For a dreary weekday morning, this place was packed; we got the last two top before a list started to form. I opted for the burrata avocado toast and it was decadent - from the sourdough bread to the egg, it was delicious and fresh. My husband opted for a breakfast sandwich and cleaned his plate. My latte was good. Service was incredibly quick. And the stacks of pancakes that kept going by our table looked incredible!

We went to The Paramount on a friend's recommendation and we quickly got in line (it moves fast). We ended up rolling the dice and getting out of our comfort zone, completely impressed. The food was amazing and best part we were absolutely stuff! Highly recommend the Carmel & Banana French Toast!

While in Boston we were looking for a good place for breakfast while exploring the area. We stopped in at the Paramount. We were greeted by a friendly face and seated immediately even though they were busy. I ordered the breakfast plate with 2 eggs, home fries, turkey bacon, and toast. The food was fresh and hot. They have an open kitchen and the staff were on point. The kitchen staff were sending out plates as fast as I've ever seen especially for an open kitchen. Even though I wasn't asked what kind of toast I wanted, and the grain bread I received wouldn't have been my first choice it was delicious. My only regret was not ordering the S'mores pancakes as well. I was super full but those pancakes sounded phenomenal. Would definitely stop in here again for breakfast if I'm ever back in Boston.

Came in for some Brunch & let me start off by saying that this place is narrow. But there is seating outside in case you don't like narrow places. The food was great. I ordered a moscato and caramel and banana French toast. That indeed delicious, the host was very helpful and the food was delivered in a timely manner. This place was clean and well organized, I'll definitely make this place my stop next time I'm in Boston. Go Redsox.

This place always has a line outside, but luckily we found the sweet spot and didn't have to wait too long. It's cozy inside with less than 20 tables and they are very close together. They offer a brunch menu so you could get breakfast or lunch depending on what you like. I ordered the Eggs Benedict Florentine which came on multigrain bread. I was a little skeptical about it coming on bread instead of an english muffin but I was proven wrong, it was so good!!! I loved mine. The vegan burger was pretty good but a little dry. The huevos rancheros weren't anything to write home about but good. We did feel rushed because of the line so the food came quick and they were quick to bring the bill over once they observed you were close to being done. I'd come back for the Eggs Benedict and their pancakes looked good. What we ordered: Eggs Benedict Florentine Huevos Rancheros Quinoa Black Bean Burger Hot Chocolate Iced Chai

The name of this restaurant is very fitting, given how absolutely phenomenal it is! If you're in the Beacon Hill area, don't miss the opportunity to feast on one of the many delectable dishes offered here!! I made the taco appetizer my dinner; each taco is $7 and worth every cent!! I ordered one chicken, one pulled pork, and one carne asada. Each one as delicious as the next!! Run, don't walk to The Paramount! You won't regret it!

I was craving pancakes and they delivered with a substantial stack of three large pancakes - honestly my friend and I probably should've shared it was so much food. I went with the s'mores option and my friend had the blueberry and she definitely made the better choice. The "smores" just had mini marshmallows (not melted), banana, and graham crackers - no chocolate! The yellowish sauce you see in the pics is apparently "chocolate Boston cream sauce" but it didn't taste like chocolate at all and wasn't very appetizing looking. The overall effect very dry. I wound up scraping off the "toppings" and just going with some reliable maple syrup. Service was great though and I liked the ambiance so I'd go back, just not for the s'mores pancakes.

Very cute neighborhood to grab breakfast/lunch, take a walk, and shop. It was a nice morning so we sat in the patio (big mistake). Food was decent and service was quick. The only issue we had were the yellow jacket bees/wasps that kept flying around us. We noticed the table next to us was dealing with the same issue. (We visited at the end of August). We ended up packing our food to go and eating it at the park nearby. Unfortunate but also didn't mind finishing our breakfast in the park.

We had been to the Paramount, for breakfast, and I fell in love with a French toast. So, we assumed the dinner food would be just as memorable... WRONG. I've never met a Bolognese I didn't like... Until now. Somehow, they managed to make a classic pasta dish, with rich, red meat, tangy tomato sauce, and salty cheese... Flavorless. I honestly thought I may have contracted Covid and lost my taste buds. So, I had my partner taste it too... Same response. All I can guess is that they made it with only ground beef, which is not what was advertised on the menu. The chef used almost no tomato sauce. Instead, they relied on heavy cream, which had very little flavor. Even the pasta was mushy and overcooked... so disappointing. The teriyaki stirfry was advertised as including carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and peppers. We asked them to hold the peppers and assumed they would include extra vegetables or replace them with something else. Instead, they took away the peppers... And the carrots... Leaving us very little vegetables at all. THE DEAL: the Paramount is the place to be for brunch... but I would skip it for dinner!

Good food. Didn't quite like the price on the mimosa pitcher seeing as it was sub par but other than that ambience was nice, good part of the city.

The waiter was great, perhaps he was the manager for owner. For food we really wanted a light bite. I got one taco and hubby got a burger with coleslaw. When you sit down, they immediately bring over in housemade tortilla chips. So yummy and fresh. It comes with a very smooth Salsa type of sauce. Very nice touch since we were hungry. A nice menu, it is pricey, but given the location we expected that. We chose to eat inside, but there were are some nice tables outside. If you don't mind people walking by and seeing what you're eating.

Came here on Sunday around 12:30pm and the line was out the door, but only waited about 20 minutes. The inside is very cozy. I sat right by the cooking section, so it was so cute watching everything being cooked. My friend and I loved the French toast and paramount breakfast. Will come again!

This place was great! We were from out of town and this is where we went to breakfast with family. The service was absolutely phenomenal from the top down. We had the huevos rancheros and the burrata caprese sunrise toast. Mine was the clear winner and was absolutely fantastic! As a side note: these may have been the best breakfast potatoes I have ever had. Crispy, well seasoned, tasty! There's a lot of tables outside and some inside. We sat outside. Can't comment on parking as we walked there. Please note we got there early and it was starting to get busy but by the time we were done there was a HUGE line. Will absolutely return when we are back in town.

Looks very authentic inside like a restaurant / deli you might find in Firenze. I decided to order the Italian Sub as they make it; no changes. In hindsight, I should've changed a few things I kind of knew I wouldn't like, but wanted to roll with their take on the classic sub. The bread was very fresh and the meats abundant and plentiful! I was not a fan of the balsamic, nor the "hots" (not "hot" so-to-speak, but kind of a marinated sweet pepper, nor am a fan of sweet pickles. Condiments on their sandwich...? My first introduction…read moreended up being at a corporate event in Boston's Seaport district, where lunch arrived courtesy of one of the city's best-known sandwich shops. The catering was impressive. Before anyone even took a bite. Every half sandwich was individually wrapped and clearly labeled, with salads and sides neatly organized, making it easy for a large group to grab lunch without the usual catering chaos. The choices were wide and varied. We took our lunches upstairs to a rooftop seating area overlooking the Seaport, which made for a pretty great setting on a beautiful afternoon. I chose the Gobbler, and it lived up to the hype I've since read in other reviews. At first glance it sounds like a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich, but it's much more than that. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, and it was complemented by stuffing, cranberry sauce, spinach, pepper jack cheese, and just enough chipotle mayo to add an unexpected kick, without overwhelming everything else. It's one of those combinations that sounds busy on paper but comes together remarkably well. I spoke with several others over lunch, and they were equally impressed with their choices. That's always a good sign when you're feeding a crowd. It's one thing to make a great sandwich to order; it's another to deliver dozens of them catered while maintaining that level of quality. Since this was catered, I can't really comment on the restaurant itself. The service on the catering side, however, was evident in how thoughtfully everything was prepared and packaged, and the rooftop setting where we enjoyed lunch certainly didn't hurt. Needless to say, this won't be my last Sam LaGrassa's sandwich. I fully intend to visit the restaurant one of these days, and in the meantime I'll spend some time trying to recreate that Gobbler at home (maybe with sliced roasted chicken, but also with turkey when I have it). It was that good.

My partner and I had intended to order another sandwich, an eggplant offering, but they were out of eggplant and said there would be more available in 3 hours. We decided to split the "Table". Thank goodness because 1/2 was more than filling. When we arrived there was a line of at least 20 people ahead of us waiting to order. The line moved fairly swiftly as we waited approximately 10 minutes to order. At ordering we were told our order would be ready in 45 minutes. Upon checkout, when the card machine was turned toward us, we opted not to apply a tip, as there was nowhere to sit to enjoy our sandwich and noone to serve us. Reviewing the receipt we saw that we were automatically charged for a 20% tip of $5.20 on the $26 sandwich and further more, the receipt had recommended %'s for an additional tip. The sandwich was ready in the stated 45 minutes. It was very good, but would have been memorable and brag-worthy if we had a table to sit at as we waited and then enjoyed our meal. As it was we ate, sitting on a granite bench adjacent to the Paul Revere on horseback statue surrounded by Boston's finest pigeons. We were unaccustomed to tipping for no service without being notified ahead of cashing out. While we generally tip 20% or better for service, when no service or seating is offered, being charged 20% without notification is offensive and we won't be back.

I would give the burrito 4 out of 5 stars because of the way it was wrapped - about a third of the burrito was just egg and cheese and the toppings (avocado, red onion, hash browns, salsa verde, crema) were crammed on the other side of the burrito. If there was a way for the burrito to be wrapped so all the ingredients were more evenly distributed - this would easily be a 5/5 breakfast burrito.
