They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. On top of that, I was charged an additional $0.41 labeled as an "ENVIRO" fee, with no clear disclosure upfront. When I asked about the charge, I was told it relates to environmental costs such as waste disposal or regulatory compliance. However, this fee was added without prior explanation, which I found frustrating. What concerned me most was the response when I raised these issues. Instead of addressing the concerns, I was told that if I didn't like it, I shouldn't come back. Overall, the pricing, lack of transparency, and dismissive customer service made for a very poor experience.
