition. The bathrooms are clean, which I appreciate, but I do wish they had more kid friendly options like lower sinks or soap dispensers. Even having a small swing step stool under the sinks (I've seen them in other locations around here for restaurants) available would help. It's a family oriented place, so that seems like something that could really make a difference. Not every parent can lift their child up, especially if they're dealing with an injury or holding another baby or other items. I also wish there were sanitizing wipes available again, either at the entrance or somewhere inside the theater near the steps. Overall, this is still our go to theater for family movie days.

Oh my--what can I say?!…read more It's been an **absolute experience!** This was my first time staying here, and I can honestly say it's been a roller coaster, to say the least! There are MANY people who deserve recognition for their **excellent customer service and genuine care for their guests**--especially considering how much people spend to stay and visit here. Those employees truly make a difference in their guests' experiences, and then some! Sadly, where there's good, there's sometimes bad... #Highlights - Appreciated having a **non-smoking facility**, which made the stay more comfortable overall - Enjoyed having **late-night/overnight dining options** like Side Betty Grill when most places were closed - Despite heavy crowds and constant busyness, many staff members still went above and beyond - Overall atmosphere reinforced why I consider Las Vegas my **second home** --- # Issues / Areas of Concern - The male bartender at **Best Friend** was definitely **NOT a Best Friend**, and the manager's handling of the situation was questionable - **Side Betty Grill** was just okay, though I do appreciate having a late-night option available --- # Staff Recognition (Excellent Customer Service ) ALL whom are 5 star representatives ! # 1. Haven't been at this property since it used to be known as Monte Carlo. Overall, the rooms are good enough. Stayed in a one king room (which also happened to be ADA). Comfortable enough bed and had a table where I could work. Bathroom was bigger as well because it was ADA. Wasn't as impressed that there was a huge TV outage that required me to call someone super late night to fix (and wait an hour as well). We also ended up staying in a bigger two queen suite later in the weekend with a view of Allegiant Stadium. That was a bit nicer, as it had a couch in front of the TV. Wasn't as impressed that the refrigerator had lights that never turned off, so we needed to block the light without suitcase (and you could still see some light still). The casino area is pretty big, and you can tell there's a remarked difference of the casino having a no smoking policy. Can actually breathe in here, shockingly. Lot of restaurants here. There is a sportsbook. And Eataly is at the side closest to Las Vegas Blvd. Staff here are ok. They were friendly enough, but not the friendliest compared to many other hotels I've been at on the Strip. Additionally, I am perplexed by their decision to only grant Marriott Ambassador Elite status members only a max 1 pm late checkout. I figured that it would be at least 2 pm. Overall, the hotel is good enough. But given the places that I usually stay, I wouldn't be staying here unless it was heavily discounted for me to do so.
