Rustic/industrial restaurant in West Village that can probably host 40-50 people. There's bar seating and great happy hour deals ($8 a cocktail). Wooden decor, plants, and dimly lit. Wonderful for a quiet evening meal but the theme can easily translate to brunch. The restaurant has seasonal menus and works with farms to curate game and other ingredients. We had the: Bittersweet Happiness Salad: Goat cheese, mango, cucumbers - the perfect summer salad. It also wasn't drenched in your typical dressing which made it freshing and a light start to the meal. Brussel Sprouts: I'm normally so not a fan of brussel sprouts. However, this place cooked it so well! The bacon, cheese and oil gave it great flavor and masked the bitterness so that you only got a slight aftertaste. Octopus with scallops: Hot and cold. The octopus was grilled so nicely - crispy on the outside and not super chewy. The chickpeas underneath were great. The cold scallops were a great contrast in temperature and texture. Quail: It was my first time trying quail. It was seasoned very well and served over a vegetable medley. Duck: Favorite dish of the night. A crispy parmesan crust and a thick cut of duck that wasn't over cooked. It was over a bed of rice with a grapefruit sauce. The only downside was that the grapefruit sauce was too sweet for me and I wish it had more of that sour flavor. The presentation of the dishes overall was beautiful. Each dish was uniquely crafted and had so many flavors. Prices are on the higher side but fair for the food and presentation you're getting. read more

Casual romantic decor, very small place, food was excellent. Started with "Sleepy Hollow" cocktail, bourbon and bitters with egg white and cinnamon, cheese and prosciutto appetizer plate which comes with strawberries, roasted cashews, olives, orange marmalade. The orange marmalade was a bit strange, would have preferred stone ground mustard but what can you do, the prosciutto didn't have much flavor. For entrees, I had the portobello mushroom with asparagus and my friend had the burger. My portobello mushroom was superb, paired with asparagus and sauteed green onions in what tasted like the highest quality olive oil, and was a large portion, I thought I was eating steak. My friend loved his burger which came with Camembert cheese, grilled onions, lettuce and mayo on brioche bun and French fries. For dessert we had sponge cake with raspberries and whipped cream, coffee and tea. The service was friendly and quick and although the waiter did not always return to the table and did not ask how we wanted the burger cooked, it was easy to flag him down. They put a carafe of water on the table so you can refill your glass easily. This is not really handicap accessible but there are only two steps to the entrance (which I can manage) and the bathroom is on the main floor. Would definitely return when I go to the Lucille Lortel theater which is directly across the street. read more

Happy hour outside on a sunny summer evening is a ton of fun at this happening well placed location. After 2 glasses of Chardonnay it all tasted great! Seriously: Enjoyed a bowl of mussels (although some were not open, ie not edible) served with sliced baguette (smart touch!) to sop up the yummy sauce (thank you) and the grilled chicken plate was enough to feed a family! I've been coming to this restaurant since they opened. They tweek the menu seasonally, you always have something to look forward to. Drinks are pretty good and wine selection is amazing. Unfortunately, summer is coming to an end, which means I can't drink rose. That's just me. You can drink rose all year round if you like. There's outdoor seating (which come on we have to take advantage of). All around wonderful place for a date, drinks, or just that wonderful neighborhoody vibe. This is a cute/trendy place for a bite or drink. Pesto pasta was my favorite: noodles were perfectly chewy, sauce was very flavorful and had plenty of pine nuts on the side. We landed in west village on a weekend with no dinner reservations. Super glad that North Fork accommodated us, that's why the additional star. We only did drinks and appetizers. Honestly the food was not very appetizing and they messed up a basic cosmo. The staff is super kind, but they really need to up their game with food given all the competition they have around them. read more

The outside sitting is great for a late dinner to enjoy some company or simply people watch while enjoying some great food and drinks. Came during happy hour and was blessed with $1.25 oysters! A multitud of beer and wine options and great service. Will be moving to town soon and I think I just found my favorite happy hour place! read more

Update: A group came here a month later. The service quickly changed. The bottomless brunch is $45 which is very high for the typical brunch pricing. And the pours weren't even half the size of the glass. I'll attach a pic. That's far too low for how much the brunch pricing is. This place needs to get it together how it will join the long and dark list of places closed down. I've told so many people about this place from the first time I was here. Brought people this time and all 5 of them said they wouldn't come back again. First Review: A group of us went here for bottomless brunch and it did not disappoint! The drinks were kept full and the staff and service was great. Typically bottomless brunch food is very average, but this place had amazing food! Took advantage of HH drinks while waiting for kitchen to reopen then double-downed on $1 oysters from 6-7pm!!! We decided to stay for dinner but was told 10 Minutes AFTER ordering that they were sold out of the only thing we wanted (steak). I got the chicken instead which was a sad tiny portion. Another FAIL. What a great neighborhood gem!! North Fork opened about 6 months ago, and we finally made it for dinner tonight. The place is so warm and comforting. I love all of the rustic farm decor, but with modern touches. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Robbie, our waiter, was the absolute best. He sat with us for a little and spoke about the menu and always wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He's the life of this restaurant! But the food is the main subject, and it was amazing. To start, we had the red pepper hummus, waffle cheese fries, and the duck legs. All absolutely delicious and fresh. The sauce and couscous from the frog leg dish, though, omg. I could eat that in a bowl and be so happy! For dinner, I had the fettuccine and my husband had the rabbit (both pictured). The fettuccine was one of the best pesto dishes I've ever had. While I didn't try the rabbit, my husband ate every single thing on his plate, including the succotash, which says all you need to know! The man never eats vegetables and there were none left on his plate. Overall, we'd come back in a heartbeat. I love the food, the vibe, and the staff. First. The food was great. We started with smoked old fashions which were oak-y and just sweet enough. For an app we shared the wild boar farfalle which was delicious. My wife had the signature muscles which lived up to their reputation and I had the maple glazed rabbit which was a bit over done but the sauce and veggies were perfect Then there was the atmosphere. Had such an incredible meal here last night from the ambiance to the service to the drinks to the food. We had a dirty martini and a plum margarita and both were strong and tasty!! Next we tried the burrata which was on top of a nice bed of quinoa. For entrees we had the steak - which was perfectly cooked and a great portion of a filet. We also had the roast chicken which was so flavorful and also a great portion. The last entree we tried was the pesto rigatoni which was DELISH!!! So flavorful and would eat this everyday. For desserts we had the strawberry ricotta cake which was phenomenal and the espresso cake which was also so tasty and I don't even like espresso!! I had my first experience here on Saturday at 12:30 for Bottomless Brunch with a friend and was pretty disappointed. Bottomless Brunch is around $44 a person and is only 90 minutes (other bottomless places are 120 minutes) In the first 45 minutes I had my mimosa glass filled up only twice. My friend was 20 min late and she didn't get a glass for her bottomless for over 15 minutes while she sat there. I had to get up and walk up to the bar to ask the waitress not once but twice to please fill my glass as well as get a glass for my friend. Every other bottomless ive been to they fill your glass without even asking. This was extremely disappointing. After asking twice for the second 45 min they were better about filling the glasses. The food - I ordered the chicken and waffles and absolutely loved the spicy honey. However when I got my plate the chicken was only lukewarm. The waffle was hot. This was disappointing as well. Flavor was delicious though. The atmosphere - very loud very small and quaint. The exact West Village vibe we were looking for. Not sure if this was just an off day for them or they were understaffed or what but given all the other bottomless brunch places available I will go back to others. read more

TLDR: I hope we went on an off night, because the food was bad and everything else was average. Food 2/5: We ordered the mussels, mac n cheese with crab, duck entree, and key lime pie. The only reason this is two stars is because the mussels were delicious; they were high quality and broth was intensely flavorful but well balanced. The mac n cheese was a greasy bland mess and the the crab was served in a small bowl on the side. It barely tasted like crab and was an off putting temperature. The duck entree was not memorable, but not bad. The key lime pie was...and I am sorry to say this...horrible. Tasted like it had been in the freezer for days, texture was a brick, no tart fresh flavor. I was even more disappointed because the waiter suggested we order it after I asked what the best dessert was. Drinks 3/5: Cocktails were well done. We ordered one with blackberry and gin and the hot cider one. Both were on the sweet side, but still looked nice and tasted good. Atmosphere 3/5: Has a cute charm, but was so loud that it was difficult to hear each other speak. Service 4/5: Waiter was attentive, but I wish he had not recommended the key lime pie or at least inquired why we didn't eat more than one bite. read more

We ordered the Spicy Mussels, Baked Ricotta Spinach Dip, Flat Bread, and North Fork Burger. The Spicy Mussels were really big and came in a thick, creamy sauce. These were pretty good. The Baked Ricotta Spinach Dip was really bad. The texture was stringy and wet. It was really sad. When you think of ricotta, you think light and fluffy... it was the exact opposite. The North Fork Burger was pretty pathetic. It came with barely any cheese but I thought with a brisket and short rib patty, maybe you didn't need it. But the patty itself was a really weird texture, too. I can't put my finger on it but it was off. It was also too wet and the bun was soaked through. They forgot the Flat Bread but given how we felt about everything else, I didn't want to risk it. Our waiter was very kind and between him and the bus boy, we had attentive service. The one thing I'd say is that our waiter pushed a bit too hard to get us to order a bottle of wine, suggesting it twice and asking if we were sure we didn't want a bottle when we only ordered glasses. read more

A charming West Village spot with great food and drinks. The chicken was super moist and flavorful (I unfortunately forgot to take pictures, maybe because I was too busy enjoying my meal). I lost my mask somewhere in the restaurant and as we were leaving the staff noticed that I was looking around under my table and asked what I had lost. They offered me a disposable mask so I could get in my uber. All this is to say that the service was very attentive. I'll definitely be back! read more
