Three attempts to make a simple bagel correctly while the restaurant was nearly empty is unacceptable. This place used to be good, but the service has clearly gone downhill. There were at least six waiters walking around, yet nobody checked on our table or even offered a coffee refill. Attention to detail and customer service seem to be a thing of the past here. Very disappointing.

My family and I visit this bagel shop all of the time. We've been customers since they opened and would highly recommend it. The bagels are always fresh and they have a large number of cream cheese flavors. Their new grill menu is fantastic. I highly suggest the South Mountain Burrito and pancakes. Then instead of that person placing 4 bagels in a bag and handing it to me, it goes to the back and waits in a long queue of other orders. Then 10 min later someone comes out of the back, and takes my 4 bagels from the front. They they walk back to put them in a bag. Then they place the bag in the window and ring the bell, so the person taking orders can hand them to me once they stop taking other orders. Why so complicated?? The strawberry cream cheese is really good.
