I use it, instead of the generic balsamic vinegar you buy in the store, which is very runny. The vintage balsamic they sell is extremely thick and delicious . There is no comparison! It's awesome on a lot of Fall and Spring cooked vegetables or salads. The staff in the store are always extremely happy and inviting, and albeit a small store, it is nicely decorated.
