We have always loved this place. The last few times we have been here it has been pretty horrible. The fruit is not ripe. They didn't have strawberries. We showed up tonight at 730. They close at 9. The paletas were not in the case. There were no workers when we walked in. Looked closed. They got us what we ordered but seemed annoyed that we were there. When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee who offered to let us know how the ordering of their menu works to do each step of the process. in a nutshell, I would describe this as souped up gourmet Popsicles. Lots of options made with fresh fruits like mango, coconut, and strawberry to fun stuff like bubble gum and Oreo. Get them dipped in chocolate, candy toppings, or fruits if you're feeling fancy. They tasted very fresh and creamy! They have other stuff like agua frescas (fruit juices), street corn, and shakes. The employees (owners?) were also very friendly. This place is so good! Paletas are made fresh in-house everyday so they're all yummy. I had the coffee and my family all had the bubblegum. The paletas alone are so smooth and flavorful but you can add toppings also. Service was great, they explain everything if it's your first time and offer suggestions. I've been coming here since they opened and the service has gone down hill since then. The food is genuinely good hence the 2 star review. It's the only saving grace for this place. However the service is awful. The employees spend forever socializing with each other or they stand idly while a line forms. When I went the employees spent a majority of the their time talking to "friends" while there was a line of people waiting to be helped. When we were finally helped they took our order and then immediately left to speak to the friends once more. This occurred a few more times while we were being help. When they finally rang us up they then failed to disclose that there is an additional charge per fruit type despite word mixed fruit being in the menu. read more

We ordered the Fruit with Tajin and Chamoy and the Fruit with chocolate (literally and entire cup of fruit with the perfect amount of chocolate). The paleta bar is going to be super successful and they don't even know it yet... I just got the horchata drink and it was the best horchata that I've ever had and the kids got paletas and they love them. My wife is pregnant and loves the horchata as well and she got a watermelon paleta with chocolate and strawberries on it and is in love with it. We recommend everyone try this place.
