Yelp check-in 10% off, see picture. Quality/Quantity - My daughter loves caramel apples, but at the last second she decided not to get another one. We got her one yesterday. Atmosphere - Small to-go place. All the candies look so fresh and good! Open kitchen/bakery. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm, open Sundays from 10am to 7pm. Service - Good. Price - Above average, but you have to pay for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1996.

Amy's Candy Kitchen offers some of the tastiest caramel apples around and, if you have yet to try them, I definitely recommend! Their other confections are seemingly good as well but, IMO, the main driving point are the caramel apples! The hand-dipped apples do come in a variety of delights, from dark or milk chocolate with cashew, pecan, pistachio or door county cherry, to specialty apples like dirt cake, snickers and a seasonal Santa or frosty the snowman! Personally, my favorite is the dark chocolate sea salt or the Aztec dark chocolate with a little heat!

Fall means Carmel apples! Amy's has really great apples and I make it a point to come every fall. The apples are big and shareable and the Carmel is super tasty. They have a variety of apples with different things on them. They also have candy and other treats. On this stop I noticed they had some festive candies for sale.

Oh Amy's Candy Kitchen - what have you done to me?!?! I cannot stop thinking about my caramel apple... While visiting Cedarburg, we passed Amy's as we walked along the main street for shopping and dining. So of course we stopped in twice because once was not good enough. The gorgeous apples called my name every time I walked by. The candies look lovingly made. So many choices for every taste and craving. I had my eye on the caramel apples as there were sooo many varieties. I settled on a salted caramel version that was much better than I expected. The creamy caramel with a hint of sea salt over a crisp delicious apple really set me off. Every bite was perfection. My friend enjoyed her apple with caramel and peanuts and also bought some beautiful Easter milk chocolates that she loved. Everything is so adorable in this cute spot. It feels like an old fashioned sweets shop from back in the day. The young girls working were so sweet and helpful. It was busy and they assisted everyone easily. I swear those taffy apples might cause me to move to Cedarburg!!!

Very nice location and excellent selection. My wife got an assortment of bulk chocolates that were outstanding but a bit pricey at $34/pound. They have a wonderful selection of chocolate dipped apples with various added candies and other toppings. They were huge and beautiful but again a bit pricey at $7-11 per apple. Service was a little slow and we were there on a Friday afternoon with school back in session. Excellent quality but a little expensive. Suspect paying for the quaint locale a bit but if you are in the area and desire some fine chocolate this would still be a good choice.

Amy's is the store on the right.

Excellent. I will definitely return. Their caramel apples are fantastic. Really. The caramel is softer, like a real caramel candy, not overly sweet and they use Granny Smith apples, an excellent choice. They use lightly salted pecans on one, so you get a wonderful balance sweet and salty. Their pricing is surprisingly reasonable. At the time of this review, a plain caramel apple was $8.50, and I feel it was certainly worth it. They box them very nicely, so they travel well and make excellent gifts. (See my photos for what they look like.) If you are not certain, but one, try it and see for yourself. You will probably immediately realize you will want more.

While I'm sure the apples in Cedarburg are wonderful, I am a big advocate of shopping in my own community. I was absolutely tickled to find this shop close enough to walk to from my apartment. I purchased one caramel apple. I went home and sliced it up in front of my favorite TV show. I savored every single bite. I was so happy that I actually caught myself wiggling my toes in front of my TV. It was a cold winter night but I barely noticed because the caramel apple made me feel warm and giggly. I was transported back to my happy childhood when things like caramel apples just made the whole world I think nowadays we could all use a little magic and that caramel apple was really! Now, you may be thinking caramel apples don't make people feel warm and giggly. You may also be thinking that I'm probably a very simple person. If something like a caramel apple could make me feel that happy. Maybe I am. Or, maybe the apple truly was magical. You'll never know unless you go. Check it out for yourself! Either way, if you are looking for a caramel apple that will make you feel warm and giggly or you're just seeking some simple magic today, you have to go to Sweet Trio. They have delicious caramel apples and all kinds of other things too! As for me, today is Valentine's Day and I could use some simple magic. I'm going to stop writing this review right now so I can go down there and buy myself another caramel apple, sit in front of my television, and wiggle my toes! Bye!

They offer around 80 flavors of their delicious ice cream and their claim to fame is that they invented the now widespread "tracks" in ice cream. WI Campfire S'mores is an ambitious ice cream flavor comprised of graham flavored ice cream with crushed peanut butter cups and a marshmallow swirl. The marshmallow swirl is a little tough to see visually because its white color blends in with the light brown/tan color of the ice cream base. Trust me, it's there though. Separating a spoonful of the swirl out, it does have a texture that differs from the ice cream as it is more aligned to marshmallow fluff. Although the graham and marshmallow flavors tend to get somewhat lost in each other, the peanut butter really comes through when you get a piece of it. The problem is the peanut butter cups are few and far between. Imagine eating an actual s'more that's only graham crackers and a marshmallow. The chocolate (or in this case peanut butter cups) is needed to complete the experience. Cedar Crest is not the only company to do this, but the picture on the package egregiously exaggerates the amount of peanut butter cups. As good as this ice cream is, I think Ben & Jerry's (B&J's) does it better with their PB S'more pint. I'll leave it up to you, but for me this is a Doughboy approved if I have it pre-2024 when B&J's introduced the PB S'more flavor, but after already being exposed, it's just okay *Addendum: The bottom quarter of the container had significantly more peanut butter cups, so more of an equal distribution issue than quantity problem My favorite Cedar Crest Flavors: 1.
