DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Bought a washing machine here 12/31/22 and it began knocking really loud and not dispensing water around mid January. I called the store the first week in February and was told that they would charge me a fee for having them pick up the washing machine. I refused to pay it as the washing machine was still under the 60 day warranty, and when the sale was finalized they didn't select the option that I would have to pay a fee. Our washer died and we looked at new appliances at a big box store. We decided to check out Keller Appliance and I was met with a very friendly sales person who helped very quickly. The washer was delivered the next day by David who was absolutely phenomenal!!! We had a large standing freezer, old dryer, and the broken washer that all needed to be hauled away and David was able to move everything around quickly. We live in a 1960s brick house and the porch is a nightmare moving things but he had no problem getting it all taken care of. I've only bought parts from Keller Appliance. The times I have, I found the staff to be quite helpful. The prices are a little higher than say on-line, but if you need something quick, Keller Appliance is a good choice. A couple times they did not have what I needed, but could typically get it in a day or two. Keller Appliance might also be worth a look if you need a used appliance. There is typically a good selections of refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, with price ranges for just about any budget. Oh, and just for fun, I tried this new "Get a quote feature" here on yelp. I need a set of agitator dogs for a Whirlpool washer. I'll update with how it goes. Bottom line: Glad to have this parts option in Keller. Update: Not too impressed with the "request a quote" feature here on yelp. Although I provided exact make and model, response was slow in coming and it did not even include the info I requested, a price. I was asked to call. What's the point? If I wanted to call, I would have done that in the first place. I did not notice the time to reply estimate at first, so I don't know what it was, or if it fell within the window. Sold me a broken dryer . Dropped it off at my houSe and installed it . Told me it was working and left . I tried using the dryer and it will not dry even the smallest load of laundry . We ordered the washer with stacking hardware and paid for it in full including delivery and a "stair charge" for the 4 steps leading up into her house. CON - Reality Check - This is NOT a major department store. You are basically on your own for transporting and installing and servicing your appliance after it is purchased. My washing machine leaked at the back where hoses were attached. They wanted me to return the washing machine to them for service! Or, they wanted to charge me for their serviceman to come to my home, (understandable), but with an extra $25 stair charge - yes, $25, to walk up one flight of stairs, to my apt on the second floor! This was for the serviceman to WALK UP THE STAIRS, not carry an appliance up the stairs!! I went to the local hardware store and bought a new pair of hook-up hoses ($38). No more leak! Clifton answered my call. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Best of all, he was able to schedule an outstanding repairman (Travis) to come out the very same day I called. WHAT THEY FIXED: The heating element of my dishwasher was covered in one area with globs of black plastic from a knife handle that had fallen out of the utensil basket and melted onto my dishwasher's heating element. This melted plastic caused toxic fumes and a strong odor while hot!! Travis was able to carefully remove all the melted plastic from the delicate heating element. That saved me the cost of a brand new heating element. The service was performed quickly and for less than $100!! What a relief. Thanks, Keller Appliance!! We needed to buy our son a reliable washer & dryer. He just graduated college and started his first job and is on a budget. I went to Keller Appliance and after looking at the used merchandise in the store I ended up buying the "best" used matching washer/dryer. They were in the front of the store on display. The salesman said they were the best appliance's In their inventory. My mindset was to spend more money so my son could have a decent set of appliance's. After being delivered, we noticed the inside of the dryer was full of cat litter. Nice to know KA cleans and inspects all appliances. The dryer lasted 5 months, because the belt broke. Took back to KA and got charged for the diagnostic and repair because it was past the 6 month warranty. I explained the machine quit working at 5 months, and they did not care! Got the dryer back and literally 3 months later the washing machine is leaking water and struggling to wash clothes. So here is my opinion. Don't ever buy a used washer/dryer! I paid a high price for what I was told was a premium used washer/dryer. I could've bought a basic new washer/dryer combo for slightly less than what I paid here. Its obvious to me this place flips the used appliances quickly. If it works, it gets marked up and put up for sale. Buyer beware, I take full responsibility for this purchase, however I don't appreciate being lied to either. I do not recommend purchasing anything here, unless it's new. read more

The manager/owner here is great, he makes every effort to try to get it straight with his customers....but it all boils down to the quality of the products and front line service. We bought a used washer and dryer from Keller Appliance. On the first day of installation there were issues with the washer already. I called the store to schedule an appointment to come get my brand 'new' washer checked out. On the scheduled day, no one showed up. To cut the long story short, the hubs ended up fixing it himself with over the phone instructions from the manager/owner. 3 months later, the dryer is now making squeaky noises. Not sure why it makes that noise but it's time to get it checked. Overall, I get the feeling there is not much quality control going on in their repair department and the front line service could use a makeover. Now I am sitting down here wishing some money would fall from the sky so that I won't feel bad about buying a brand new washer dryer set Moral of the story: spend a little bit more to get brand new appliances with extended warranty. read more
