    Fresh baked bread

Love visiting this restaurant. Always a favorite with my parents and grandkids. Great atmosphere so relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is great with ample portions. The fresh hot bread is always a treat. But everyone looks forward to the ice cream finale. They even have vanilla for those who don't care for spumoni. We've had exceptional servers here this week!

9.2.25: First time at this location for my friend's birthday dinner and since we live in North Idaho, it was any an hour ish drive. We were starving and hoped the wait was worth it. I used Google's online reservation system, which was really simple and easy. When we walked in the door, we were greeted and told the hostess we were in 15 minutes early. She was able to sit us right away. It wasn't too busy at first but picked up by the time we left. Ambience was quiet and lightning was on the dim side. It made for a relaxing environment and we even got sat at a booth with a window. Our server, Scott, right away said he would be right back. After a few minutes of scanning the menu, Scott returned to take it drink order and thanked us for our patience. Since cotton candy is my fav, I couldn't resist not ordering the Cotton Candy Limeade. It arrived with cotton candy on a stick, which I wasn't expecting and loved it! The limeade itself was really delicious and not too sour. My friend ordered a vanilla Italian Soda and liked it so much he ordered a 2nd one, which was perfect because now we both have souvenir glasses. Scott was awesome enough to give us two fresh clean glasses to take home. So with Spaghetti Factory's 3-course setup, I went with the garden salad with thousand island as my appetizer, traditional spaghetti with manager's choice of two sauces: Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter and traditional Marinara Sauce, as my entree, and traditional spumoni for dessert. My friend ordered the lasagna and a side of 2 meatballs (he was quick and I only got a pic of 1 meatball lol). As for an appetizer, we went with the Sicilian garlic cheese bread. My salad was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The garlic cheese bread was phenomenally awesome. It was soft, hot, and cheesy--the marinara dip was nice and rich and complimented it very well. My spaghetti arrived picturesque-like and they did a great job keeping my 2 sauces separate. The noodles were perfectly tender--al dente to a T. The Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter sauce is so flavorful. Although not really saucy, it's my first choice if I'm not feeling saucey. The melding of flavors explodes your mouth with tasty goodness. It almost reminds me of a dry white Alfredo. Let's not forget about the marinara sauce with its rich robust tomato flavor blended with just the right amount of spices. I thoroughly enjoyed my spaghetti plate and ate it all. Boo for no leftovers lol. My friend said hands down it was the best lasagna he's had in years. Because everything we ate was so flavorful, he said the meatballs were great but pretty ordinary. The spumoni scoop of ice cream for dessert hit the spot. I love pistachio and it had a good pistachio taste and enjoyed the 3 distinct flavors versus all 3 flavors just blending into weirdness. Scott was a friendly server, checked on us at all the right times, and overall added a nice vibe to our dinner. We left so full I think I waddled outta there haha. We'll definitely be back!

It was a really busy night, but we were seated relatively fast. Service was prompt and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sitting in the train car was really fun, especially for our daughter. The only cons are finding parking. I also think there are more authentic spots for Italian, but it was a good family friendly choice.

    Breast of Chicken Fettuccine
    Allison P.

My friends and I went here for dinner last night after a long day of competition at the convention center. We made a reservation expecting it to be busy but it ended up being fairly quiet. We were seated immediately and had time to look over the menu and order food and drinks. I got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and the strawberry mocktail (I can't remember the name now). The mocktail was alright but it had a pretty strong flavor that blocked out a lot of the strawberry taste. The alfredo sauce was good but the chicken and mushrooms were incredibly salty. The broccoli was bit undercooked as well. I had to eat the chicken and mushrooms separately from the pasta because they were so salty I couldn't taste anything else. The ice cream we got at the end was the same as always and didn't really have anything notable about it. Our server was nice and attentive. The table was clean as was the rest of the dining room. We parked in our hotel parking garage and walked about 7 minutes to the restaurant because we knew there wouldn't be any free parking around downtown. It was a cold walk and didn't feel entirely safe since it was nighttime and there were some people milling about shouting. Overall this was a fine experience. I'll remember it for the laughs I shared with my friends, not the food.

The Manager's Favorite with mizithra and clam sauce

An old classic. The mizithra is a must have. Trust me. The clam sauce or also great. Every time I'm in town visiting family we come here. It's incredibly family friendly, large group friendly, and wallet friendly.

She took charge of the event and reassured me she'd take care of everything. She directed everyone on when they should walk down the aisle and with whom they should walk. She set everything up (cake, guest book, chairs, tables, etc.). She even had someone available to run the iPod during the ceremony (sound system complements of YouDoDJ). Everything was perfect. Speaking of perfect, the food was AMAZING! I'm still hearing about how wonderful the food was. We had Pork Tenderloin with a Huckleberry Demi Glace, Italian Chicken Roulade, Roasted Red Potatoes, their Signature Salad (with cranberries and the most delicious candied walnuts), fruit, sourdough bread, and lemonade and coffee to drink (to accompany Arbor Crest's wine). Everything was great. It was one of the best meals I've eaten, and I'm picky! People were saying it was the best wedding food EVER! Service was friendly and attentive. They came around to refill drinks. They even wrapped up leftovers for us to take home. All the staff was very kind and professional. Price was competitive and reasonable! They have a good beer and wine selection, as well as Angry Orchard cider, a favorite of mine. Additionally, they have a couple of San Pellegrino flavors for those who don't want alcohol or soda. Their menu has good fare, with quiches and stratas and red potato salad (which is awesome), but my fave is the Ivory Grinder. It is pretty hard to beat a hot Italian style sandwich. Pepperoni, salami, turkey, provolone, and great veggies including a Mediterranean olive tapenade then topped with balsamic vinaigrette make for a great warm sandwich. The Business: I think this place is new, but I was able to find a Fan Page on Facebook, and it allowed me to find their information. Located in Renton?? It's so close to home! (well, closer than Seattle is). I felt bad because during MC5, this place had steady customers, though no where near the line that El Camion had (which was right next door). However, being that TBB hasn't earned its place in the hearts of mobile food stand lovers yet, I see why some people might be skeptical to try it. The Food: DELICIOUS. I ordered the coconut chicken slider and had a bite of the kobe beef slider. The coconut chicken was scrumptious! The chicken was breaded and so crispy on the outside and the meat was perfectly cooked and tender on the inside. It felt like I was biting into a fish sandwich (well, almost). The coconut was sweet and delectable. The kobe beef sliders were tasty as well. The aioli it was coated with had a nice spice profile. Both of these little sliders packed a punch of flavor!
