Let me tell you I never thought I'd lose track of time in an olive shop... was I ever wrong. First, we were the only ones in here and wow, that was so nice. We took advantage of it and tried as many olive oils as we could stomach which was a ton. What really caught my interest and taste buds was the honey ginger balsamic water. I first looked at this like what am I about to taste? Well, a whole new world! I've been missing out my entire life and I'm officially hooked. The second snack I tried was popcorn with butter olive oil... WOW, talk about tasty and finger licking good. I was surprised how busy it was when I went in but given the quality and amazing prices & service, I shouldn't have been. Everything in the store was clean and the women who work here are so helpful. There are so many flavors to choose from and ways to use the oils & vinegars so it's great having these experts in the store. I went in specifically for the green chili olive oil and truffle salt but also left with herbs of Napoli balsamic (yum!). I use it, instead of the generic balsamic vinegar you buy in the store, which is very runny. The vintage balsamic they sell is extremely thick and delicious . There is no comparison! It's awesome on a lot of Fall and Spring cooked vegetables or salads. The staff in the store are always extremely happy and inviting, and albeit a small store, it is nicely decorated. You can also order online if you don't want to travel. I highly recommend them for the vintage aged balsamic vinegar, their variety olive oils, and anything else they stock in their store.

The woman in the shop was very nice and really too her time to talk about the store and allowed us to sample the different olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Let me tell you know, the blood orange olive oil and Tuscan olive oils were amazing! They also have numerous balsamic vinegars, I literally couldn't choose which ones I wanted to take home because they were all so good. I opted for the honey ginger and blackberry ginger vinegars, one because I love ginger and two because it would pair well with the blood orange olive oil. The store employee (or maybe she was the owner? My apologies if so; she's sweet) wasn't pushy, she gave us a few samples then walked away to allow my friend and I have our own experience and choose. I really loved that, I didn't feel like I was being sold on any one thing and she was there to help if we had questions.
