She informed us that they were short staff, but she would take our orders. She accommodated every single one of us, never messing up or mixing up the orders, when ask for extras, she got them out immediately and to add to all of this the food was excellent. A couple of the staff members, especially one of the gentlemen working there, come across as rude and unwelcoming. They also seem very reluctant to offer beer tasters, which makes it hard to try something new before ordering. If it weren't for the barbecue, I probably wouldn't return for the beer or the customer service experience.
