Amazing cooks. Amazing food. Amazing ambiance. Amazing portions. 10/10. Got an All You Can Eat and tried everything.

    Food was undercooked

Honestly, over the years we can all agree a lot of food places quality has diminished after covid, with new policies and regulations, i've been going to mongolian for years, and up until about 3 years ago this location was the best, and the food was delicious, just make sure you don't inconvenience the people working the grill, if you do they will make sure that half of it falls into the ground, or in the food trap, and they will spill half of the sauce with it, and proceed to pour half of a pitcher of water on it, and i while i sat and watched my food mix with the other persons who's food is also being made. they will glare at you, and throw your food on the counter and i feel terrible for the wonderful young waitresses because they have to put up with the aftermath, this location is not what it used to be and i personally believe that the customer service sucks. i will stick with the other nampa location edit: the noodles were undercooked as well, very disappointing

This was our first time eating here and we were pleasantly surprised. There's a plethora of options to add to your bowl. I was a bit disappointed there was no shrimp, but other than that, I was amazed at all the choices of veggies, meats, and sauces. The line was long (Saturday evening) but moved steadily. The servers were friendly. The price was decent. I'll be honest, I've had better tasting Mongolian BBQ elsewhere, but this was still pretty good. Would most likely go back.

You hand the cook your bowl and they prepare it in about two minutes.

First time here and we left stuffed and happy!! So fun to have control over your veggie/meat/sauce ratio.

7.5 out of 3.42 one teen says because they're nutty!!! Came here with my 2 children and one of their boyfriends. It was really good. We haven't been here for years or ever and we were all happy with variety and freshness of the available choices for ingredients, and it's not too loud except for the people at our table lol. Pay attention to the sign above the sauces and put in enough sauce and oil for best results. I loved the garlic sauce and the ginger sauce combined. Good service. Very satisfied!

Good food, good service. Could use an update in ambiance. Still worth the time and hard earned money

FIRE SAUCE! Good old Mongolian BBQ. You can't go wrong. Why are we always eating here? Oh yeah. Dump on the fire sauce.

Good place to go if you want something cheap and filling.... Weak in flavor and not a lot of meat options to choose from.

They bring your drinks and a half bowl of rice when you are seated. There were plenty of choices for veggies, and they had beef, chicken and pork for the meats. There are suggested sauces on the board over the food. These are just suggestions, but you need to make sure you have enough oil and liquid to fry the food up. I used several of the "spicy" flavors, including red hot oil and pepper flake oil. There's a good amount of other flavors as well. I got the meduim bowl and filled it up. Tried the hotter oils, but didn't feel the heat that much. I ended up drizzling some Sriracha sauce on it. Everything on the food bar looked fresh. The small bowl would have been sufficient. but the medium was just a buck more, $12.95. The food was ready in just a few minutes. The only drawback for me was putting the hot food on a cool plate. Overall, a very satisfying meal. Make sure you take some dollar bills to tip the cooks.

Moments after walking in, I was seated and given the crash course: Step one -- load a bowl with your pick of proteins, toppings, and noodles. Step two -- build your sauce from a dizzying line‑up of choices. Step three -- hand it all over to the grill master, who turns it into sizzling art on the flat‑top in less time than it takes to check your phone. There are various bowl sizes and an All You Can Eat option-- for those prepared to test the laws of physics. My medium was just right. A bowl of white rice was also waiting for me at my booth: perfect for chasing the last of the sauce. My stir‑fry hit all the marks I wanted: the punch of garlic, the kick from jalapeños, and that satisfying, wok‑kissed finish. Value? Excellent -- especially if you've got the appetite (and stamina) for AYCE. I'm already plotting my return run at the grill.

Too much of a good thing can be bad. I didn't want to cook tonight so we decided to go to Mongolian BBQ for dinner. We entered through the back entrance. We did stand in the front for a minute. We didn't want to just seat ourselves just in case. The server was busy chatting with some customers so the chef told us to go ahead and grab a table. We got ourselves situated and headed towards the noodle bar. I love how many veggie options they have. Cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, carrots. The possibilities are endless. I loaded my bowl up with veggies and sauces. I don't know what the hell I'm doing sometimes with the sauces but it always ends up turning out good! Our server was a little disorganized and disoriented. She gets caught up talking to guests and then loses track of what she needed to do. I had to remind her a couple times of our drink orders and that we wanted the soup. She was a little older so we gave her a little grace when she forgot things. You can't go wrong going to Mongolian bbq if you have different eaters with different pallets in your family. And it's a great way to please everyone without having to make different adjustments for everyone. It was a quick and easy dinner and I'm happy we decided on this local joint tonight.

I should have…read more I walked in on my one hour lunch break and there were no other customers in the restaurant which should have been my que to walk out right there but it was already too late anyways, the lady at the register already saw me and began to greet me. I wanted to try Vincenzo Trattoria but they were closed and I didn't feel like driving to another area so I just walked in here even though I haven't had much luck with Asian restaurants I've been to in idaho since I've moved here with the exception of a couple really good Vietnamese pho restaurants in Garden City and Nampa. I will say the woman working the register was very friendly so my one star is for her. She smiled and got me some water and rice at a table and I went over to the buffet style area to pick out my meats, veggies and noodles. I placed them in three separate bowls as that's how it worked a Mongolian grill restaurant I used to frequent in another state and the chefs there cooked them separately on the wok but then mixed them together and plated them but I guess that's unusual here. The chefs here cooked everything separately and boxed them in separate to go containers. The lady was on the phone and didn't tell them I was planning to eat at the restaurant but she got off the phone as they were boxing up the food and then they started arguing in their language. I said "it's okay, it's already boxed up so I'll just take it to go" and she rung me up and apologized a few times. It wasn't a huge deal to me but their arguing definitely was unprofessional and awkward for me as a paying customer. What really makes my review one star only is the food itself. I got to my car mixed it together and took a bite and even with the sauces I added, the food is so bland with watered down noodles, not the freshest of veggies and hard to chew meat. I stomached a few more bites but it ended up being a waste of money. It's now a little over an hour later and my stomach hurts even though I really didn't eat much of it. I won't be back.
