We took advantage of it and tried as many olive oils as we could stomach which was a ton. What really caught my interest and taste buds was the honey ginger balsamic water. I use it, instead of the generic balsamic vinegar you buy in the store, which is very runny. The vintage balsamic they sell is extremely thick and delicious . There is no comparison! They also have numerous balsamic vinegars, I literally couldn't choose which ones I wanted to take home because they were all so good. I opted for the honey ginger and blackberry ginger vinegars, one because I love ginger and two because it would pair well with the blood orange olive oil. The store employee (or maybe she was the owner? My apologies if so; she's sweet) wasn't pushy, she gave us a few samples then walked away to allow my friend and I have our own experience and choose. I really loved that, I didn't feel like I was being sold on any one thing and she was there to help if we had questions.
